Not sure why this location has such terrible reviews. I’ve been the past four years for routine clinicals and the staff is fantastic and friendly. They are fast as well! If they aren’t fast they may be short handed that day.I would recommend setting appointment online and check in on your phone when you arrive. Very easy and this is my favorite location by far!

The staff was very friendly and I didnt feel a thing when my blood was drawn. Great location if you need any labs.

Absolutely unacceptable service. When you call them, they either hang up or dont answer at all. In person they are very rude. They are also too lazy or inept or BOTH because if you show up with orders submitted electronically by your doctor, theyll tell you they dont have them. They did have great staff years ago, but not now. Avoid this location at all costs! They need to hire decent staff or shut the place down entirely.

If I could give 0 starts I would. Very unprofessional. I got there 10 minutes before the posted closing time and they said they were closed. As they opened the door to let someone leave I said “Excuse me ma’am” to a woman. She slammed the door in my face.

Don’t go they don’t even speak to you when you walk in. The have a self check-in and don’t even try to help the elderly with the technology 🤨 . The sit in the window and gossip. Where is the customer service? Where are your manners? Help me understand why they have jobs.

Kawanee was very efficient and gentle. I’ve never had someone be able to extract blood from my vein on first try it’s always a task, Kawanee got it first try and was painless. Done in less than 5 minutes, great service thanks!

Avoid this place at all costs! My doctor sent a lab order for me, and Labcorp could not find it when I got there. Called the doctor back, and they said they are going to stop referring this place because this is a common problem. Also, dont bother making an appointment, it will still be first come, first serve when you get there. The Labcorp in Hammond is excellent, but this Labcorp SUCKS!

Be prepared for them to mix your samples with someone elses then argue with you about it. The employer info they had on file was wrong and then also proceeded to give the employer the run around about it as well.

Very slow and not very nice staff!I am a diabetic and have to fast when I come in. I set a appointment and when asked why they have not called back? Lady looked me straight I the eye and said they will call when ready. When I explained why I was there she said we don’t move any faster. Rude and not managed well!

The kiosk check in is a mess. The receptionist has to come out and help every person through the process, meaning she isn’t able to do her actual job. There’s always a ton of people. People actually start lining up 40 minutes before they open in hopes of actually being able to get their lab work done before they’re late for work. It shouldn’t be so difficult to run an organized and timely.

My wife had orders from the doctor to get a test done at 8:00 AM and another at 4:00 PM, on the same day. We went in for 8:00 and discussed coming back at 4:00. When she goes back for 4:00 they are closed. the person inside tells her to go someplace else. We will be going someplace else 100% of the time starting today.

Not a pleasant experience. Excessively long wait times in an overcrowded room that has 2 kiosks to aid in checking in but the front desk person has to come out to help almost everyone with check-in. Then after all that you are called up to the window to give the exact same info you gave at the kiosk. A 5th grader could put together a better system. An hour and 30 minutes for a blood test seems excessive to me.

1. Scheduled appointment for 0815; arrived at 0810 The waiting room was first cleared of clients who had not scheduled an appointment and I was received at 0840. I did point out that I had a scheduled appointment but was ignored.2. Reception clerk could not read my name. This is the first time I have ever had someone botch this simple task so badly - the attempt by the clerk was offensively done, making it sound like I could not write. My name is not difficult and my signature has not been a problem in the past.3. Further instructions were not clear. I was on a chair in the waiting room near the reception window and it is difficult to hear when the clerk is setting back from the window.3. The only reason I gave this lab 2 stars was because of an efficient and courteous technician who tried to clear up my confusion.Recommendations:1. Better procedure for reception and interaction with the waiting room.2. KEEP the appointment schedule.

Every time I come here with an appointment theyre 10-20minutes late to get to you. The receptionist is always rude. The waiting room is always packed and there arent enough seats so 4-5 people have to stand around in the tiny waiting room. And after sitting around for 25 minutes (15 minutes past my scheduled appointment) the receptionist finally walks up to me and tells me they cant do drug screenings today because of some computer issue.

There isn’t a 0 Star option so I had to go with 1 star. This Labcorp is awful. Staff is rude and extremely unprofessional. Treats patients like they are nothing.They are very unorganized. When you walk in to office there isn’t anyone at the desk and you sign in. After waiting awhile someone comes out and asks “everyone did sign in at the kiosk, correct”. No everyone did not including myself. There isn’t a sign or posting anywhere stating this has to be done. So then you sign in there and where patients signed in first doesn’t even count. The place is tiny and there isn’t any room to sit or stand. This place needs to be shut down. The nurse was so rude while I was getting my tests done. I should of walked out. I wish I had read the reviews on this place before arriving. The reviews are spot on with the staff and set up of this place. Disgusting.

Drove all the way from Mississippi to get a drug screen because the hours posted on Their website say that they are open until 330. Anyway I make it to the gauze office an there is a handwritten sign that says open till 3. So now I have to take off of work the first part of the day because they didnt open there hours of operation.

It was ridiculous very very slow!!! It was also very small in the waiting area I felt sorry for the elderly people that had to wait standing up because there isnt enough chairs or room Ill never go back there again.👎👎👎 I didnt even get my blood work done I left !

Awful rude front desk person, needs to be a people person, she was slamming on the computer board and no room for patients to sit down. Used the express check in and not easy for older people, noone would help them use it. Very disgusting that there is no pleasant people working.

Had to redo test twice due to an error on their behalf which they tried to blame on me and then which delayed my start date. The only excuse they could give me was they were short staffed took no responsibility at all.

Waiting room area is much too small for the number of people that come there to be served ! Very long waiting periods ! New computer check-in procedure is very difficult for the elderly who often have no computer knowledge !
