The valley location closed, so had to start using this location. We had great service from Sally. She is very professional and I was very pleased to have a new hair dresser.

Dont recommend the Airway Hieghts one....But the one on 29th on The South Hill is GREAT!

Maggie put highlights in my hair. I showed her a couple of pictures for ideas, and she put the plan together. The color came out exactly as I pictured it, my hair looks amazing! As it took awhile for the entire process, we talked a lot and laughed A LOT! She was super fun to talk to and we had quite a bit in common so there was never an uncomfortable silence. 10/10 would recommend Maggie. I will for sure be back with my kiddos and for myself.

I always have a great experience at Super cuts because I go to a hair stylist I know and trust and give them specific instructions on trimming my hair

They seem to always cut my hair the way I want it. No frills, no fuss, no long lines or upselling.

It always seems to be a different stylist but they all have gotten ir right. I must say Im surprised. Plan on a 20 to 30 minute wait

New to Spokane and been looking for new styles and found her. Colleen was very kind and professional. Highly recommended!!! Im lowering my stars to one because this time I walked in and it took her an hour to cut some kids hair that look like he was loaded out of his mind and there was still two people waiting for haircuts ahead of me and I couldnt handle it no more!!

Maggie is the best hairstylist Ive ever had, she goes beyond expectations. She always gives me the best haircuts. Shes the only person i know that can cut straight bangs and texture them extremely well. She will always show you and tell you whats going on and what shes doing and see if you like it, she also asks if youd like to tweak somethings like if you want it alittle shorter, etc. She will give you advice if you shall need it. Shes the sweetest person, I love her! I always tip her. The other staff there are hilarious and great too. I love the atmosphere there! Dont forget to tip! Its definitely worth it!

Michelle and Brook were great! My wife and I walked in for a quick bang trim for her and I got my neck cleaned up. The service was fast, friendly, and just what we wanted. The price was great too.

Michelle was awesome! She quadruple checked with me about my hair , explained everything she was doing, she was kind and she talked to me like a friend. No attitude about my hair already being washed before comming in and she explained the best hair cuts for my face shape. She had me look at the back 3 times to make sure I was satisfied. Great job.

Cierra was the best. She cut my toddler’s hair and did a great job getting down on his level so he wouldn’t be scared. He had a blast. Worth the $18 for a kid cut.

Terrible!!! I asked to get my eye brows waxed and I was the only person in there. She waxed off half my eyebrow and told me it must of been to thin. Then proceeded to make them very even. Didnt tell me she screwed them up until the end when she said she was done and I asked to see them. I was pissed i didnt even want to ask someone else to fix what they could. Now I guess Im getting bangs ugh . WILL NEVER go back in and NEVER recommend

Good place to get a haircut and nice people

They allmost destroyed my hair and I had to go to great clips where she was able to save the haircut and if not I was gonna shave my head. The women who cut my hair was nice enough but she would not listen to what I told her, its my hair you gotta listen. I called back to get a refund which I should of never payed in the first place, and the manager sally agreed to give me the refund after trying to convince me to get my next haircut there after whey butchered it the first time, I did not appreciate the debate I had to have with the manager I had pictures to prove the issue, she should of just gave me the refund I avously was not lying and she acted like it was no big deal. Will not be going there again.

DO NOT GO HERE! They absolutely butchered my hair! There is a 6 inch section on the right side thats a solid inch shorter than my left side. My bangs are choppy and uneven! My leyers are more like chunks. Theyre slow and not personable. You can tell they dont like being there. I have been to many Supercuts and always had a good hair cut, but this was aweful.

After 45 min waiting, a woman who had been there 20 min. said I was told to come back in 30 and here I am. She was taken before me even tho her name hadnt been entered and a mother and son werent placed on the list either. Needless to say, I wont be back! and thats after 20 years.

Very bad expericen messed up on all 4 hair cuts and turns around and charges us 100 for 4 haircuts thatvwernt even done right do not go here they suck there no good and are horrible luckiest hair cut Ive had and they charged up the add to do a no good job
