I do not recommend going here. They use bad quality gel that turn yellow then refused to give me a refund because there was still color on my nails. They said they rendered a service so I am stuck with what I got.

I absolutely love goinghere! I have been going here since I was 4 years old and they have always been super welcoming! I got acrylics done a couple times now and they are legit Pinterest worthy! I also have never had any bad experiences!! thank you guys💅🏾💅🏾

I have went to this establishment for years. Sim is the best tech to me. My experience is with Lilly within 2 days my gel polish was chipping. On day 4 I could pull it off my nails. My pedicure was low performance as well. My toes had several spots. Really disappointing.

The staff are very sweet and professional. I made an appointment last Friday for my mom and me. They took us right in and did a great job. They asked before use of any tools. The prices are very reasonable and there are a variety of treatments. I recommend them if you are looking a quality manicure or pedicures.

This business has poor customer service and a non communicative staff. I had an appointment for my daughters to get their nails polished and a gel manicure at 3 PM the staff did not communicate that they were running behind or when I would be serviced we arrived at 3:05 we waited for 25 minutes and another customer of caucasian ethnicity came in after us @3:25 pm that also had an appointment waited for a minute and was serviced right away. I told my kids to put back the polish they just picked out and We left. This establishment does not value customers equally per our experience

I’m not sure what the ladies name is who did my nails, but she did a wonderful job. Her and the other nail techs were sweet & also funny. It was a great experience!

I walked in and they took me right in with no wait. I had Lilly for a mani/pedi and she was probably my favorite nail tech I’ve ever had. She was nice, gentle, and quality was 💯. The salon was very clean and well taken care of. Overall 5 star experience.

Great service and my nails look great. I got gel nails and gel on my toes. There was noone to render dip service so I had to go with gel instead.

I used to live in Murfreesboro but Im now in Christiana. I still go there because Cameron always does such a great job with my nails. Everybody is so friendly.

I went to this salon because its close to my house, I didnt have the best experience. The lady doing my pedicure cut me with the cuticle scissors also she didnt carry the polish all the way to the base!? I wanted a design on my big toes I had pictures and it wasnt anything difficult, she said theres only one woman that could do it and she was working on someones nails. I waited 25 minutes for her to get done with the other person so she could do my toes, well lets just say a 6 year old could have drawn a better design and it was $35! I wont be going back!

Very professional, and in COVID-19 times, safe environment. Everyone Ive encountered is friendly and talented, but I have to highlight Cameron is the absolute best manicurist I’ve ever had, she is very detailed! Highly recommend this place!

My first time here and definitely my last. Poor customer service. It looks like my toes were painted by a child. There is polish all over my skin! The lady did my pedi in under 10 minutes and didnt even ask what pedi I wanted. Im not a person who causes a scene if I dont receive adequate service, but I will leave a review. Not only is my pedicure poor quality, but the lady didnt bother to roll my pants legs down, nor wipe the oil off of my legs. She left me to fan my toes with their brochure. But she was quick to say I could pay her now...wow. just wow. Do better!!!

I went to this shop a couple of times and received very poor customer service. The lady in the first chair to the right did my nails after trying to throw me to someone else. She was very rude while doing my nails and not friendly. I came back again, since I was new to the area and unfamiliar with the area, and she threw to someone else. I think she is racist and just didn’t want to do my nails, just a personal observation. I tried them a year later in attempt to allow them to redeem themselves and they failed again. The top coat of my nails was peeling. I simply needed a top coat. The same lady who sits in the front right, was available to simple reapply the top coat but threw me to the person who did my nail, who at the time was just starting on a set of nails. I waited for 30 minutes for them to reapply top coat for 4 nails, before getting up and leaving. Will not recommend this place at all. Go to Smyrna Nail and Spa. Better people and not racist.

Walked in with no appointment for a manicure. Got seated within five minutes and I was walking out the door with a gel manicure about 25 min later! The ladies were super sweet and helpful! I’ll definitely go back!

