Made a 2 hour road trip to have Paul sharpen 50 of my Wusthof kitchen knives. He was done in 3 hours. They are sharper than when I got them from the factory. I will be going there again. Thank you Paul.

Less than 24hr turn around. Both Paul and his wife were great folks to talk to and what can I say about the knives. We have had these knives sharpened a few times and this I can say is the sharpest they have even been. Paul knows what hes doing. I will see Paul again about 5 years. Excellent service! I emailed ahead of time to make sure the technician (owner) would be available. He emailed me back quickly and I arranged to have six of my knives sharpened while I waited. It took about 20 minutes for all six of my knives to be sharpened. Over all a very pleasant experience, and Im so pleased with how sharp my knives are now--such a game changer in the kitchen!

Paul was amazing, I called a little desperate to get a knife sharpened before heading out to volunteer as the kitchen director at Camp STIX for kids with diabetes the next morning. As I wait in his pleasent and welcoming home, I do so patiently and comfortablely while sitting on one of his Gonzaga Bull Dogs stools.
