Defiantly the best service for my older model Mercedes finally someone to fix my car

Tim had our x5 FAMILY vehicle for over a week. He said he could fix it. Picked the car up, paid $2,500. Made up elaborate story of why the car was broken down. The car smelled like a nasty garage afterwards. The car wasnt fixed and still had he engine light on because... he couldnt fix it. Now, we have to take to it Global Bmw to invest another 2k+. Fast forward two weeks later and it broke down AGAIN. of course we took it back and he said it was something different. Dont let his fake nice guy Boy Scout facade fool you. Tim lacks integrity. Period. Any smart business owner would have called within a day and let us know that he couldnt fix it. Best of luck and I hope you have a better experience than we did.

Great dealership and service, under new management

Dont go to this place! I gave them my car they had it for months and couldnt fix it...when I finally had enough and got it towed back to my home...it came back with parts taken off and thrown in the inside of the car!! My window down and not working..and my cd player face completely gone!!..Stay away from this place at all cost!!
