I work late night shifts so my schedule isnt exactly the easiest to work around, but at Dickerson they were able to fit me right in for an oil change/brake maintenance and got it done quickly!

I have taken both my vehicles to Dickerson and have always had a great experience. I really like how they do an inspection report along with an oil change, they even include pictures. They do not pressure you into getting repairs, but are very helpful and will point out things that need attention on your vehicle.

6/5 starts if i could. There was open comunication through out the process which made things really easy to plan around. The service that i received exceeded every expectation i had. I would happily drive the 100 mile round trip for any maintenance on my vehicle.

We took our truck in for an oil change they offered to rotate our tires for no additional charge and at the last minute I asked if they could do my emissions test also. They also, free of charge, ran a safety check and informed us of several things that needed to be fixed. They let us know that they could help us fix it, but totally didnt pressure me into anything. They took longer than they had told me it would be and I was glad I arranged for someone to come pick me up. We will definitely be going back to them in the future.

I have had Dickerson Automotive work on two of my vehicles that I could not get any one else in my town to fix. Both times Dickersons were quick and professional. I appreciated that they would call and quote a price when they found something additional rather than just fixing it and charging me for the repair. Their customer service is by far the best that I have ever experienced. They called a couple weeks after both repairs to make sure everything was still operating the way it should and to see if I had any questions. They may charge a little more than my local garage, but its worth it to me. I gladly drive or haul my vehicles the 85 miles for them to work on.

Clean shop, luxurious waiting room, top-of-the-line tools, and a large office staff come at a cost that must be passed on.

These guys are awesome. I took the car in the morning as scheduled. It was a transmission sensor that was bad. They gave my wife a loaner car for the day. They diagnosed it in the morning and the car was ready by 3pm that same day. They also sent me a personal text the day after offering me $50 off my next service, no minimum purchase and it doesnt expire. The price was fair and reasonable. I loved this experience, and I will be be back again! It makes me want to have my car break down so that I can have them work on it. The auto mechanic experience is different from any other Ive had - in a good way. Nice work and keep it up!

The prices here are significantly steeper than most places. I came in for a squeaky belt and they ended up replacing my belts and idler pulley (for $300). When I left they were quiet but began squealing again. I took my car back and they tried again to fix it. They cleaned the belt and it appeared to quit squealing. Later it began squealing again. A few weeks later my battery quit charging so I changed the alternator. It had a squeaky wheel. The squealing is gone now. Dickersons didnt even check that. They did re-tighten my alternator belt for free after I changed the alternator myself. If you want to deal with nice people and be treated respectfully and kindly, this is a great shop. If you want the best mechanics or the best price, go somewhere else.

The very first time I went to Dickerson auto was such a great experience that I will probably make them my official go-to. They were super friendly and clear about what to expect. They are very reasonably priced, and they do a great job! Its also just a nice atmosphere if you need to wait a while. Great place!

We only have one car and I couldnt afford to leave my car there because I had a lot of errands to run and work to do. First place ever to offer me a loaner car for the day! In fact, my vehicle needed extensive work so they let me keep the loaner car for two days. In addition, they were very pleasant to work with . Theyre up front and will give you their opinion on what is best for you, instead of what is best for their wallets. I dont know how much car parts cost but their service has always been fast and friendly. They are considerate and even though I dont understand the car lingo I know that my car is in good hands which is nice not to have to worry about it.I really appreciate having good quality service. I have had my car serviced only by the dealership for the last 8 years, but after many bad experiences, did not want to go back when my car had issues again. My boss recommended Dickerson, who he has always gone to, and they fit me in that day. They even provided a loaner car when my car was not quite finished that night. I would like to say thank you to Dickerson Automotive for providing professional service and a personal atmosphere of understanding and care. I have been taking my car to Dickerson Automotive ever since I got it, so about 5 years at least and it has been well worth the effort. I am up over 120,000 miles now and having trusted the reasonable recommendations of Dickerson Automotive has kept my car running perfectly.

Dickerson auto is great! Ive had my car aligned and tires balanced there, and it rode much better than I thought it would after getting it fixed. Afterwards they explained that their state of the art alignment machine and tire balancer are the some of the best in the industry. I noticed a small charge in shop supplies but being somewhat familiar with cars I realize that they probably had to use some lubricant for the rusty bolts under mine. These guys are super friendly and I have sent other members of my family here to take care of there cars. Highly recommended to anyone in the southern Utah county area. They may be a tad bit more pricey, BUT well worth it for the professional manner in which they help fix your car right.

