AMAZING !!! Front desk ladies, Amanda and Marge, are so sweet, professional, organized, and made my husband and I feel comfortable right away. As for the plebotomist, Jessica, also AMAZING! Wonderful personality, and didnt even feel the needle (I stress over even the simplest blood test..lol).I have been going to Lacorop for years and years when we lived in New York. We recently moved to Florida and this office is by far superior than any other I have visited! New York needs to take a lesson on how to run an efficient office from this location.Too bad we only need a blood test every 6 months -- I would go to this office daily if I had to.Carol + Michael Viola

I visited this location twice in the past 2 weeks and they have been very professional, courtesy and efficient. I highly recommend them.

Try getting a phone number for this location! It is as if they dont want you to call them. They never seem to have my physicians orders for my lab work. The last 3 times, I have had to go twice so they can get orders for fasting lab and the physician s office doesnt open until 9am. The physician faxed them over but the problem is that they only keep orders for a short time and then delete them. If my insurance didnt require that I use them, Id go elsewhere.

I went here earlier this week (second time at this location, first visit had no issues) for my gestational diabetes blood testing being pregnant and the lady working up front was so so nice to me. Explained all the steps for the testing to be done and they also needed a urine sample per my doctors script (2 cups). I had went to do the sample, ended up not needing to go as much as they needed. A different lady that also was doing my blood drawing seemed annoyed at me because I couldn’t finish the last sample, told me “I guess you need to sit in the waiting room and keep drinking water until you have to go and actually give us a sample this time.” I said okay. We did the blood draw and she very uncomfortably inserted the needle, each time she changed the tube it kept tugging on the vein, and then when she took the needle out she was not gentle at all. It was like she almost snatched the needle out of my arm, I couldn’t straighten out my arm for the rest of the day to the next morning. I was so sore. Day 3 and I am still so sore and my arm is blue and purple. I feel being as pregnant as I am, it was very unprofessional and silly to be upset at someone for not having to use the restroom when all I could have to drink was the glucose drink for an entire hour. And then to take it out on me with the needle for the blood draw was just ridiculous. That lady needs to retire, she’s obviously burnt out. Very disappointed at this location.

This place almost always gets something wrong. Say to say that in 2021, this is still occuring. Also sad that this is the only place that our insurance covers.

Everyone was kind and efficient. They worked through a long line very quickly. Marge was fantastic, she drew my blood quickly and painlessly.

These people are OK. The receptionist was neither friendly or unfriendly, but she was efficient.The guy who took my blood was both friendly and efficient.LabCorp also got the results to where they were intended in a timely fashion.Finally, their automated check-in was much faster than Quests was when I used them a year ago.

Just got blood work done here and the staff was extremely friendly and comforting.

Front desk intake person acted as though we were there to inconvenience her. She has a condescending attitude and needs to find another job. This is not a one time occurrence either.

Went in there this morning with two of my friends and I had a lot of help and friendly advice from Miss Erica, Miss Marge and Ive always loved Miss Nancy she does a great work also. But this morning I was really pleasantly surprised that even though they were working understaffed they still managed to keep their head above water and remain helpful and respectful. Keep up the great work ladies❣️🌷👍🏼👍🏼 be seeing you in about 6 months again LOL

The techs are great but something should be done about their rude and arrogant receptionists. I have been there three times and each time have been disrespected just asking questions. I have met two of them I hope there are no more like them!!

I have never had an issue here - the front desk people are kind and efficient. I am rarely here for longer than 30 minutes and thats from start to finish. Ive never had any issues with any of the staff and everyone is polite.

Took my Mother 2 times. She changed insurance and now needs Lab Corp. First time the heavier set woman at front desk with glasses rude pointing to the sign in computer. Just the way she talks to patients is unexceptable. I worked in a medical office 31 yrs and our secretarys would of been fired for the way this lady behaved! Second time same heavy set lady was rude and obnoxious to another one helping my Mother. We felt sorry for the other secretary. To do this is unexceptable! The people drawing blood were kind and friendly. My Mother cringes to go again in 2 months! Beware if the behavior of this woman who should be fired!

Terrible place, the counter people dont have a clue. Wife was to drop off specimen, she checked in, no one else there, more people came in, my wife was told she had to wait for others. The counter person left for some reason, before she returned there was so many people in small waiting room you could hardly turn around. Dont go to LabCorp, if there so inept with scheduling, and leave the office with office full of people, what do the tests look like.

Convenient and PRETTY QUICK in service, Amanda did a GREAT JOB TAKING MY BLOOD ,DIDNT FEEL A THING ,and didnt have PURPLE bruises after a few days, Thank you

I had to get blood work done because I had to make sure I can take this certain medicine that I need and they lost my blood work not to mention the staff were very impolite.

Went to this location for a drug test for a new job. Its been 10 days and still no test results. I have called and left messages with no response. Terrible customer service. If you need a test result back quickly, dont go here.

