Polite, down to earth, patient, thoughtful to a T, diligent. Very good customer service. They think of and offer things you wouldnt think of and take their time without wasting it and are always staying busy with purpose and kindness and unhurried competence. They do a good job with new trainees from a customers perspective and teach without slowing things down too much. I like them quite a bit.

Terrible service! Since the item Amazon sent me cannot fit back into the box. UPS cannot return the item! The associate told me I can pay for a box! What kind of scam is this!? It clearly says no box, no label for returns. Nowhere does it say that certain size will be rejected. 0 Stars. I will definitely avoid UPS in the future.

I had an international package to ship DHL. Drove 100 miles to Safe Ship in Sioux Falls as they are a drop off location. The guy refused to send my package. I went to the UPS Store and asked if they were a drop off location. The lady said no. I explained my situation and the only drop off location she knew of was Safe Ship. She then got her manager, Hannah, who said she could see if DHL could come pick up my package the next day. The next day I received a voice-mail that my package was shipped. Hannah went above and beyond and I am so appreciative for her kindness and help!

I’m from Fargo the ups store there did my business cards for over 5 years the staff was great and had my cards done in one day... st the Minnesota store it’s been four days for 50 cards , no call no email, I call there and nobody knows that I put in a order.. the manager told nobody. I still waiting from a call from the manager. Don’t go there for printing anything.

Very expensive for notarize documents...they charging 10$ per signature! Also they need to start paying better, so they can attract more qualified stuff, you cant run a business with kids that barely are 18...

I had a return from Amazon and it said to bring it to ups. The dude was already giving me sass at ups because he didnt know what shorter curtains meant. Horrible customer service. The guy told me to bring it to Kohls, which I did, and was told to bring it to ups, and that they were wrong. Thanks for wasting my time.

Needed to ship an optic back for warranty repairs, is a non-FFL item and they refused my package. The UPS guidelines for packages includes even FFL items which requires licensing, this was just a scope, no special licensing required.

Terrible can not get my package they wont leave my package , and instead they keep driving off. Have all my info and yet they cant deliver, and have no sleep watching for ups to stop! And deliver.

Wouldn’t honor a Sioux Falls school fundraiser coupon that specifically said ‘Sioux Falls locations only’. Made copies for me and then never returned the original! So I have to make another trip back. They were nice but overall disappointed.

My first trip here went well. I was sending back multiple sized shoe boxes and the employee working helped me out by telling me what would be the cheapest way to send them back. She answered all my questions and was great. A couple days later I went back and had all of my stuff packaged and ready to go. The guy working told me that the box I had packed my stuff in was too flimsy and he couldnt send it out. It was the exact same box that I had just received via UPS so I thought it was strange but didnt say anything. Well the next thing I know the guy working had reboxed everything and then proceeded to charge me for the boxing supplies and a charge for packing it! He never onced warned me of the packing fee or even asked if I would like to pack it myself again. He also charged me for the boxes, supplies, everything! Unbelievable. I looked at his name tag and saw that he was the owner. I will NEVER go back to this store. Im surprised he didnt charge me for the air I was breathing while in his store!
