These guys are amazing! We have been traveling around the country since the start of the pandemic since we can work remote and YBA has taken one big stressor out of our lives - where to send mail! Their services include a helpful digital service that immediately alerts you to what is in your box. You have the option to have it scanned to you or mailed. Super friendly staff. They also helped register our car in SD which saves a ton in registration fees and taxes. Highly recommend for other nomadic remote workers!

I have been a customer of YBA for many years and they have always been super helpful and friendly! I have been stationary for a few years and didnt need their services anymore and let my membership lapse but recently I had a situation arise that I needed their help with. A critical piece of mail was mistakenly sent to my old address at YBA so I contacted the manager who was extremely helpful and kept an eye out for it and sure enough she snagged it and mailed it to me free of charge! Now thats top notch customer service.

This started out well, meaning they answered the phone and responded to emails in a timely manner in order to get your money. Now they have your money and they dont answer the phone or respond to emails. I have provided my address twice and each time they have failed to correctly label the address label, so my mail keeps being returned. How hard is it to correctly label a mailing address, it’s your entire business? I have called multiple times and the only person who answers is the answering service and I get they are not meant to answer questions. However when you leave a message it takes 3 days or more for a return call and I still can’t get mail.

Good service when I used it. But cancelled my service last June. Then they processed an automatic payment at the end of October. When I emailed them they acknowledged that the charge was unauthorized but claimed that I owed them for unspecified services that I never requested. They said they would send me a partial refund but its been 2 weeks and nothing.

While weve been RVing for years were new to the South Dakota fulltime traveller program. Joined up with YBA because of a review and am still impressed with the service. Stopped by the office for the first time the other day and was surprised how nice it is. Greeted by Julie who went to the mailroom and retrieved our mail. Everyone was very pleasant and took the time to speak to us. Not to be sappy but it did feel like we were with friends...almost like being home.

Signed up in Aug after being told I would be digital by Nov 1. Still not Digital and they have no idea when they will be. Sent emails asking for mail to be sent on a certain date to a certain place... never did it.

Not a good experience repeatedly with this franchise. Lost paperwork, then lost my credit card payments to my account. Demanded by email A SECOND box payment that already had been made 2 months earlier. They then attempted to tie my box payment to my vehicle registration & withhold access to my US Mail - which is a violation of federal law. In comparison I deal with another IPostal location which is 100% professionally run. YOU WERE WARNED!

I’ve been a customer for more than 5 years and the service has been in a steady decline, to the point now I can’t possibly get a response to any request or inquiry. If all you need is an SD address, this will accomplish that. But as of now any polite request for mail forwarding, help, or information will be completely ignored

I have been a customer for over a year. I have always had a response to emails, never needed to call them. We met them in person setting up residency, and they were all friendly, helpful, and informative! It would be nice to receive notifications and updates via email when mail comes and postage balance, etc. They could make some technological improvements as far as that is concerned. But they are priced fairly and do the job!

We use the service for about two years and found the mailroom personnel to most helpful especially at tax time. The receptionist Gale who is amazing will leave you with a smile. The general manager Bill is very personable and has a can do attitude. We had to stopped RVing due husbands health issue.

The new owner increased prices and I do not trust him with my personal information and mail. The service used to be friendly but since the new owner took over, watch out. I am leaving and moving to another business. He is also buying false 5 star reviews and rewarding current customers for reviews Larry had earned. This has become a different business all together and the 5 star reviews are about Larrys old business. Beware.

Im a traveling medical professional. I pack up and move anywhere from every 13 weeks to 10 months. YBA does a fantastic job of keeping up with my hectic life. With just a quick email, I can tell them to hold my mail until further notice. Then when I get a new address, they resume service. If Im waiting for something important to come (in my case, a credit card that I needed right away), I let them know and they got it to me fast. It is obvious that they take pride in their profession because I have never had a single problem or error on their end. UPDATE: Im not a client of this company but one of their clients is using the mailing address to send Bank of America Visa gift cards scams. Ive tried to opt out of the emails but it wont let me. This is very unethical and I hope some action is taken against the client. (attached photo of proof)

We were establishing our residence in South Dakota, and ran into some issues with registering our motorhome because of South Dakota laws regarding documents required for registration (a title is required. In Ohio, there is an alternative document that is used when there is a lien on the vehicle). Erin, was spectacular! She kept us informed, and went above and beyond to help us meet our travelling schedule (Our current tags were expired, and we needed valid ones before we could drive the coach). Our adventure with YBA began over 5 years ago....we were retiring and looking for the best retirement options. South Dakota and YBA offered exceptional benefits without heavy attachments. YBA folks had our vehicle plates waiting for us when we arrived... we gave them maple syrup from Vermont.... We were able to use our YBA for a US Passport, and the SD license is a secure ID for flying and travel. The staff is friendly and professional, and they immediately forward any important documents to us (no matter where we are staying... they get it to us)… Now, its time for us to return to South Dakota to renew our drivers licenses. Were going to catch the buffalo roundup at Custer, and the next day, climb Crazy Horse... a few days later, well drop in and deliver more maple syrup to this amazing crew... Your Best Address... A little over 24 hours ago I learned that my existing mail forwarding service was going out of business in less than a week.
