Eco Fresh which is owned and operated by Glen, is a top notch company. I was able to schedule Glen to come out within a day or two to clean the carpets in a house we were buying. Glen showed up on time and got to work. He was able to clean 11 rooms in 2.5 hours. For some reason after The job was finished, there was this lingering odor that had been activated potentially from the detergent used or scrubbing pads bringing what ever that funk was to the surface. I called Glen and he was quick to apologize and get me on the schedule to come back out to make things right. On the second trip Glen was able to clean the carpet and eliminate what ever that lingering odor was. Great work!!!!

Glen was very personable, arrived on time, emailed/texted when on his way.I cant speak to carpet cleaning, but upholstery cleaning was top notch. Fabric dried very quickly, an hour or so. Left no mess or drips to clean up.

Eco fresh carpet cleaning did a great job an my carpets. They look very clean, refreshed and smell really good. They dried within 2 hrs wyhich is nice compared to water based carpet cleaners. Glen was on time and did a fantastic job. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Hired this company to do a pre-move-in cleaning of our carpets. I feel like many areas were missed like around the floorboards, and in the corners of the stairs there was a lot of dog hair and dirt build up. Now old stains are starting to show up again. I feel like we wasted $457 to have the carpets cleaned. Weve hired our 1st choice company, we should have went with to start with but they are booked out 2 months, to come in and do another cleaning. Disappointed. Only gave 3 stars because the owner seemed like a nice guy.
