This review could go on forever, but I’ll try and keep it short and sweet. I suffered not one, but TWO, rather major water issues in my home. I recruited Rainbow International when my insurance company mentioned them. Now, I’m a first time home owner, and to make the story sweeter, I am a full time RN with 5 children. During the catastrophe’s, my husband was away for the Air Force. So, I had NO IDEA where to begin or really even what to do. Brit, one of their top dog employee’s, not only made all the transitions crisp and smooth, but took care of me as a human, too! He checked in on me often and assured me my home would like just the way it was, or even better! And it is. My home is BEAUTIFUL due to the diligence of Brit and his crew. We replaced floors and painted (alongside other adventures) nearly my entire upstairs. By the time the second catastrophe occurred, there was no doubt who I was calling. Simply amazing customer service, very flexible, and prompt, despite challenges faced with COVID. I went in today to pay my final bill and was greeted with such joy and energy. Brit happened to be there when I was, and we hugged, chatted about life, and of course, how I’m liking my new look! Honestly, these people are considerably family! So happy to have worked with these folks and will continue to call them when I need them! Thank you so much, guys! ☺️

Joe and his team responded to a last minute call. They showed up immediately, professional, friendly and eager to do a great job. The problem issues were discussed and their team went to work. We had a sump pump malfunction and Rainbow was very quick to get someone out to us to start the clean up & get fans going. They were patient with us while we worked through the insurance process & did a great job following up. I would prefer to not need them in an emergency situation again but definitely would recommend them!

The workers did a fine job of cleaning up our mess. However, when the trim was taken off they did NOT put it back on. The overall bill I believe was hyper inflated and lastly, they wouldn’t budge on the bill at all. The workers were very friendly and professional and I certainly hope management pays them accordingly due to the charges they charge people for services.

Dont waste your time. They are unprofessional, unreliable and obviously dont care about the way they do business. The owner Jeff and another guy Joe have so many different stories they will try to feed you and here we are left with a basement full of holes in the wall and ceiling.

A HUGE THANK YOU to the Sioux Falls Team once again this year. I have used your company for years on Property Management Restoration, Mold issues and cleaning carpets in my personal home. For 10 months my beloved lab was sick in my small home and my 3 small dogs then made several Problem Spots that are much worse than ever before. New carpet is the answer however, your team came in with The Claw and extracted those spots down to the sub flooring. My house is so clean, smells wonderful, carpet looks almost new!!! Thank you again!!!! Joel, Joe, Julie and team.... Always professional, patient and going above and beyond my expectations!!!!! I recommend using the Claw on any pet spots in any carpet 100%!!!!!!

Two weeks before my sons graduation open house--and a bunch of out-of-town guests were going to stay at our house--a pipe burst in the ceiling in our basement and wreaked havoc in that level of our house. My insurance company hooked me up with Rainbow and I am so glad they did. The whole team was professional, courteous, thorough, and FAST. Even with replacing drywall in the ceiling and walls, removing and drying carpet, baseboards and pad, and putting everything back together, my entire basement was put back to the way it was before the accident within 2 weeks. I had room for all of my company and it was like the water NEVER HAPPENED. We also had a toilet issue a couple of years later and our insurance company asked if there was a company I wanted to use for the cleanup and restoration. I told them Rainbow! They are the ultimate professionals, they ensure that all of the damage is accounted for, they replace or fix what needs to be done, and they put it all back together exactly the way it was before the disaster happened. I am so thankful that I was introduced to the Rainbow team. Hopefully, I wont have need of their services again, but if I do theyre the ones I will call.

My sewer backed up almost 2 months ago. I had a company come to open the drain. I contacted my homeowners insurance who recommended Rainbow International. I had an appt. time set for them to come to clean. I left work early to meet them. They showed up over an hour after the scheduled time without calling me to let me know.In discussing scheduling with the people working, it was suggested they put a lockbox on my house so I would not have to be home when they came in. I quickly declined this as I have pets, they showed late for the first appt., & I had been burned by this in the past. They spent a couple of hours cleaning & hauling out contaminated items. Plans were for one of the technicians to stop back the next day to check on things but she had to cancel this due to street flooding in town. I had to contact them again to set up a time to stop back & check things out. I was informed that drywall would have to be removed. After a week or so, I called Rainbow to schedule a time to have them come remove the drywall.After a few more weeks, I reached out to see about having someone come to repair the drywall. The repair manager came by to take measurements and look at the job to provide me with an estimate. After a week, I had not seen the estimate so I contacted the office. The estimate was emailed to me later that evening. I emailed back about scheduling a time to start the repairs. On the date scheduled, another person came to the house first and I showed him what was needing to be done. The repairs manager stopped by and they discussed the job. The repairs manager then collected a check for the mitigation work and half of the estimated repair work. Now a date has been scheduled for later next week to have the work done. I thought that was the purpose for them coming the first time. I took the day off work to give them time for the repairs. Now I have to take another day off work. The amount of lost wages is not figured into the amount I owe them.I have been in contact with my homeowners insurance re: my issues. Communication with this company is very lacking. The only positive thing I have to say so far is the technicians are friendly. Work is not complete so I cannot speak to the quality of the work so far,

The workmanship was ok - things worked after an employee cut the same pipe that had been repaired by the plumber making a bigger disaster than when we started. After the repairs were made a bill was sent for their services which I paid - around the same time I received another bill and I thought everything had crossed in the mail. After a month and understanding that the second bill was for sub contractors coming in - I didn’t have the funds to completely pay that $1,500 bill so made $500 payments per month. After the 2nd month of that, with just $500 left to pay I get a certified letter that a lean was put on our house. No communications or forewarnings of that! Communication was terrible - they care more about money than people. Be aware of everything you sign on an IPad while they stand over you to hurry up and sign it.Lesa
