I’ve been going to Jose Auto for a few years and they NEVER have disappointed me. They do great work for great prices. I brought my vehicle to get worked on recently and they did a great job. Something seemed to be a little off when I got back home, and they told me to bring it in to look at for no additional charge and fixed the little issue. I’ve read all these other reviews about them cheating the customers, I’ve never experienced it and can’t even see that happening. Jose and his wife are a great team, run an efficient business, and treat customers like family and respect. This is the only place that gets my business in regards to fixing my vehicle, they do a fantastic job!

If I could give a negative star I would. They do the bare minimum to get the job done but they charge prices like a dealership. Maria is inappropriate and tone def when it comes to servicing customers. I will not be returning. I had a poor experience the last two times I visited.

Due to my friends experience and poor treatment by this business establishment. Especially with her dealings with the owner Maria. I would not do business with this company.

Reliable mechanic ...They will get the job done on ANY car.. Might not be cheap to some people but you cant go wrong with this shop ...

This company sucks they over charge you so be careful and also the customer service is no good hes always busy and can never get to your car in time i hit a pothole and these guys wanted to charge me 1600$ for repairs but my mechanic only charged me 500$ and I was driving the next day jose Auto Center is a rip off the guy looks like he can only do oil changes and brakes because when he seen my car he looked scared here are pictures of how it looked before and after my mechanic did his thing stay away from jose Auto Center

I have use this repair service on two occasions. The first repair I went along with the $500 up charge after the repair was completed I was skeptical but when ahead with the repairs. The second repair they quoted me 1650. Order the part...called me to tell me it would 3400 bucks. I declined the repair and they called back minutes later to say they could it for 2900 ...???? I then picked up the truck and was charged 270 bucks for a diagnostics fee. The service is horrible and the business is a very bad joke

Anytime Ive gone there, they are always profession and friendly, they never try to upsell me anything I dont need. Plus they always stop to make sure that the scheduled time we had works for me.

My family has taken 3 different cars for numerous types of service to Jose. They do a great job and take pride in their work. Prices are very fair and repairs are done in a very reasonable amount of time. This is a local family run business which I will recommend to anyone!

I felt like I was duped...this guy are the biggest joke I’ve met in my life.they make up all kinds lies reap me off about 7 thousand dollars from me and still didn’t get the job done and no apologies I had to take the car to Toyota

Took my 2013 Chrysler 300 here to have a oil pressure sensor installed. He put the part on but I later found out while I did my own oil change that he never connected the cables. Very unprofessional didn’t have the correct tools to work on my car I had to walk to advance auto to get a socket he didn’t have to fix the car

I have always gotten my cars fixed at this shop. The mechanic is a fully licensed and professional worker. I have lived in Georgia for over 20 years and am grateful to know these people! Anyone here complaining about pricing hasnt wanted to pay double or triple at most commercial dealers, so they go to mom and pop shops trying to strike lower deals. If you want bad service then obviously a cheaper place will give you that. But I always recommend this shop to anyone. The work is always thorough, and timely. All at good prices too!

Jose can fix problems no one else can. Easy to deal with. Very thorough.

Please dont ignore the comments this people are REALLY EXPENSIVE. I took my car to this person for something electrical witch I had told him what someone else had told me the problem could be the point is he was going to charge me $900 without taxes and once I told him it was a lot for me to pay at the moment he was going to charge me $350 just to get my car back UNBELIEVABLE i had to get in a fight with him becausd he didnt tell me he was foing to charge me that much just to check the car so at the end i got my car back but I had to pay $100. I took my car somewhere else and they charge me $420 to fix it. Please DONT go there.

Bad service broke the coil to my car during spark plug installment. Charge me 100 without parts n my car was not driveable after. Took no responsibility. Dont go there

$45 for an alternator check when others like Napa, Oreilys, AutoZone, etc do it for free?! I think not!

I took a 98 dodge ram to get it fix,she the boss at the front desk gave a price and 2 days later she call me to say that she did not charge for labor,so she added a 100 dollars more,and she is always trying to scare you about your vehicle, there customers service sucks as well.

I regret not having read the evaluations of other people, if I have known I am not taking my car ... I feel ripped off.It seems a very common practice of these people, because they know that if you do not have the budget in writing and signed, it is not valid if you want to go to court ... They never handle prices and costs of things ... THEY ARE RATELY .The replacement of an alternator (I took the new alternator) I paid 296 dlls. A 7 inch cable 80 dlls. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.
