The crew was taking out the stump and hit my AC unit with an axe. Took almost two weeks to get an AC unit to my house with hit and miss answering his phone, and was given a very old unit that barely works. They asked us to help cover some of the cost and we refused since it was them that broke the unit. I would NOT recommend hiring them.

Van and his crew did an amazing job trimming trees and doing an Ash removal for me. I cant say enough how professional, friendly and honest Van was. I had 4 bids for the job and Van came back the best and I have no doubt in my mind was the best man for the job! He was very good to work w/ and was very communicative throughout the whole process. You cant go wrong choosing him to do your job!

Never got back with me via phone or text... couldn’t provide an invoice... nothing!!! It’s a shame because we could have recommended them to another family member!!!

Andre and his team did a great job! They stuck to the amount the estimated. They also really did a good job cleaning up when they were done! They even got rid of our pile of branches we had picked up! I would definitely recommend using them!

A Plus was by far the cheapest bid that i got for removing 2 large branches from above my roof. Andre was very helpful before during and after the job. I stopped by during the process and there were branches all over but by the time i was back home later that day it didnt look like anyone was there they did such a great job cutting down and cleaning up! After calling 5-6 different service providers with no call backs or even getting someone to answer the phone we got to A Plus. Called them at 5:30 on a Thursday night and they were so friendly on the phone and they came out that night for an estimate! Showed up first thing that following Monday!!Very reasonably priced. Excellent customer service and friendly staff! I spoke to one gentleman who was here Monday and was so impressed with his work and his friendly nature that I asked him to trim two additional trees, which they did without hesitation.I never write reviews. I just had to in this case. Highly, highly recommend!!!

Very competitive bid price, did the work when they said they would, worked professionally and efficiently, and was good with phone communication. The site was left in good shape, and the final bill was exactly the bid price. Point man was knowledgeable about the work (tree removal in our case) and very personable. Were very pleased with the service we received!

I called, they came and I hired. After they were done, my backyard looked better than I left it and my 50 foot Maple had a very nice looking hair cut.Outstanding and $75 less than any estimate I had received. I will call A-Plus again.

I recommend A+ Tree Service to anyone who needs to have trees trimmed or removed. Their prices are very fair, they do extremely good work, came when they said they would, and were very friendly. I just cant say enough good things about A+ Tree Service. Thank you!

They did a great job on our trees but when I went to pay my bill, I was told that they do not accept credit cards although it clearly states on their web site that they do. Morale of the story is make sure you ask before you agree to their service!

Reasonably priced and super professional. Called on aThursday to set up and they were here the following Monday. They were mindful of what they were doing and of their cleanup. Will definitely use again when needed!

A Plus was working on removing a broken tree for my neighbors and I had one fallen branch and they were amazing and kind to help me out too!
