End of last year, called in the BAT PEOPLE, who came and inspected an added an escape port for the little flying rats. This past Friday, I phoned and asked for port to be removed and for clean-up and inspection. Was greeted by a very nice and funny lady, Lexy, who joked with me and made for a pleasant conversation. 8:30 this morning found BAT PEOPLE at work cleaning up and sealing the deal. Quality people. Good business. They tell you what they will do, and then they CLOSE THE DEAL with actions. Not just words. They perform.

John stopped by. Walked around the house and saw the problem immediately. Told me I can fix it myself if I wanted. Was honest and very helpful. Told me what to do. If I ever have a problem again, there is no doubt I will call them again. Awesome service

John came out and checked the attic. Did a free inspection and recommended waiting since he didn’t see any evidence of bats. Said it could be a neighbor but taught me what to look for in case they were new, we get them in the future, etc. Very friendly and I appreciated the honesty (IE not charging me for unnecessary work)

We have used Central Plains twice now for different homes. They are always courteous and on-time. They do excellent work and stand behind it with a 10 year warranty. After talking to a couple other different bat removers, it was immediately obvious that Central Plains was the most professional. I feel confident that their 10 year warranty actually means something, and that John and his company will be around to see it through. This is the only company I would recommend for bat removal.

Jono and his team did an amazing job taking care of my bat problem. First of all, I am seriously scared of bats! I purchased an old home that had allowed bats in through some crevices in the attic. Jono did an estimate and review, was prompt in his services, sealed the areas that let them in and coned the space to keep them out. Couldn’t be happier with his work!

John and his crew were so great to work with. Weve been struggling with bats in our attic every summer and finally decided to call in the professionals. Called them due to finding bat droppings on my garage floor, the owner himself came to my house the same day as I called. John was immediately able to find the location they were getting in. I had an electrician working in my attic where he encountered a bat. He showed my the feces that particular bat had accumulated below its spot. I contacted John and had him at my home within two days. His crew came and mitigated the problem. They found 5!!! piles of bat feces and sealed up my attic. A bat showed up in the exhaust area of our kitchen microwave. After several hours of freaking out, we called Central Plains Bat Removal. We explained our situation and John responded with a quick decision to look at our situation immediately. After fulfilling two other appointments and two and a half hours later he was at the door! I can not express the amount of appreciation I have for John and Sean. I had no clue that we had bats in our attic until we were ready to sell our house. Our buyers had a home inspection done and found some bat droppings in the attic. I was shocked!
