Really good food and nice atmosphere. Service is really good too

I had the misfortune of working on a batch of computers fixed here. I understand that with computers not everything can be a perfect fix, but in this case certain administrative settings were changed rendering critically needed functions of the work stations useless. The worst part was attempting to resolve this and the complete lack of a response...hence the one star.

I had a terrific experience working with Complete Technology Solutions. I was visiting my parents in Florida and their hard drive began to fail. I called CTS and Sherry was extremely friendly and helpful. She took the time to make sure that they had the part that I needed, and she promptly called me back. They did the work as promised, and rushed the job so that I had enough time to get the computer re-set up for my parents before I needed to catch my flight home. I would seek their help and service again.

I am shocked at the lack of professionalism shown by CTS. They may take MONTHS to address a problem, if they do at all. They admitted taking computers to repair that they had never done and were uncomfortable with. Their knowledge of anything other than the most basic is limited. Look elsewhere.
