Love love love!I was looking around for a new spot to get my nails done as the place closest to me had increased their volume so the consistency and quality had gone down. Ashley’s nails is amazing. I just went this past weekend for my first time and was amazed at how clean and professional the place was, even with COVID-19 restrictions. The lady who did my nails was very polite and gentle and I truly enjoyed myself. I was able to relax for the first time in a long while. I will be back soon!!

Very poor job done. I know that I haven’t gotten a pedicure in a while because of the pandemic, but Ashley Nails & Spa really didn’t do much to get me back to a healthy shape.After she finished, there was still a lot of peeling dry skin left covering my entire feet, that I could grip with my fingers (not nails) and easily peel off.I do not recommend going to this place unless you want to pay someone to help treat your feet then have to go home and do it yourself.

They were rough and rushed even though they didn’t have clients waiting. The lady took a chunk out of my toe, enough that it hurts and bleeds two days later.

Came here because of the convenience as its around lots of restaurants. The shop is very aesthetically pleasing and the staff is very nice. My nails are decent. The shape of the nails are nice but the paint is all over my fingers and the job was done a tad bit rough. Plus the nail polish has lots of bubbles. Im not really satisfied.

These photos are my nails two days after getting them done. I’m disappointed in the quality of the paint used, and the overall experience. I left with 3 fingers bleeding, and not happy with the look right off the back.

Very courteous and professional staff. They took their time in preparing my nails for my manicure and pedicure. I brought my sister for the same and she was very pleased also. The facility was immaculate. This is now my new salon.

Visited the beautiful establishment today and I must say that the entire ambience of Ashley’s is more than a place to get nail services. It’s truly the definition of an exquisite Spa. I definitely will be returning here with my brother very soon. The nail tech Kim was kind and professional as was Thy and the owner, Ashley. I must say Ashley was extremely kind and had an outstanding sense of humor. All in all, this is a place I’d recommend to EVERYONE!!!

Just went there to get my eyebrows done and I must say she took away from my natural shape did her own thing. Kept saying “ I like it better “ I still paid because I’m changing as a person. Never going there again for my EYEBROWS !! They look like rectangles luckily they’ll grow back and I can fill them in !! 10$ NOT WORTH IT !

I go every two weeks for pedis and I get my SNS there as well. Staff is wonderful, Very clean and COVID-19 conscious. LOVE Ashley Nails.

Have visited this salon multiple times as its convenient to my house, but they are just not consistent. Sometimes you get a fabulous service and other times the nail polish is on your skin or the sns is way huge/bumpy or they shape your nails totally off. Just too many times Ive walked out feeling meh about the services that I wnt be back. Solid place but dont expect too much.

I love this place!! Pn (fawn) is amazing!!she takes her time and make sure she does exactly what youve asked for! She is very professional and welcoming it felt like we had known Each other for years! Ill definitely be coming back! Thanks for your amazing service

Le was ABSOLUTELY amazing! The shops environment is very welcoming. The decor is to die for and the manager offered me a refreshment right away. My sister and I went together and everyone was so nice and easy to talk to! THIS IS DEFINITELY OUR NEW GO TO! I got the gel ombré nails for the first time and I’m obsessed !!!

Not the first time I’ve had issues but I went by there at 6:45 and when I went in I said Oh, I just noticed, you close at 7:30?” The man said “No, we want to go home right now” I waited a second to see if he was kidding and then he followed it up with “You want an appointment tomorrow?” Had he bothered to ask all I needed was my SNS polish taken off my fingers, wasn’t looking for a long appointment. Sadly it seems the name change hasn’t improved the service here. This isn’t the first time I’ve been rushed out or made to feel like we’re inconveniencing them by wanting an appointment. They’ve also acted irritated when I’ve brought my 8 yr old daughter with me. Tonight was the last attempt. I went to another salon right down the road and they were more than welcoming.

I get pedicures here and really like it! They are thorough and polite. My only quirk with them is that when they hand you the booklet of the services they offer, they hand it to you already on the page describing all of the deluxe pedicures, which can run you up to $65. However, if you open the booklet to the “Nail Enhancements” section, the regular spa pedicure is listed there and only costs $21. If you’re not looking for the fancy pedi, make sure you go to that section and let them know you want the regular pedicure.

This is a phenomenal nail place. The service is amazing and they cater to your every need. PLEASE put this on your list for nail places to visit. I moved to Smyrna from DC and have been struggling to find a good place, this is the one!

First time in a LONG time, that I found a decent nail salon. Great staff, friendly atmosphere and awesome location. They have a lot of new products that other nail salons don’t offer. Definitely worth the 45 min drive here from powder springs. Steven did an amazing job on my nails.

Super sweet staff! Had the Sports Pedicure and was extremely happy with the experience. Kim provided a wonderful massage and took her time throughout the entire pedicure. I will certainly be coming back!

