I dont even know how this company is still in business. Every package Ive that gets delivered by them, NEVER gets delivered and is ALWAYS held in the warehouse. They dont email you, they dont try to contact you in any way, they will just hold it and unless you track the package to find out where its at and call them, they will hold it until they eventually send it back. I have never had an issue receiving packages at my apartment until these people started delivering. Now its an issue EVERY SINGLE package that I have. Apparently, its too hard for them to look up at the top of the buildings to find the correct apartment number. They want a building number as well, even though theres only one apartment 206 in the complex. Ive never had to put a building number for any other delivery company. I have called them and complained to them numerous times, yet they continue to fail to do their job.

I cant even express how bad this company is. They had lost five packages and never respond to inquiries. I wish walmart would stop using them. I believe they have a bunch of the thieves working there. How do you lose a package in Spokane, going to Post Falls, only about 12 miles away?

This company is awful. I cannot tell you how many times other peoples packages have been inappropriately delivered to me, or how many of my own packages have ended up near a tree in the front yard or out in the rain, no where near the front door. Yesterday, a package of mine was supposedly delivered in front of the garage - we DO NOT have a garage. I dont know know where my package is, and the number for claims is out of service.

Worse shipping experience. Lost 2 shipments in 1 week by 2 different companies and in case something is lost ,each department does not communicate with eachother except through email. Also with them it seems like the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing.

Package was delivered to local city (Spokane) on the 28th of Sept. After calling about 3 days later to Home Depot to determine why not delivered, they called on trac to find out the problem. Told me On Trac would call within an hour or two to update.... no call. I called On Trac the next day and they told me they were escalating the situation.... no package (4th of Oct) on the 5th I called and On Trac blamed it on delays in Pheonix....(it was in Spokane since the 28th) and stated they would call local distribution center again. On the 6th when I called... they said they had spoken with someone at local site and package would be delivered by 7pm. They would call me. At about 6pm.... I went outside and discovered the miter saw box I was waiting for was delivered in the center of my driveway, in a location I could not see from the house.... but very visable from the road in the front of my house.... and they did not ring the bell to let me know there was a delivery.... I have a ring. On Trac seems to be worse than useless at best. I would hope that Home Depot finds a service that better meets their reputation... On Trac deserves a reputation of failure.

Absolutely the worst.I’m in an apartment and packages have been left on the sidewalk in front of my building (seriously?) I’m in downtown area, in a hallway that connects my building to the mall 😬 and of course I have packages delivered that I have no idea where they ended up. thank goodness retailers are so responsive and have reshipped with different service.Clearly OnTrac is not actually concerned with where they leave packages - just drop it where ever.

Horrible. Horrible all around. Terrible employees. I live 30 minutes away from their facility and I contact them 12 times a day, leading to absolutely no answers. Now I have to drive over there and get it eventually. Never ever use ontrac.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. OnTrac fails to do the bare minimum and actually deliver packages promptly or at all. In my case, the latter. I’ve never had any problems with receiving packages until OnTrac was the courier. I havent received my package at all, yet OnTrac says it was, “Delivered to Front Door.”OnTrac’s reviews allude to a dishonest company that doesn’t prioritize its customers. I literally work from home with my desk positioned by the window that looks out front. Any fault is placed on OnTrac. Horrible delivery service and unfriendly customer service. Was told that an investigation was completed, but haven’t even received the package. The delivery address is hard to miss. Please give me my package correctly and ASAP.

Blacklisted them from handling my Amazon packages years ago because they lost or damaged so many. Unfortunately, Walmart still uses them with no option around it, so I am once again waiting on a late package that may be lost. I see nothing has changed. Worst delivery service in the country.

Our house has been on the same street for over 100 years. After 3 days and 3 phone calls of them not being able to find a house on the south hill is amazing. I am honestly surprised, they must have been going out of their way not to find the house.

Never received, the tracking said it was delivered on 05/21 then on 05/22 said delivery has been delayed. I put in a claim with support and they said they would question the driver. They said delivered, I said to what address and they said We do not have the direct location of the delivery on file. What I do know is that the package was listed as having been delivered at 6:15 P.M. on the 21st of May. I work from home and my office window faces the street. I was home at the time stated and never saw a truck or heard a knock on my door. Pretty fishy that the cant give a direct location of delivery. The worst!!

Horrible organization. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.Received a notification that package was delivered at front door as I was next to front door all day. No knock courtesy apparently.Checked multiple times and no package outside.Either the delivery drivers eat crayons daily and do not know how to knock or they are just thieves and steal packages.No accountability at that cesspool company.

