Reasonable price, open 24 hours. New equipment. Pretty nice atmosphere but can use better management.

Stay away from this gym!!! This is Alan Sehr. I am filing a complaint against pure fitness. They are trying to get payment from me for no reason. I was a member with Tryon the business they bought out while I was there. I full filled my 2year contract with Tryon and was on month to month basis. I called to cancel my membership when it was pure fitness and the staff would not let me unless I could be there Monday through Friday 8 to 5 and fill out their paperwork. I worked 8 to 5 and was not going to take off work because I owed them nothing at that point. The $260 they are trying to collect is a bogus number. I have been harassed by them for a long time and will be posting this to leave a negative review on their Google reviews and facebook reviews. I feel like they owe me $260 for hasseling me at this point.

24/7 is great and they have good machines, also people who go there are really cool.

Everytime I hear anything from this place they are either insulting other gyms or their trainers. It gets old very quick. They claim they are into fitness but then just try to cyber bully other trainers/gyms. Hopefully there locations are more professional then their online presence.

This gym is a joke. My boyfriend and I had a membership here and when trying to cancel our membership we were in AZ. We called the day our payment came out and they told us that they have our cancelation request and we just have to come in and sign off on it. When we returned from AZ a couple days later I called and confirmed with them the following, “can we use our membership until the end of October?” He said yes, I also asked him if we would be charged for the next month of November and HE SAID NO. We thought everything was fine until we got charged for the month of November. It took us at least a week to hear back from anybody and we had called multiple times leaving voicemails. Finally we got ahold of someone and they basically said that there isn’t anything they could do because we didn’t follow the 30 day policy, WHICH WE DID BECAUSE WE CALLED THE DAY THAT OUR PAYMENT WAS TAKEN OUT. I have asked multiple times to speak to the manager and he said that he will “pass along the message” and then I find out that he is the manager and I have been talking to him this entire time!!! Not only did he lie to me, but he isn’t following his own policy. The manager has been nothing but rude to me and I think the only reason we got charged again was because of their laziness as they did not take us out of the system. THE MANAGER is treating this situation as a joke and I have told him that I’m not going to stop until he makes this right and he said, “well I guess we will be having a friendly conversation everyday”. Pay the money to go somewhere else. This gym is a joke, and the trainers train in flip flops while drinking some Juice Stop. They are lazy and unprofessional.

These guys try to rob more money even-though we Sign contract on a month to month. I gave 30 day notice still they are charging money on my card.

DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE GYM!!!
