I brought two (old) laptops to JPC Computers for repair. One needed a new screen and the other was running slow because I had not used it since my last year in college (2016). Turns out my 2016 laptop was infected with three viruses (I would have never known this if Juan did not call me to keep me updated). JPC was able to repair all of my computer issues for a very reasonable price. Would recommend to anybody who has a phone/tablet/computer that is old and/or stands in need of repair.

Two days ago I took my Computer to JPC Computers, my computer was not turning on at all. Juan the owner help me, was very professional and organized. I left my laptop with him, he then call me the next day to tell me about the problem and told me that it was a matter of just reconnecting the batterie again. He did not charged me anything for it because he told me that he didnt have to repair anything I was surprised because in other places they defiantly would come out with something to charge me. I really appreciate his honesty. I will definitely come back to to see him for any future repairs.

Juan was great! He is great at communicating with and is very customer service oriented. At first we had a bad part come in and he had to return it but without question Juan went above and beyond to get my system squared away. It was a Microsoft Surface dealing specifically with the screen. The best thing about Juan is that he does not send this out to get fixed, he actually does the work himself. Great experience !! Had to replace the screen on my iphone 7. Not the first time either. The service was amazing. Had it fixed while I ate lunch next door. He had it done in less than half an hour. The price was also lower than I had paid at other locations previously, and lower than others in the area. To top it off the owner is not only very professional, but also quite personable.

I was a first time client and had a laptop screen that was shattered on a Thursday afternoon, and I needed it fixed before I left for a long trip that upcoming Monday. I was dealing with Juan at JPC, and he told me that worst case scenario he would have to ship the laptop to me, but would try to get it fixed before I left. Juan was able to find the part needed locally, get it to his shop, and had my laptop ready for pickup that Saturday afternoon. He kept me updated via text and phone calls, and was a pleasure to work with. JPC will be my go-to repair shop from now on.

My repair was $65 cheaper than I was quoted elsewhere and he even threw in a screen protector too! Very happy with the service I received and it was fast too! Only too 30 minutes.

Top-notch service! I went in to have my iPhone 11 Pro screen replaced. He did not have the screen in stock, but said he would get it overnight and it would take about 30 minutes to install the screen. I dropped off my phone the next day and went to lunch and it was ready when I got back. Over the next week I started having issues with the screen. I returned with details of what was happening and the owner was very apologetic and guaranteed my satisfaction. He contacted the screen vendor with specifics and it turns out the vendor actually had gotten a bad batch of screens. The owner drove to the vendors warehouse after hours to get a screen, and replaced it for me the next morning. While I had a problem, I felt it was not the owners fault and that he went out of his way to stand by his service...as any good company should. I relate this tale to let everyone know that this is definitely a business to be trusted. I will use them again without hesitation should the need arise.

My daughter cracked her Surface 7 Pro screen and JPC Computers was the only place I found able to repair it (Microsoft simply wanted me to return it so they will send me refurbished one after paying $450). I talked to Juan for several minutes making sure the work was going to be done perfectly and he convinced me he was able to do it. He took care of my Surface immediately and had it ready in less than 5 business days. Ive been using my Surface non-stop since then and it works PERFECTLY. Definitely will go back to JPC Computers when another need arises.

I dropped my daughters Chromebook off in July with a broken touch screen. I was given an estimate right away and I was informed that it would be pretty expensive to replace since it is touch screen. I accepted the quote. I expected to have the computer back within a week or so. Due to Covid and the parts having to come from China, my expectation was WAY off. They kept me informed on the progress of when the parts would be in. I know if it wasnt for Covid my expectation would have been pretty close. Overall, JCP was very informative and professional and I was very pleased with the outcome! Hopefully my daughter wont break it again!!!

JPC/PC Cell had amazing reviews, so I decided to give them a shot. My go-to place anytime I crack my phone screen. I get taken care of right away and it usually only takes 20 minutes. The prices are low compared to other places and the repair includes a screen protector as well!

Literally just called to ask about a broken laptop and got hung up on. Even when she asked me not to hang up to put me on hold. Updating it: I got a call asking was my question was and was told that I hung up on them. Naturally I said no and I was talk to very rudely and do not appreciate it. I was also asked to take down my review. I said no and was hung up on again. Do not call these people. If you need help you might have to walk in because calling is very rude service. So instead of taking it down I will make it more detailed. That was not acceptable. If it were to have gone a different way I probably would have.