This company is a joke. They attempted to deliver to my business first on a Sunday, which we are closed. No delivery attempt made on Monday. Tuesday was cancelled due to bad weather? It was sunny and 90 degrees out....Wednesday no delivery attempt. Thursday I called them again, and they said it was out for delivery, and they paiged the driver and the facility manager to get it expedited, but it still didnt get delivered...what a waste of my time.

Ordered a hard to get item from Walmart. Got a delivery notification at 1:45pm on a Friday. Was home next to front door all day. No one ever came to my door. Says delivered but wasnt. Customer Service says they verified the delivery with the driver. Bunch of B.S. no one ever came to my place. Worst shipping company ever.

Sounds like I am in same boat as most people. Said it was delivered at front door at noon. Not there and neighbor was watching for delivery. Ordered from REI, maybe driver couldn’t resist what was possibly inside. Opened claim but no word after 3 days. Grrrrrrrr

13 days to reply to my missing package.Thank goodness it was just Command curtain hooks and nothing time sensitive or vital. The package was delivered to my front door but showed up in my mailbox box the next day. How and why they are still even in business is the greatest mystery of this century.

Ontrac indicated a box was delivered behind our gate at 9:09pm. We dont have a gate. This was a Home Depot order. I called the very next day to open a claim. They called back the next day to say that they confirmed with the driver that the box was delivered behind our gate and they have closed the claim. Such a scam. If your package isnt stolen off your porch its stolen by the company who delivers. What a shame. Hope Home Depot does not contract with them again. All our orders will now go to the store. I also want to note that we own a business and get daily deliveries from UPS and FedEx with no problems.

This has easily been the worst experience with a delivery service of all time. Ontrac claims that they delivered my package (a t-shirt). I happened to be in my front yard at the time I received the notification. After contacting them they stated they would do an investigation and get back to me. They emailed me a day later and said that they in fact had delivered my package. So i called again and they bluntly told me they can’t help me. No one on their end is al all culpable or accountable for NOT delivering my package. DO NOT USE ONTRAC IF U HAVE A CHOICE!

I had one item a year ago that they said was delivered but nobody ever came to my home. I was home all day and have outdoor cameras. Now Im waiting for another package. It was delayed a day and shows out for delivery. Bet I never see it.

Says my package was delivered on the 17th to my front door and still not here!!

After checking the reviews Im in the same boat as most people. Package said delivered at 8:15 at night never had any packages at my door. And I order frequently with Ups Usps and FedEx no problems home depot decided to use this company and I never got it. I did receive my other half of my order that was through ups no surprise there. I will be making sure I get no more deliveries through your service.

Worst delivery company ever! Ontrac delivered my package at 11:33 Pm at night . This is not right. I will never order from a company that uses Ontrac to deliver again. Who wants a package delivered at midnight?

I do not like giving negative reviews, and I will change my rating if I get my package tomorrow, January 30, 2021. My order was for two day shipping and my package was supposed to arrive in Spokane Washington on January 29, 2021. It sat at an OnTrac warehouse in Chino California for two days🤷🏻‍♀️ and then it went to Reno Nevada🤦🏻‍♀️ (MAKES NO SENSE) and it has been sitting in Reno Nevada all day on January 29, 2021.. I do not understand why WalMart.com and Wal-Mart grocery delivery service chooses these low end companies to deliver and ship items. I would love to changes this to a positive review!!

I guess it’s cool to wait all day for a package and to then have it THROWN at your door at 8:30pm and the guy to run away. If I ever order anything else ever again and I see that it comes from Ontrac I am canceling the order. DO NOT TRY IT. I thought reading through the reviews was a joke but nope. Everything everyone has said is very true sadly. They’re lucky to even get a star.

This is a terrible company. I ordered an amazing order for the house. Said it was delivered, I was outside that day. Door open, home all day. Nobody ever showed up. The delivery never came yet they said delivered... don’t ever order from a company that uses this!!!! I sure won’t. Zero stars

I have had many deliveries from Ontrac, very seldom an enjoyable experience. Sometimes they toss it out in my yard, sometimes at the end of my driveway, rain or snow. My most recent experience that inspired this review: package was supposed to be delivered Tuesday and it’s been at the local DC since Tuesday morning. It is now Friday at 9:30PM, it’s been “out for delivery” twice now and all I can do is hope that I see it laying out in a snowbank sometime next week. Very disappointing, again. I will be shopping with vendors who don’t use Ontrac or trying to find an alternative carrier.