I cannot say enough about this office. My recent medical issues have been nothing short of traumatic but I have been to this Lab Corp twice in the last couple weeks and they have been my silver lining. Thank you so Marge and Erica for going above and beyond. You have no idea how much your attention means to me.

Today I went there for a routine blood test July 10 20 at 1030. I watched the woman at the front desk talk down and talked horribly to every patient. She then yelled at a 80 year old veteran who could barely stand when he asked for her help to check in on the kiosk. She refused to help him so I stood up and did it for him. She also addressed each ccx h person that came in that she couldnt take anyone else trying to make people leave. When I went up I had my slip through email I asked if she could print it because I didnt have one( she had a printer behind her) she refused said i dont do that youll have to leave. She is treating patients in a horrendous manner and should be fired.

I will never go back to this office. I left in tears feeling completely violated. Im a small woman, barely 100 lbs. I told the phlebotomist that I needed her to use the smaller butterfly needle with me because in the past when the larger one has been used, it causes the blood to come out too fast for me and Ive passed out and gotten very sick. I repeated this to her several times. Im also pregnant. She asked if I wanted to lay down and I said no, as long as the butterfly is used, Ive NEVER had a problem. She said okay. She started drawing my blood and after about 4-5 tubes I started feeling very sick and faint so I told her we needed to stop. I asked if she used the smaller one as I requested and she said no! She didnt even inform me what she was doing to my body or give me the option to decline services! She took it upon herself to do whatever she wanted to MY body without informing me even after I told her Im pregnant and have a history of passing out from the blood coming out too quickly with the standard needle. I filed a complaint through LabCorp customer service but I just wanted to warn others because I am so upset, I cant believe someone would do something like that without a persons knowledge or consent. If she would have told me she refused to use the butterfly then I would have gone to a different office and declined the services. I tend to look away when Im getting blood drawn so I didnt notice that wasnt going to use the butterfly. I had no idea she would do that without my consent. And once I started crying she just shook her head and didnt think she did anything wrong. I cried the whole way home. Do not use this office.

Getting an appointment by phone which hung up on me and trying for a half hour by computer kept giving zero appointment hours. Waiting without an appointment took at least 2hours , you have to sign in by computer.

I was in and out with my daughter. Nancy was great! Her experience speaks for itself. We were even done before our appointment time.

My Dad is high risk so this was the only place hed been since the quarantine started. Last week my he entered the hospital with EXTREME issues, they said they caught the blood infection early but just yesterday he swore it was 2014. Hes never been like that. Anyway, this was the only place my father had been in a month and the hospital called and told us it was MRSA. Yall need to clean your equipment and test your staff. My dad could have lost his life.

They are very slow it took an hour and 23 minutes to get in to get my blood drawn. Dont go there go to quest diagnostics there faster and better it only takes a minute to get blood drawn at quest diagnostics.

When you call they give you a closing time of 4pm but dont rush from work because they set their clocks early to when you get there they can tell you they are closed and your blood wouldnt be ready for pick up for an hour! Then you should say your last draw is 3pm! Very rude 2 person office. I will never go back! I had fasted all day to have labs done after work and told them that and showed them the real time. They didnt care didnt want to do their jobs. Good thing they are not my employees or I would fire them!!

I rushed to get there from work and arrived a little before 4:00. I was denied services even though I got there before they closed. The receptionist was rude and wouldnt even look at my papers. This was the last day I had to get tests done which I tried to explain to her, but she didnt care and just told me they open at 7am tomorrow. So yes Im extremely unhappy with this location. Thumbs down.

Terrible place been there twice their staff is like they dont want to work. If you dont like working with people specially kids dont go to work and look for another job this people are nasty

My husband went here this morning. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. He got confused on where to go, so he was late for his appointment, granted. Still no reason to have piss poor manners. Checked him in 3 times. Only 2 people working. How are you going to be rude to someone when you dont know their medical history and you work in the medical field. He is on the heart transplant list at TGH. If they do not care about how they treat patients, then how do I know that they care enough to use proper hygiene techniques. Do not suggest this place at all. Quest is much nicer.

Absolutely horrible the 2 girls at the front desk were so nasty the old one kept coughing on everything heard her on the phone and couldn’t believe they were even still open. The old one took my blood was so rude and just plain mean rough as ever with the needle.

The worst place ever bad attitudes

Been here a couple of times. First time I chalked up the bad attitudes from staff as just a fluke. Second time I realized they are just plane rude. Some people shouldn’t be dealing with the public.

Overcrowded.Alot of customers were upset due to wait times.Not staffs fault.Edit:It seems Labcorp has decided to give the staff a break and are now using more techs.Experience with staff has always been positive.Never had even one problem and I come here weekly.

My son went here for a drug test and he said they were rude. Will be making the drive to the Brooksville one instead of going here. The reviews speak for themselves!