This has been my go to place for years now. I had 2 friends move to Smyrna and I took them here and after the first visit this is the nail salon they called home. The ladies are friendly and have done a great job. During busy times they do their best to get people in quick but they still want to do a quality job on nails.

I came in today to treat my friend for her Birthday and she and i got a pedicure and our nails done. Both ladies barely spoke to us, the lady who had me cut my toe nails too short, the water was luke warm for my feet, and it had to ask her several times to put hot water in,the water was really hot for my friends feet water, and they overcharged me too much. I did not give a tip at all. Plus my nails messed up, so i do not recommend this place at all. Do not come here.

Absolutely the worst nail spa in town.. just now told can’t do my nails because 2 don’t like to do French - powder dip — the one who will has a client — so we can’t help you — you will have to go to someone else ... i came back because i expected them to fix the dip i was given 2 weeks ago — 2 nailsThe dip came off week 1 ... don’t waste your time expecting service here

My wife went in sat down waited 25 minuets before she was ask what she needed , no one created her when she walked in or anything. She ask for prices on some things she got ignored completely. If I could give 0 stars I would 110%. She wasn’t told when she would be helped or anything. She was noticed more than 10 times after sitting down.

Everyone was so nice. My daughter and I enjoyed our time here getting mani/pedis. And thank you Vicky for doing an amazing job on my nails! I will definitely be coming back here again 🙂

I have been using this nail salon for 5 years since moving to Smyrna. On my last visit very disappointed with the quality of my nails!!!! I asked why is my nail going up like that, she said that the way it is shaped... I have been getting my nails done for 20 years now NEVER have I seen my nails look the way she placed them on... And once I got home noticed there was lumps in the acrylic, my nails looked like cellulite... I wanted to try to keep them on so I could show the next time I came in, but one of the nails simply came off... I took a shower next morning it was in bed.... The young lady who did my nails was in a rush to leave said she had to go to Franklin... They normally do an awesome job, this time not so much... I will not be back because I feel I was not listened to and proved with sloppy unprofessional service

Shop taking extra safety precautions durning pandemic.

Ive been getting my nails done for 20 years and this was hands down the worst experience ever. My toe nails were cut very short and she made my toe bleed. Their prices are completely insane!!! $55 for a full set with gel polish. Gel polish was $30 for finger nails and $30 for toe nails in addition to the new full set which was $25. The women are rude. They get angry when you walk in. Out of the four ladies working, only ONE could do acrylics. About a dozen people were turned away because they didnt have time. This place is horrible!!!

$25 to add gel to your service. They upped the price drastically and don’t tell you, just let you be confused at checkout. They never greet you when you come in like they want you to give up and walk out (especially if you’re of certain ethnicities)

Excellent service and especially for me because Im disabled and cant reach my toes due to spinal surgery.

This is the only place I will let do my nails in the Nashville area. They are so personable and my nails always look amazing! They are great with gel, acrylic, and pedicures.

They barely speak when you walk in, they had 6 ppl working on a Saturday at 12 pm with hardly anyone there, how am I waiting for 30 + minutes??? Smh I had to leave that was so unprofessional. First time walking in there and I doubt I’ll go back. Please take better care of your customers.

Ive tried to get service twice here and they did not greet/speak to me and acted bothered that I even came in. I wont try again and will go somewhere else. I work hard for my money and I dont believe in spending it somewhere with poor customer service.

Every time I try to come here it’s always “an hour wait” “come back at a different hour” this is the third time I tried. I was just trying to get one nail fixed today. Might seem like not a reason to write a review but I’m just irritated with they’re rudeness. They never even give me a look or ask what I need done when I walk in there.

Stopped in for a quick polish change. Very please with timing. I had a recent nail crisis and Kate fixed the shape. I dont live in the area but will definitely travel when I need my get my next full set.

