The first time I went there, is was pretty late and there was just one woman working. I had wanted my bangs cut and my hair styled a certain way. She washed my hair and everything, too. She was so friendly and easy to talk to. A friend of mine was with me and she was watching the woman do my hair. I cant remember what her name was, but this woman went above and beyond to get my hair the way I wanted it. She did so amazing, that when this family came in with a little boy, he was watching her do my hair and said something along the lines of, I want my hair like that!After that, whenever I went there, Id show them a picture of how I wanted my hair to look. None of them were ever able to do it like the first woman. I usually would tell them I just needed a haircut, but would also show them a picture of how I wanted it styled. And the first woman to do it, styled it just right. But after that, anyone else who did my hair, never did it like the first one. I did have one girl do my hair two separate times and she did pretty well. She was really friendly. But anyone else that did my hair, never even tried to get my hair to look the way I wanted it to look even if I showed them a picture. One woman even cut my bangs in a similar fashion to hers and it was way too short for me, but I never have the heart to tell them what I really think because theyre so nice to me.Just yesterday, I got my hair cut. I could tell the woman was doing her best, but she didnt get it even close to what I wanted. She didnt even dry my hair all the way because it was still a little damp when I left. She got the bangs way too short. I guess it can be a little harder since my hair is black, but that still shouldnt be an issue. Its still a cute haircut, but it just wasnt what I was hoping for.

I dont know honestly how this place has a lot of good reviews ? Maybe today was a bad day to go in. Any who .I am very picky about who cuts my hair let one my kids . So I decided since i havent been able to get my kids in elsewhere for the times I needed I decided to call and go for supersets. Got in on a timely manner. Great . But the professionals were very unprofessional. I get it my 1 year old whined from time to time . But not once did she explain or talk to him about what she was doing . Not once did she communicate with me other then how to turn him and what direction. Going on to the next one . She only asked what to do with my daughters cut. Not once did she also communicate with her . Leaving the salon the lady my son had did not once say thanks for coming. Bla bla. Will never do that again!

Went during the pandemic and had to call a week in advance. Good service and understanding. I asked to go shorter 3 times and they didn’t complain at all. Thanks for the fresh hair! Hot towels or massage would make it a 5 star.

Sarah (Sara?) was my first stylist here when I came in randomly a few months ago and that great experience with her is what keeps me coming back. If I dont get her, Ive gotten other great stylists that genuinely care and want you to look good. Their recommendations on products and care for your hair/scalp are great.Ive always been a go randomly somewhere to get a haircut type person and this Supercuts has consistently had me coming back because I know i can get a good cut at a fair price. AND get my eyebrows and nostrils waxed. Too many of these chains only offer cuts or just brow waxes but this place is top notch with a WIDE array of service offerings.

Hair stylist were very friendly at this location. Really good prices too.

Took the whole family. The Ladies here were great. With COVID its taking its toll on this industry as well.

I went in for a haircut and a coloring, my job makes it hard for me to make appointments and be able to take them. they werent very busy there was only one other person in there getting a haircut. the lady told me she couldnt do it because theres only two of them there. As if on a Monday afternoon theres going to be a bunch of people coming in there to get haircuts.Now I have had my hair colored before theres a lot of time with me just sitting there. Between two people it wouldnt have been that hard even if they did get a lot of customers at some point. but instead of offering me another time to come in she just stared at me like I should have made an appointment or something. So I took my business elsewhere. Horrible customer service. Never getting my haircut at this location ever again and definitely not recommending it to any of my friends.

Update: 1/19/20 Had an awesome haircut and experience here!My hair stylist was really nice and friendly, and she did a good job -- except she took all the hair on top of my head off (down to about 1/4 of an inch) when I wanted 1 1/2 to 2 inches left on top. Im very frustrated. This is not the style I wanted! I even showed her a picture. Im guessing she spaced because she was talking so much. This place used to be my go-to, but it has really gone downhill.Edit: now that my hair has grown out a little, my haircut does look very nice. Its not what I wanted, but it looks good. Changing from 2 stars to 3.

TO ALL MY LADIES OUT THERE: Kaysi is God sent. She cut my hair and waxed my eyebrows today and I have never had such a wonderful experience. She walked me through what she was going to do and explained exactly why she was doing it. When waxing my eyebrows, I expressed to her that I have difficulty with their shape and she walked me through where I need to allow growth, reasons for my struggling shape, and why she waxed in certain places. I have never had a stylist educate me the way she did, and she was so nice during the entire process too. 10/10 recommend and forever coming back. thank you Kaysi!!!!

They take appointments. But only if they feel like it. Called in this morning and was told they only take walk ins....I have been making appointments for years when coming to eitherLocation but today they arent taking them. Doesnt sound right and 10 min later when we got there the place was empty outside of one person getting a trim....

As a guy I got used to hopping around to whatever hair cut place was the most convenient when I needed a cut. I have been fixed on this place for almost a year now as I leave with a smile every time I come in! Absolutely love this place - Staff is amazing and makes the experience enjoyable!

I have been going to Supercuts since 2013. Friendly staff. It is nice that they keep notes on the manner in which I like my hair cut so it makes it easier and a more timely matter to have my hair cut.

My cut was good and they gave the online check in just like Great Clips.

Heres the thing about Supercuts, I dont think anyone there have much practice with a medium fade. Just about every time I try to get a haircut it seems as though the stylist cant get it right. I would not recommend military veterans who like their hair tight to go here.

Longest wait time ever. Reception told me 20-25mins. Nearly waited an hour while three or four other people got in before I did. I was there before they were and they said only walk ins, so get more organized and let your guests know how long they will actually wait.

My favorite chain haircut location for the boys. They offer toys, books, and crayons to help kids pass the time.

Ive been going here for about 4 years! My mom and sister also go here. I have super thick curly hair and they know just how to take care of it, unlike other places. I dont think Ill go anywhere else!

This place is literally the worst. My sister went in to get her hair trimmed and they did not touch the left side of her head. And the Wash she asked for was a spray down with a water bottle.

I needed a trim really bad so I made the decision to go to supercuts. Not sure on what the pricing would be but it is super cheap compared to other places!!!! Kaysi Brown cut my hair. We talked a lot about how we should trim it since i have ethnic hair, and I am super pleased with how amazing she did. Definitely would recommend! I will for sure be back!

This location of Supercuts sucks !! They totally know they r busy on the weekends , but they still have only 2 people cutting hair ! Been waiting 2 hrs for a kid haircut ! First was told 30 mins .... and the ladies cutting hair and just chatting up nonsense with customers .... ughhhhhTerrible terrible ! Supercuts hire more people for the weekend !!!

Just got a trim here recently, the woman who cut my hair told me that my hair was greasy and brittle. and was very rude when speaking about my hair. I had a poor experience.

They said the wait was 15-20 minutes, after waiting 45 minutes we just left.
