Mary Kant was extremely helpful. Got us all set up and ready to go and out of a jam because we chose a virtual mailbox instead of a physical mailbox which South Dakota does not allow take note.

I used DakotaPost for around two years, and was very pleased with the service! At times I stayed in the Sioux Falls area and simply dropped by the offices a couple times a month, but when I was on the road they never failed to forward mail to where I was. If you have all your ducks in a row for living on the road, DakotaPost is a very nice service to use.

I just finished the process of signing up for mail service through this company and have nothing but positive things to say. From start to finish they made things easy, were patient with my many questions and provided above average customer service. I specifically had positive experiences with Nick who seemed extra helpful. He was very transparent, taking the time to explain all billing and plan options to my husband and I. He also went above and beyond to ensure I didnt feel like a pain for my many phone calls and in person questions by assuring me that I was welcome to call as often as I like and with anything regarding my new South Dakota residency even if it had nothing to do with my mail service. He said he would be able to put me in touch with someone who could answer my questions if he ever could not. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Nick as a representative of Dakota Post. Im so grateful this company exists to help me with my needs.

Can’t ask for better! And I had much worse prior. I was with a company that forwarded all mail to an out of state processing facility and I had a 3 week delay on all mail. It was just not serviceable. DakotaPost has been amazing. Perfect service. Fast. Same day scans of my incoming mail, prompt forwarding and excellent staff.

We have had nothing but GREAT experiences with Dakota Post. My husband and I have been using their service since August 2019 and it has been the biggest relief! Of all the things to stress on while traveling full-time, our mail is not even on the list.Everyone in the office is SOOOO kind and exude professionalism. The initial set up process was incredibly easy and only took 30 minutes. (We called ahead to make an appointment and ensure we came prepared with all the required documents). We even got free shirts! How fun!I recently worked with Karen (Title Specialist) regarding switching our plates to SD. I wasnt excited to start the process because it seemed like an impossible amount of work. I called and made an appointment with Karen. She sent me everything via email I would need to be prepared for our meeting and was very thorough. Our phone call was about 45 minutes and she went over every last detail with me. She made me feel confident in myself and her abilities. Less than a month later she took care of EVERYTHING. We got our new plates and we are so happy!Thank you, Dakota Post! Youve made living on the road that much simpler! Definitely recommend.

We have used Dakota Post for almost 3 years. We have had a few issues with sending our mail at the wrong time, but this issues was big. We requested our mail and it came in a box which seemed strange because we didnt have that much mail. When I opened the box it was full, the first part of the box was our mail and the next 50 pieces of mail was someone elses. I called Dakota Post and let them know what happened and Nick said to write on the box return to sender. I was not going to do this because I wanted to be sure it made it back to Dakota Post. Nick said he had to talk to his manager about what to do and I told him that I also wanted to talk to her. I finally told Nick that I was surprised that he did not thank me for being honest and contacting them instead of throwing it away. I did hear from the manager who said that FedEx will pick it up today and that she would change the amount of money we were charged for the mailing. I told her that I was surprised that she didnt credit the full amount of the postage and I also said that I was surprised that she didnt thank us for contacting them and not throwing away that persons mail. Her response was Nick said to contact us regarding getting our account credited. I said never mind and we are done with this. What happened to customer service?

This is my travelling mail service. I love the staff and their willingness to transport my mail to my location Nationwide as quickly as possible.Further, this office has a welcoming appeal that seems to embrace you upon entering. The company is well organized and its staff are always smiling. In conclusion: I find DakotaPosts staff to be professional, supportive and caring.

I just dont feel very welcome or appreciated as a customer. Things can be difficult to get done and the systems seem to more tidious than need be. This is the second mail forwarding service Ive used and Im just not very happy with it to be honest.

Switched to these folks after My Dakota Address abruptly shut down. They have a larger facility, are more organized, and are conveniently located in Sioux Falls.Problem is that they are extremely expensive when you start adding up all the fees. They charge you a dollar to receive a package. They charge you a dollar plus 50 cents per page to scan documents. My Dakota address did all this for free as part of their service.If you are charging me over $200/year for a mailbox you should not be charging ridiculous fees for basic service that should be included. Im currently looking for alternatives. Possibly moving my mail service to a Texas facility.

Ive been a member of Dakota Post since Jan of 2016 with no problems however today Ive had phone calls totally ignored since 2: 30 this afternoon. If Dakota Post is getting too busy to take care of their older members maybe I need to find a new mail service

Our mail service abruptly shut down last month. We were referred to DakotaPost. Our calls went to an answering machine. Our attempts to contact John by email were ignored.If you are interested in customer service, this is not the place to go. They obviously are not familiar with the concept. We waited over a week to be contacted and have now gone with another service.

The worst. Customer service is a joke. They dont care about their customers at all. Theyll give you attitude and they try to blame all their wrong doings on the US postal service. When you catch THEIR mistakes theyll still re-charge your account to resend your mail. For the first two months upon hiring them we had issues. The first time I still had many important documents and bills waiting since we had just become full time RVers. I wasted a lot of time and gas going to the post office to try and get my mail. My family members were still receiving some of our mail and they would forward it to the same address Dakota Post had with no problems, yet the people I hired and paid to forward my mail couldnt.

Called to change our mail address for one time while we was on vacation and on the 17th of June called because I did not get a E-mail that our mail was sent.So I called on the 18th and was told your system was down and that our mail went out on the 14th but no tracking number.So we have been waiting for our mail and I called on the 21st and talked to Heather who found out that our mail never was sent, talked to John the Supervisor who did not seem to care, the price we are paying for this and this is how you all respond.Okay 6/22/18 spoke to the owner John mail is straightened out and resolved in a fair manner now.Okay so I just called and talked to Patrick and ask him to please look in our box and seen if their was enough mail to send out tomorrow since they did not send it when it was suppose to go out, and he informed me they no longer go back and check mail boxes anymore as of a month and a half ago.That would have been nice to know before now.It seems you all are cutting back on some of the services that we received in the past but they yearly pay has not come down.

When a company has so much turnover it’s usualy a sign that they treat their employees terribly. Any potential customer has to ask themselves if they want to support that. Any potential employee has to ask themselves if they want to be a part of that revolving door