So I came down here to TN for a wedding. I ended up coming to this nail shop, because the other shop I went to had a 3hr wait! So I get to this one and only 1 nail tech, out of 4 total techs, knew how to do a full set . Smh. They had a sign in sheet, but wasnt following it. Also, there were at least 15 people that they lost business to, due to them not having enough nail techs. Listen, if you have a business you have to make sure thatEVERYONE working knows how to do EVERYTHING. Thats like going to Wendys and only 1 person knows how to operate the French Fry machine. Im just sayin. Extremely slow and very poor service. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

I just sat in this salon for 30 minutes without anyone even acknowledging my presence. I hope the rudeness was worth losing a well paying customer.

Went in there with my girlfriend, at first the staff was nice, we signed in. Than proceeded to sit there for an HOUR while 3 other groups with no appointments, came in and got pulled back within a few minutes. We left. Overall very poor service.

Update: I gave this place another chance and Im keeping my rating at a 3. I made an appointment for 6pm at 1130am day of. I got there 5 mins before 6 and waited for 25 mins. Correct me if Im wrong but if you make an appointment you shouldnt have to wait that long. They barely spoke to me when I walked in and again acted like the guests were a bother. I got a pedicure this time and it was okay I still have a few rough spots on my feet which was a bit disappointing.Its a pretty okay nail salon. The staff was nice enough but when I first walked in they acted like I was bothering them. I got an acrylic set and they were okay not the best Ive ever had. Its big which is nice but all their leather chairs for the guests are old and peeling. A few of the staff members were using the pedicure chairs as places the put their feet up and stretch their legs which I thought was a bit unprofessional. The prices were okay but Ive gotten better for less. I was overall happy with my acyrlics and pedicure but it was just an okay experience. I would go again because I Iive close but wouldnt go out of my way to go back.

They charged me $5 to fix one nail when they usually charge $3 and their employee kate is the rudest one. she has a mean face and sh always has an attitude. and she tried to charge me $5 more dollars to get the nail she fixed, painted. don’t go there unless you want your pockets to be empty.

I have been coming to this nail salon for quite a long time. The service hasnt always been the best, but the ladies can be tolerated long enough to get my nails, toes, and eyebrows. They are Definately not the friendliest by any means, but can be tolerated. I have had good experiences, and I have also had bad experiences, like today. I walked in to the salon, and it was full. I quietly grabbed a nail color, then proceeded to look at them until someone acknowledged me. Not one of those rude ladies in there said Hi how can I help you? They never said nothing to me when I walked through the door. I stand around 2p minutes waiting on one of them to ask me what I wanted. Nobody ever did. I was.completely ignored, and Im a regular! 2P mins later, three young girls walked in. As soon as they walked in, the lady says Hi how may I help you? The girls said they wanted 3 full sets!! I then stood up out of my chair and said Excuse me. I was first! then the lady says I know, I just ask them what they want thats when I REALLY got mad an said Ive been here 30 minutes, and.nobody said hi to me. Nobody asked ME what I wanted! I was completely ignored as soon as I walked in. Then they started speaking in their language, laughing. Whats funny is they didnt say a WORD TO ME when I called them out! They know if they would have spoken what they said in english, it would have been an altercation in the nail salon. The fact they ignored me completely, and didnt ask me what I wanted pissed me off. I have been going to this place for a while, and like I said, their not the most friendliest group of women I assure you that. This visit was the last time I will ever go.back. They had a loyal customer, and just lost her over their ability to not have good customer service. You dont get to pick and choose who you say hi to, or what they want. I was first and was completely ignored. Do NOT go to this nail salon. Bunch of stuck up, catty woman who are not even pretty lol. Terrible customer service, just TERRIBLE.

Friendly services but I notice the last time I was in there that some of the employees names dont match the licenses that are posted. Ive read a news article of this kind of problem that has happened before in Nashville.

Went to get a full set off and a classic manicure and the lady there said “I don’t have time for you” it was extremely rude and I was confused because they just opened and there were only 4 people in there...

Fist time going will be back this will be my go to nail salon!