This is the best place for nail services. Ive used this spa for a long time but since its under new management, its at an new high level. Stephen always makes my nails look natural. He takes pride in his work and he is very skilled. He doesnt take any shortcuts and using all processes effectively. He takes his time and does not rush. This location is so beautiful. My girlfriend went to this place today. Said the people there are nice and friendly. The problem is the work that was done. On her hands she got gel and they arent smooth. On her feet she got regular nail polish and they already started to come off, like if it has been a week. But it was actually 6 hrs after she went.

I’m very particular when it come to my nails, but Skai and the crew at Ashley’s are extremely helpful and patient. I have an adult prom tomorrow so I showed them my dress and they put together the perfect nail look! The shop is beautiful and the crew has great energy so I felt very comfortable.

I really enjoy the staff, but the brand they use for gel is garbage. I have never had gel peel off within a week. I had it done once and it peeled and then redone on the same color and it peeled again. I said maybe it’s just the color and went back again. The gel has peeled off again within a week and I am really disappointed. I will not return unless they switch brands of nail color.

I love the clean, bright black and white decor with pink accents, and the staff is very friendly and competent — excellent fingernail choices (I do SNS) with matching toenails from an abundance of color choices. They even have a selection of wine to enjoy while having services — nail care and waxing. Very conveniently located in Smyrna’s Market Village, and they even offer Sunday hours! I’m a happy regular!

This place is rated really well but I’m not sure why. They are friendly but they are the most expensive salon around. They didn’t offer me anything to drink (or anyone that was there even though it’s mentioned on their menu). I got a mani and pedi. It’s the same experience I can get at another salon and pay less. Wish I would’ve got the same treatment that led the people to give it 5 stars.

I love coming to Ashley Nails for all services. Ive done acrylic, natural, and SNS. They always do a beautiful job and are always friendly. This has been my one stop shop for my spa needs and I always leave satisfied.

This is the best salon around. They are very detail oriented and do an excellent job every time!

Had a half leg wax. Seems like a joke but I and the waxing lady both were doing all kinds of acrobatics to get my legs waxed. She was spilling wax on to the floor and chair. She was crouched in front of me, with my foot in her lap, while using the chair to put the used wax strips and the pillow on the bed to put the hot wax kit. My leg was extremely patchy at the end and took very long to do. I was so mortified at the experience, I left as quickly as possible and even left a 5 dollar tip. Smh. It cost me $45. I regret going. I usually pay so much less at much more professional places but decided to try this one out since its so close to home. This place is definitely not where to go for a wax. Search cocobeleza instead and go there.

First time ever coming to this nail salon I waited 20 mins just for them to tell me if I wanted a full set I had to wait 30 more mins. I will never return. Only one person in the whole shop that can do an acrylic full set is ridiculous!!

I’m coming here to do my nails for the last 6 months or so with Mr Steven and I just love it. I do SNS and it is great, I super recommend!

The service and kindness of Anton and Tuan are amazing. They are kind, profesional and very patient. I have never had anyone do my Nails and good as Anton. As long as I’m in this area I will not go to another salon or have another nail master do my nails. Thank you Anton and Tuan.

Ive been going here for a long time. At first I was happy and treated pleasantly by Thy. However, I went yesterday, and she wasnt there, and the staff acted a bit on the gross side. 1st, Antwan is great with massages and pedicures. However, the new manager Fawn told Kim that I wanted someone else because she messed up my nails before. Mind you, I said this over the phone before arriving as a private ordeal, and Fawn even suggested that prior to try someone else or Vikki. I get there, and Vikki isnt there, Thy had left which is fine because traffic was bad even getting there, and Kim had been told what I said so she had a complete attitude. I ended my getting my nails done by TT, but she charged me extra for waxing that Thy never doesnt charge, and she was rude in the end since I was the last customer. It was almost like I was being pushed out the door. If it is 6pm, you close at 7 or 7:30, and you know it will take a while, dont take people if you will have an attitude in the end. Long story short, I hate Fawn made things awkward by being messy, I hate that they were trying to skirt around using my cards that they give you for the 10% discount, I hate I felt mistreated after coming over a year consistently with nice tips, and I hate I will no longer be returning. Such messiness.

I am new to the area and stopped by Ashley Nailsin the village and Lili revamp my acrylic nails as if I had solar nails on. I was so impressed and she became my tech! I have had every nail you can name but she is the bomb in everything and I strongly recommend her for any of your services.

Not good. I went in for a “Deluxe Pedicure”. The foot tub overflowed due to a used utensil stuck in the drain, the water wasn’t very warm, and the massage chair kept turning off. I felt very rushed out. So rushed that my polish got really messed up, but I was ready to go by then.
