Its a very busy place with all employees working quickly to acomplish their goals, unlike the other tire store in town with the large O , you can actually see progress without a time elapce cammera.

Discount Tire in Spanish Fork saved me tonight. After returning home from running some Saturday errands I could hear hissing from my driver side front tire and sure enough a huge screw was stuck in it. Panicked, I called a local tire repair store and they told me they were about to close and to “not come by”. I called Discount Tire and as it turns out, they were closing at the same time (in 15 minutes) but without hesitation they told me to come in and they’d take care of me. I’ll definitely do all my future business with the company that EARNED my business.

At the end of the day, on a holiday, Jordan answered the phone and took care of a flat tire that needed replacement just before a family trip that could have been a disaster. Other companies were closed for the holiday and Walmart wouldn’t even answer their phone. I highly recommend Discount Tire Company in Spanish Fork for great customer service!

Replaced 2 tires and a wheel in a little under 45 minutes. The staff was nice and welcoming which was nice after needing to get towed to replace two tires. The warranty on the tires is worth every penny. We only ended up spending around 100 when we thought it would be around 300. They truly earned my continued business.

Just bought tires from here, I vacuumed and cleaned out my car afterwards and noticed that one of my wheel covers was damaged.. not really pleased about that, I just replaced these covers about 4 months ago. Other than that it was a good experience.

Unfortunate for them their service to me today was free, fortunately for them Ill return when I need my wheels balanced. I had a wobble of sorts that caused a slight vibration in my car, and the car to slightly veer left. When I made it to Utah I decided to get the wobble fixed...so I went to Rockys and they balanced the wheels. Didnt work. This lead me to Discount Tires and after performing the service of balancing, instead of rotating the tires as they had previously suggested, the problem was fixed. Moral of the story, their equipment was evidently good enough to fix my problem with the balancing of the tires.

Great and Super fast customer service. They are not super busy so I was in and out in 25 min for a tire rotation and balance. I will definatly come back to this location so I dont have to drive to provo or orem. Thank you Jace.

I bought 2 new front tires in st George a few weeks ago. I got the warranty. My front passenger valve stem started leaking and I stopped to have it fixed in Spanish 3. They said they fixed it and I drove on to Idaho falls. Im a country singer and when I came out of the show my tire was flat. Now Im in a parking lot and have to get a tow in the morning . Discount tire is gonna pay for this what a nightmare.

Was traveling through town on vacation and needed 2 front tires for my SUV. Picked my tires and scheduled appointment for the next morning. Thought it would take an hour. I arrived early and they got me right in and had me done in 15 minutes. Amazing! Store was super clean and organized. Excellent experience!

I cannot say enough about how thankful and appreciative I am to the staff at this location, Mike the manger and Jace the technician went above and beyond to help me, I had just gotten off a long road trip only to have to go another 50 miles and my car caught a screw, unfortunately it was less than 10 minutes before they closed, I called and told them where I was and I was hurrying. They kept the store open to repair my flat, I would have been stranded with my dog in my car on a 90 degree day! I am so thankful for them, the only thing they said was “it’s no problem, it was the right thing to do”. Honestly I will never give anyone else my business when it comes to tires, thank you discount tires, especially the Spanish Fork location. They are proof there is positivity in this world still! Thanks again for helping me in a bind!

Sadly, this was the worst visit I have ever had. All of the other locations have been excellent! I had very little or no communication throughout and each time it was with a different person who didnt know what was going on. It felt rushed and very unorganized with a scheduled appointment. The parking lot is very challenging for a rig. Customer service and great communication is what have kept me as a customer at the other locations. I will not be returning.

Me and my family had a crazy day today, and thanks to a few of these employees it wasnt too bad. Driving down the highway passed this store with a trailer carrying a RZR, ready for some winter fun, the trailers tire blew and we found ourselves on the side of the road without the tools to change the broken one out with the spare. We left the trailer and back tracked to Discount Tire where they lent us some tools for free. From there we got the tire changed (with the help of another Good Samaritan) and returned the tools and they were able to order in a new tire for when we come back through on our way home. Needless to say, Im very thankful for their service!

Made an appointment and they were waiting when I pulled in. Put the new tire on and was done in 15 minutes. Very professional! Answered a few questions I had. I will take all my vehicles there in the future.

We come up here from Nephi when we need something for our tires because we always have a great experience at this location! All the employees are so friendly and they get the work done on our cars quickly & efficiently. I also appreciate that they have coloring pages & crayons inside since I usually have my little kids with me while we’re waiting.

I feel like when I drop off my car and say I can come back to pick it up they always put cars in front of mine in line. Dropped my car off at 1:00pm and got the call that it was done after it closed around 7....other than that great people and awesome customer service

They were great. Very helpful. No pressure. Its a new store so they are not that busy. I usually shop on line and compare and check online to see if my choice is in stock. Then I just show up and show them what I have chosen. Its all very painless. I also take advantage of the same as cash financing. I dont see how you can beat their prices, financing and service.