I was looking for a PC for my small business, I did my research online but I wasnt comfortable with a lot of refurbished pcs or very expensive ones. So I called JPC Computers and explained my dilemma. They did a great job at listening to my needs and building a NEW computer accordingly to my specifications, it works great and at a very good price.

I needed a new DC adapter resoldered onto the motherboard, and I knew this going into JPC Computers. Juan did not try to upsell me or tell me my computer was out of date and was very upfront about the amount of labor required. I actually spent less money than was expecting and it was done on time.If I have any issues with computers or mobile devices in the future I will be sure to come back to JPC computers, for the price point and professionalism of this company.

I had bought a laptop here several years ago and also had work done on a laptop and was very happy with both. I went back now with a laptop screen issue which needed replacement. I had already checked the price for a screen on line and he found one even cheaper and the repair cost was very reasonable. Very honest, fast turn around and reliable.

I didnt get any service from them but my interaction with them on the phone was pleasant and the knowledge of the person trying to help me knows his stuff. When i do need service i will be contacting them again.

Ive used JPC Computers twice in the last 2-3 weeks and was quite satisfied each time.The first was a cell battery and screen replacement on a Samsung S8 +. The job was promised for 3:00PM and just before 3 I recd a call saying the work would required another hr: then at 4:00 PM I recd a call indicating the work was completed. Phone now functions and appears like new.The second was a desktop Hard Drive replacement. All files and operating system were moved to new HD and unit functioned perfectly.Im already making plans to take my second desktop in for a Windows 10 upgrade.

Great customer service! Love their free estimate policy. I never look forward to computer problems but I will definitely visit them again when problems arise. I have a moto phone and Verizon tried to sell me a new phone. I went to other places to obtain a repair price, most would not do the repairs and one shop said to leave the phone for three days. I dropped my phone with JPC and they were able to fix it for the price that they quote (it was less than the place that wanted to keep the phone for 3 days).

Took a laptop to them a few years ago that others wanted to charge me a small fortune to fix. Did it cheaper, did it right, did it fast. Definitely recommend.Update: Took another laptop in there last week, and the repairs did not work at all. I requested a refund, and was told parts only, not labor. I argued that point, and when I asked for my old hard drive back the owner (?) basically told me that he could put anything back in there and Id never know. These are different people than the first time I used JPC, and NOT for the better. So much for good service / reasonable cost.

I have a great deal of building and repairing computers for both personal and professional purposes. Unfortunately, I recently built a problem child that had a great variety of issues which could have been related to either software or hardware problems. I left my computer with Juan at JPC who worked diligently until the mystery issues were finally resolved. He will put in as much work as it takes to get everything working right. I tried to tip him for his impressive work, but he adamantly refused any tip. He genuinely cares about his work.

I have had several devices repaired at JPC computers and they’ve always done a good job at a reasonable price. The devices range from pc’s to a phone.

JPC has excellent customer service. Their response to some difficult and sometimes urgent requests has always been prompt and courteous. I brought my computer to Juan a couple of days ago and was very concerned that I had lost some priceless pictures of family ( grandchildren). I had hundreds and hundreds of pictures buried in folders that were no longer in my computer that I could find. After leaving it with him for a couple of days, my wife and I went back with the resolve to pay just about any price to get those pictures. He told us the pictures werent lost but buried in folders within folders. I offered to pay him $100 at least for his efforts but he said to take that money and take my wife out to dinner. He is a very honest and professional man.

I needed to replace a DC jack on my laptop. After getting quotes from three other repair shops I went to JPC. They gave a straight forward explanation of what they would do and at half the price of the other shops. I also had a problem with my hinges which they said theyd look into. They were able to get replacement hinges and a cover for very cheap and installed them for next to nothing. Theyre honest and reliable - good people - and I highly recommend them! - (Update) - Had another old laptop that I took in to see if it was worth fixing. After talking with Juan I decided it would be better not to fix it as it was too slow but he had several newer used laptops that he gave me a very good price on one. Much cheaper than buying new and still fast enough for everything I need - very happy with it!

Very happy with the customer service. They even replied to the Send a Message option on Google maps in under 5 minutes on a Sunday! The owner is very reasonable with pricing and works diligently to resolve my pc issue. It has been a challenge unfortunately as my repair didnt last. He was very receptive to me being it back in and started he would continue to work on the issue at no additional charge unless hardware needed to be replaced. This location has repaired some of my other devices in the past with great success. Im hopeful they can find and correct my pc issue. If my repair lasts on this 2nd attempt I will rate higher.