Ordered a semi expensive package that ended up being shipped through OnTrac per the company. I live in an apartment building, instead of bringing it to my door or mailbox, I found the package laying on the inside of the main door entrance on the bottom floor where every tenant enters. I got the notification that it was delivered so I checked all the usual places before finding it there, luckily fairly quickly because otherwise anybody in my building couldve taken it. If you live in an apartment building, would NOT recommend this carrier.

I had the worst experience with this company yesterday. I received an email that my package was delivered. I decided to rush downstairs and get my package but to my almost surprise, there was nothing. I called their office immediately to let them know and they promised to open up an investigation and get back to me. Unfortunately, the driver said I received my package. I dont even know how he/she looks like. Im really hurt and disappointed in them. They couldnt help me get my package.

I had 3 items sent to me which I never received even through they said it was at my front door, I had to go through my landlord. The packages were left outside managements office, open to anyone who felt inclined to take them if they would have choose to do so. The laziness of the driver created headaches for a lot of people. I waited two weeks for one and it was sitting outside my apt managers office on Friday all throughout the weekend into the next week, (due to COVID the apt manger doesn’t come in unless they are doing a tour to a new resident.) Bigger more reputable names such as FedEx, Ups, Usps know how to run a business correctly while insuring the security of the recipients parcels and mail by either front door delivery or through a mail or drop box. Ontrac as a company shame on you! Get your ishtt together leave recipients at ease when waiting for parcels in the mail. If i could give a quarter of a star i would but they dont have that option

1 star is to much for this horrible company. I ordered something of Walmart and they used this company. I’ve been waiting 4 extra days to get my package and what do you know. It says delivered and I never received it. Worst experience ever. I will make double sure I never get this company again.

I was able to track my package the whole way and it was delivered before Noon on the day as scheduled.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I had a package delivered from this company that does not know how to deliver packages. I live in a secured building, and they were able to get into my building, but was very lazy to actually bring it up to my apartment, they left it by the managers office on a bench where someone could actually steal it, luckily a neighbor grab it for me. If I could leave zero stars I would. Literally the WORST package delivery company in the US (unsure about the world, but I’m sure they’re a contender for the worst in the world). I have NEVER had a package of theirs arrive on time, their tracking info is never accurate, EVER, and they can never seem to deliver to my door and are always delivering my stuff to my neighbors. If I were given an option for shipping companies, I’d gladly pay more to have someone else deliver my packages. Just this past week I had a package delivered a week after their tracking said it was delivered and had a different package delivered to the wrong address. GET IT TOGETHER!

My parcel was in the vehicle at 10:55 am. It is now 11:17 pm, and I still havent received it. Apparently they run until midnight (which has its negative connotations already). If I have the choice ever again to avoid this company shipping my items, Ill do just that.

I’ve had several packages delivered through this company. They show up in an unmarked van around 10:30 at night. I have to work early in the morning - who delivers packages that late?!

THE WORST!!!! Ive been tracking a package for 11 days from Los Angeles to Washington state. Says it rescheduled delivery for yesterday due to an event. Arrived at local OnTrac facility early yesterday morning. By late night it says they are contacting shipper for instructions? This morning it says its scanned, AGAIN! Not out for delivery? Merry Christmas!

Very common for them to hold onto packages for days and to deliver at 1030 at night. Unacceptable. Zero stars.

Local OnTrac drivers seem to be the problem. My driver does not want to deliver to the door in an apartment complex. If the leasing office is closed, they delay the delivery until its open again. Packages get damaged and returned without even attempting a delivery. Corporate needs to watch their drivers more closely.

Dont use this, if your package says its delivered via ontrac, you might as well return itI ordered an 800 dollar pc, it was over 11 days late and they just decided to return it, I didnt even get the money back, I ordered it again and the Same thing happened except it wasnt returned instead my neighbor said he saw them throw it over my fence and leave.Ontrac is the worst

Worst shipping company ever! We’ve had 2 horrible experiences with this company. Costumer service takes 30-45min just to talk to someone and they are of zero help. Have a package being held and they won’t let me come pick it up and won’t deliver until they verify my address with company I ordered from.

Just like everyone else, the order says it was delivered and I never got it. I was home all day too. This is the worst shipping company.

OnTrac website says my packages were delivered. I was home all day and nothing was ever dropped off.

These people are the worst it’s 745 at night and I’m still waiting for my package that they claim they were going to deliver today in the afternoon these people are very unreliable don’t ever use them, It’s as if they have no consideration for your children that need to go to sleep or if you want to spend time with your wife as if you’re supposed to come down and answer the door at nine or 10 o’clock at night to receive a package

Terrible. They never deliver my items on time if at all. There is always a delay and 9/10 times they will return my packages to the sender. I wish companies would quit using them.