As in the past, consistent service and a good variety of tire options. Their pricing is competitive but not the cheapest so I gave them 4 stars. I have been a customer of Discount Tire in Arizona, Nevada, and now in Utah for more than 20 years. Ill be back when these tires wear out.

The Spanish Fork branch employees and also the manager give us better service than other discount tire i visited before,I know this place is new but i hope they keep doing well that way they will be my preferred tire place.

Friendly, fast service. They explained everything to me, changed the price of coverage for the tires so that I can get free ones if they go out, and checked all of my pressures/rotated the tires. Waiting area was comfy with big windows and even a big window looking onto the work area. Got me on my way within 45 minutes. They also allow you to go to any Discount Tire and get free service. I was excited to have a discount tire in Spanish Fork - close to home. Ive always had good experiences at other stores, specifically Lindon.Harrison helped me when I showed up for my appointment. He acted like I was an inconvenience to him even though I had an appointment. My tires were ordered and everything. Come to find out when I paid for the tires at the store, he charged me for their certificates (warranty service) even though I didnt ask for it and it wasnt discussed. Unfortunately, I didnt notice until a couple weeks later. As I read through other comments, it looks like hes disappointing a lot of customers. Looks like Ill continue to go to Lindon. I wont do business with a dishonest employee.

Overall goodexperience. Had to wait to get help. But that’s because they spend time with you. One thing I didn’t quite like is the guy that helped me the first time pushed one tire and wouldn’t listen to me. So I left and got online and found what I was looking for at a Great price otherwise it would’ve been a 5 out of 5. The guy who ordered my tires also did my on line 10% discount for me “ different guy “ that was cool of him. Good job.

Hands down the best tire shop around. Brought a set of tires, 2 weeks later was having issues. Went to see Lance, told him about the problem, he let me know it was an alignment issue not a tire problem but still give me a deal on replacement tires. I have been buying tires from discount for about 20 years. Last week I went to the new store in Spanish Fork, I won’t go back!! The guy at the counter was extremely rude! I needed a simple balance and rotation (that comes with the tires when you buy them), of course they don’t want to be bothered with actually doing it when you go back to have it done. He acted all mad that I was asking for it to be done and then gave me a ridiculous time frame! Too many other options out there to put up with that kind of service.

I had Discount Tire change my tires a few weeks ago. I made an appointment and showed up on time. Took them a little longer than it should but it wasnt too bad. Today I went to change my break pads and noticed that im missing lug nuts on my tires (my hub caps cover my lug nuts so I didnt notice the missing lug nuts till I took the hub caps off). HUGE safety concern, I definitely wouldnt recommend coming to this location.

I am impressed!!! I have bought several sets of tires at the Provo location over the years. I knew the management their pretty good from over the years. When the Spanish Fork location opened up I was a bit hesitant since I didnt know the new management. As I stood in line the manager (I didnt know he was the manager at that time) came right up to me and said how can I help you. He got me in and out quick! I will be going back to the Spanish Fork location for now on! Thanks Lance!!!

The staff was awesome! Ordered my tires, and scheduled an appointment for the next afternoon. They were slammed with both walk in and appointment based customers, yet they still were pumping cars out as fast as they possibly could. As I observed them doing all of the many steps from removing the tire and wheel, then another 20 steps before putting wheel and tire back on vehicle. They were met with challenges due to cold weather, stubborn tires, to balancing that wasnt going right. Through all of this they were attentive to the customers time and patience level. Explaining why it has taken longer than expected, and always courteously. I would go back and wait again because they took care of not only me but others that were in a bad way, staying way past their end of shift to make sure everyone was taken care of.

I’ve bought so many tires over the last 10 years from the discount tire in American Fork and have always had the most respect and kindness from employees! I just had a few minutes to run my camp trailer down to have the tires looked at and to get a quote for new ones. The kid that greeted us told me I needed to go and drive around the entire block so I could pull in between some cones. I told him I was on a bit of a time crunch and asked if I could just back in between the cones to snag a quick quote (time crunch cause I had a screaming baby in the back seat). He smirked as if maybe I wasn’t capable to back in between the cones, and then made a big deal about me staying where I was at. First of all I know that I’m a girl, but that doesn’t mean girls aren’t capable of backing trailers. Secondly I’ve been backing trailer since I was 12 on a family farm and I’m also a truck driver for a transport company. The fact that I felt as if I was being treated less than if I were a big burly dude really got under my skin. I will continue to use discount tire, but will not go and support that location. Really unfortunate where I live five minutes from it.

Great service. Up front found that prior company put on the wrong size tires which lead to oil pan problem do to bottoming out as well as bending my rim. Put the right tires on your car.
