I talked to Tony. He made time to listen to my diagnosis and then did his own when I dropped off the car. In the end, it was only a battery but he took the time to do a thorough investigation. The guy is very knowledgeable about BMWs. They are exactly what you want from an independent shop. They will give you insight into options beyond the dealer and manufacturer recommendations. A dealership quoted me just under $4k for recommended repairs on my car. Motorcars evaluated the car and I ended up paying just over $800 for repairs because 3 of the recommended repairs were not necessary at that time (and wouldnt be necessary for a very long time). The employees at Motorcars are courteous and happy to answer questions. They complete the job in a timely manner and are reasonable on pricing.

I think its safe to say when your car has an issue you feel anxious and scared. I really enjoyed bringing my car here for these reasons:I was charged fairly, and was walked through the price.The whole time my car was in the shop, I was kept up to date with information regarding what they were looking at, and they asked me questions to further investigate the problem.My specific issue (Mini Cooper) was it was overheating, I had previously brought it to another shop and they replaced the coolant hoses. The overheating issue eventually returned.Motorcars International took the time to find the root of the problem. I would recommend bringing your car here!

As an owner of a 1986 Saab 900S living in Chattanooga, quality service was difficult to find. Motorcars provides honest, quality service. I have used them for the past 10 years I have lived in the Atlanta area, working on three different vehicles (Saab, Toyota, Audi). On two occasions Motorcars told me not to have work performed that I thought my car needed because they indicated that what I was experiencing was normal for my particular vehicle. Ive brought my 2007 Audi to Motorcars International since 2014. They fixed larger issues like replacing the timing belt and turbo, as well as an oil leak and they also take care of regular maintenance. Their prices are fair. They are very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for service/maintenance needs. Their solid reputation crosses state lines! We were referred to Motorcars by my family’s long-time mechanic in my hometown. Tony, Walter & the team kept our ‘05 Odyssey with 170K + miles on it running smoothly for a long time. They talk you through all the repairs performed, run through what needs to be done soon so you can budget for it and don’t do anything unnecessary. We drive a bit out of our way to get our vehicles serviced at Motorcars, but it is absolutely worth it for such great customer service and quality of repairs!

Finally, an auto repair shop that listens, explains things really well, and goes the extra mile to make sure things are right! Lets start by saying that unless its something that the dealership has some deep discount on (like XX,000 mile service), or its something Motorcars cannot do, Tony/Gary and the MI guys, are the only ones that touch my car. Its open, honest, quality service. Yes, I know they dont offer the perks of other places, like a loaner, or a shuttle home, and yes, when I leave it, I know it will be there a day or so, but hey, my car deserves that attention and detail. They take the time to not only show me (if I ask) what went wrong, but they also show me the old parts (and offer them to me if I wanted them)

I was referred here , and I am so glad I was. They had to keep my car for a couple days , but the Customer Service that Tony gave was AMAZING!! I have never seen anything like it in all my years of car service all over Metro Atlanta! I will only take my car here!!

Not a good experience overall. Poor customer service. My oil change performed by them fell way short of normal change parameters. Then when I called to make another appointment, the phone response was curt and rude.There are better places for my business. I expect better customer service and professionalism.

Front desk manager was threatening beyond belief. When i came to pick up my car, i was late and he seemed as if he didnt want to accept the credit card payment and give me my keys. (Over $800+ repair) yea ...they probably overcharged me...He was furious, i was by myself in the shop and it was frightening. The desk manager looked so angry at me that my mother who was in the car we came in walked into the shop!! I wrote about this in another review and never heard anything from the owner. I havent been back, i have a Toyota, now, go to Firestone and wont miss an opportunity to complain about the scary early evening experience.

I took my mini here as Id broken down from the engine overheating. I spoke to Tony and he helped me get it towed (towing service they use is incredibly professional and reasonable) then once they had parts in they fixed it and I had it back in about 48 hours or less. Service was wonderful and incredibly reasonably priced. I will be referring and using them for all our car servicing needs.

I have been a regular at this shop for several years. Anytime my BMW is in need of any work, whether it is regular maintenance or some major repair, they get it done. These guys are great! They worked on our 2004 M3 and now our 2018 Audi S5. Just oil changes so far on the Audi but love the personal touch and prompt service.

These guys do amazing work. I accidentally found them when my tow truck driver dropped my car off to the wrong place (here). Now I take my car to them every time I have a problem.