We were traveling thru to Arizona with 3 horses in a trailer, and has a brake caliper came off....metal on metal. They told us to hit the road and find someone else, they were too busy. Dont bother if u are stranded...too busy, and not interested in helping to get you back on the road!! Be warm and well fed attitude, with absolutely no compassion to offer! I hope someone treats them better if they are ever in a jam!

I was traveling cross County from central New York and I was having car troubles. A friend gave me Dickerson’s information and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Brylee (sp?) told me to come right in and they took care of me right away. They were awesome!!! I would recommend them to all my friends who are traveling through Utah! These guys are amazing!! I had a light come on in my truck that I thought was the low oil pressure while dropping my daughter off at school. So first I turned it off, and second I called Dickersons! They had their staff come meet me with a loaner car at 7:30 am at the school so that I could get to work on time while they took my truck and figured out what was going on with it. I was totally impressed with Dickerson Automotive. We are new in town and checked with Dickerson for a second opinion to repair our van. Dickerson saved us hundreds of dollars compared to what the dealership was going to charge. We will definitely be back; these people are fair, honest and their customer service is top-notch!

Most these reviews must come from family or friends. I am neither. If you want to pay outrageous prices, have people try to fix stuff that isnt broken, and/or get poor service, go to Dickerson. I went here not too long ago and asked them to do my brakes and fix my blinker. They swapped out a flasher ($10 part, less than five minutes of work) and charged me $120! They charged me over four hundred dollars for just the front brakes and didnt even balance the rear drum brakes (although they claimed to have done so). I found this out because I didnt pass safety because my brakes were so unbalanced. They also told me I needed a new fuel pump and wanted to charge me $700 for it. I couldnt afford that of course. I let them do the blinker and brakes and took it to someone else (Larios in Provo) to check out the fuel pump quoted. They said it would be $200 for parts and labor, but asked why I wanted to have it fixed if it was fine. The outrageous prices are one thing, but the dishonesty is what caused me to write this review. DO NOT go here, unless you like high prices, poor service, and dishonesty!

I was on a road trip and my power steering let go, they got me turned around in less than a day for pretty much the price i would have expected.

About a month ago I had Dickerson Automotive replace my alternator in a 2004 Mazda 6. I was charged over $700.00. After telling a few people about the price they were shocked. Since then Ive gotten several estimates from other local garages and the prices quoted were between $275 and $500. If you want fair and honest pricing I would suggest finding out the average cost of the repair you need before having the repair done so you can avoid spending hundreds more than you need to.

Ethical, responsive, kind, non-condescending. These are things you dont see often when it comes to auto repair and I really appreciate their help and advice. They give a lot for a little and thats a rare occurrence. We were selling a car and needed to know everything that was wrong with it and they helped us price it right. This is just one of the many things weve had them work on.

I was pleasantly surprised yesterday when I came in to have my Jeep checked and get a tune up only to be told my Jeep was fine and did not require a tune up just yet. Had I taken it to my old place (Doug Smith) they would have done the tune up and found something else wrong with my jeep as well that would have broke the bank. Ive been taking my vehicles to Todd and Craig at Dickerson Automotive since we moved to Springville in 2000. Actually, for the first year we were in Springville I went to several mechanics with varying degrees of dissatisfaction, misdiagnosed problems, unfixed problems with several return trips to make things right and often many over charges I had to arm wrestle with them with.Since we only buy used vehicles we have to have a good mechanic. Since being at Dickerson for 16 years, all my 5 kids are grown and most of them take their cars to Dickerson too, having had the same trial and error experience with other mechanics and have come to the same conclusion, that while it first appears the Dickerson quote may be a little higher than others, their support in being able to fix the problem right the first time, on budget and on price, leads to a no hassle experience! And theyve dropped me off at work after I drop my car off to them, theyve let my daughter borrow their loaner car while her car has been in the shop all day, and if there is ever any question if something isnt fixed right, which is rare, they take complete responsibility in making it right with no extra charges. I suspect a large part of their genius is Shaun their lead mechanic, along with Todd and Craigs hands on experience in their early years before owning their own shop.Get this, every time I buy a used car, they ask me to bring the car in, no charge, for them to inspect, so I will have a good experience with that car! My son didnt listen to them once when he bought a diesel truck with lots of miles on it, and in the long run that decision cost him a lot of extra dollars and problems.I thought I was getting a good deal on a Honda Civic, but Craig showed me where the frame of the car had been fixed and welded incorrectly leaving the alignment permanently damaged.I cant say enough good about Craig and Todd and the gang at Dickerson Automotive! Ive got 16 years of good experiences to draw from. Thanks guys!
