Called this morning and the lady told me it was on the truck for delivery today (Friday) between 10:00 and 1:00. Got a call around 11 to schedule delivery on Monday. apparently they do not even know when stuff is going to be delivered.

Because they classify my farm as residential, a critical 1 ton tote of feed showed up in Spokane terminal on a Thursday and rather than put them on truck on Friday for deluvery, they instead put it on hold and call us to schedule delivery. The problem : Friday before 4 day Christmas holiday weekend. So, my 1 ton tote of grain is sitting at Spokane 5 days needlessly. Worse, on Wednesday on the subsequent week, instead of delivering it, they turned it over to Fastway with a freight due notice. The freight had been prepaid. Hence, that caused Fastway to hang onto it for an additional day, so now the product is sitting in Spokane a full 7 days before heading out to me.

I love working for reddaway in spokane I get good overtime during the week and still get my weekends off. I love working for nice understanding people

Their Standard Delivery dates are not something one should rely on. Our business has had multiple shipments in the past two months not arrive as scheduled. Very disappointing.
