I took my truck and a train horn there to have them install the horn. They charged me $1400.00 to install a $150 horn!!!! No common sense whatsoever in their service department. Theyre just looking for a way to rack up a bill for doing as little as possible. Ive been overcharged every time Ive taken something to them. Half the times Ive taken something there, Ive had to walk the mechanics through what I want done and also show them HOW TO DO IT!!!Ill NEVER go back and im making sure to let everyone that I know, know how theyve done me. NEVER USE THIS WORTHLESS TRUCK SHOP. ITS WORSE THAN TAKING YOUR TRUCK TO WALMART.

This is absolutely the worst place in the entire country to take a truck to. my truck has been there for 10 days and every day the lady i call lies to me about parts being ordered and not coming in. beware

Solid group of guys . I hit a turkey and took out a windshield .they got me right in and fixed up also had a speed sensor changed same time. Despite a full shop I was in and out in a few hours and didnt have a million dollar repair bill like I expected being a dealership . Body shop manager is a good guy . Straight shooters here .

Careful, please take your truck somewhere else , took my truck there coz I’m not from Sioux fall and ripped me off for 600$ Plus my whole day wasted and and had to tow the truck to another ship repair the R basically looking for way to make money , very rude service team , worst experience ever, very disappointing stuff

Had some electrical and clutch work on my work truck (I do construction) done...2 different times in a week...They picked me up, delivered me to job site...plus picked me up when truck was ready..... amazing service and staff...thank you

Just a few miles away when coolant sensor started shutting truck down. We made it in, shop said they were two days out, but mechanic took a break came out hooked up computer, diagnosed sensor, and replaced. We werent here but 45 minutes. Awesome customer service.

Take your truck somewhere else, took it here because my normal shop was to busy. Biggest mistake Ive made. Should have just waited for my other shop.

Never go there for any body work, our truck was in an accident and they never got the hood repair right. My husband had to fix the repair himself after going there repeatedly and telling them to fix it. Now the headlight is not working right, he went to fix it and it is butchered like a ten year old did the repair. Would never recommend this place, NEVER!!!

They got me in shop within an hour after I got here in a short notice. Had an oil leak fixed on motor and they found a wheel seal leaking which had repaired. I dont have a lot of time for down time on this route so its nice to get in and out and with what little down time I had available so I can keep on my schedule.

Horrible service. Had our delivery truck towed here. They wouldn’t let me see it until I paid $918. After I paid they brought me to a lot and showed me where it was. After spending 30 minutes trying to get the vehicle to start, I went back inside to find help. Ended up having to call an outside company to come and help. Worst customer experience I’ve had in years.

The work I had done the mechanics seamed a little slow. But the girl that gave me the est was assume. explained everything needed. repairs were all they said would be. when everything was completed the service manager came out and talked to me. very personal. best shop I have been in. will always keep them in mind for further repairs.

Not happy with body shops work. I have a truck there since 11/27 and now is 1/22/2020 and i still ddint received estimate, guy name Jeff never answers the phone!!!

I blew a radiator hose tonight right past the exit for the dealership. It was cold and snowing, the parts mgr came and picked me up from the flying j. He then gave me a ride back to my truck, so i didnt have to carry 2 cases of antifreeze. Thanks guys. I will always recommend you!

I wasted here entire day. They didnt fix my problem but charged my credit card twice for the labor I didnt ask them to do. Waste of time and money.

Unfortunately the nearest dealer to work on my freightliner. I will no longer go there for any reason. They overcharge and under deliver. If you need a repair shop DO NOT STOP HERE! They try to sell you things your truck does not need and usually cannot fix the real problem. Just a bandaid until you are down the road and the problem happens again. They would get 0 stars if possible. Avoid this place!

Bill was exsessive....only part was duct tape.....couldnt get truck to respond to diagnostics.....duct taped egr...$1248

Closed on Sunday and short hours on Saturday. Truckers stop here for the weekend and cant get their truck worked on unless they take a day off during week.

They make the mechanical problem sound worse than what it really is plus they dont have a large part selection if you have an older vehicle and they are overpriced.

Mechanics are very slow. It took them 3 hours to replace the hose and it cost me almost $400

$424.24 premium PM service on a DD15 and they miss half of the filters but they sure do charge you for them
