There are two barbers here that I love and another that made a great first impression. Amanda is the best. Taylor did a great job with my toddler while Amanda was on maternity leave. Beth did a killer job on my last cut paying great attention to my requests. Ive been going here for two years and have no desire to inquire elsewhere. I would love for this chain to develop an app for online check-in.

I went in later in the day and i was getting my haircut with them 30 minutes away from closing and while i was getting my haircut it felt rushed and it came out rushed it’s not blended well it just doesn’t look good yea i came in a little later but i also paid you to do a good job and take their time. definitely not spending another dime at sports clips

I specifically asked for a 3,2,1 fade and leave the top cause I want my bf to have a man bun😂 but the girl shaved more hair on his left side than the right and she cut most of his top hair when I said to leave it. I wouldn’t recommend unless you want to play Russian roulette with their staff experience.

The lady who cut my hair and trimmed my beard and moustache was friendly and courteous definitely a good asset for super cuts in Sioux Falls Sd.

First time in here tonight after being jerked around at man salon. Char did a great job on my hair. I couldnt really explain what I wanted but she knew exactly what to do. Great service!

I have been coming to this location for almost 2 years and have been treated well on most occasions. However, during today’s visit my 8 year old son and I were treated very rudely by Stephanie. We checked in online and when we arrived Stephanie asked us if we did just that. She never told us to check in again by typing in our phone number. Then she called for another client when we were clearly ahead of that client on the check in board. She then very rudely informed me that we hadn’t checked in and were not next in line. I’ll likely never return to patronize this business.

Not happy had to leave, I check in online , got there when I was Supposed to be there somebody walking in front of me tell me have to wait for somebody else looking after me so he checked in before me but yet I still have to wait not happy as a truck driver it’s hard for me to stop and get a haircut anywhere

I think after many years of being a faithful customer I feel like I am changing where I get my haircut...terrible service on my last 2 visits...my last haircut I went to the Bridges at 57th and Western and when I arrived and there were 2 people working...there were a couple people there and 2 waiting on the board...there was no sense of urgency to keep things moving along...I waited 15 min and at 25 min to the hour...one of them started sweeping up their hair for 25 min...then both stood at the cash register talking...the one clocked out and left...you cant tell me she couldnthave cut one more person hair at least....the other stood at the desk for 10 more minutes before finally taking another person back....After 40 min of waiting I finally left and drove across town and got in after a short wait....today I tried to check in on the app at 6pm at the Eastside location and it said it was not working....so I arrived at the Eastside location at 7:30pm...there is a full half hour left until closed...there were three people there to cut hair and two people getting there hair cut and none on the board...I no more than walk in the door and was told...we are full for the night...I used to always have great service but now very disappointed...now it is late with no way to get a haircut before the Holiday.

I really wish I could give 0 stars. I told myself I wasn’t going to come here again but I decided to give it another chance. I checked in online at 1:30pm and it told me to come in at 2pm so I did and I am currently still sitting here waiting at 3pm an hour and a half after checking in while I watch a stylist dink around pretending to clean hair and use the restroom and fold towels while a waiting customer is here. This is just overall an awful establishment that is way over priced, terrible check in system, and it seems as every location is understaffed and each stylist has a bad attitude and just acts like they don’t want to be working. After my family and I have been coming in for 4 years we will not be coming in anymore.

Quick friendly service.

We stopped in and the store was empty. Stylists weren’t working but we were told there’s a 90 minute wait due to online check-ins. Wouldn’t even consider working in a four year old that would have taken five - ten minutes. Asked if we could be on standby for any no shows. Employees were rude. Poor service. Clearly not efficient at all.. sad.

I wish I could put less than 1 star. I am so sick of the lack of staffing. There are six chairs in there and never more than two people cutting hair. I cant even remember the number times there is a long LONG wait or they are not taking anymore haircuts. Clearly you all like turning people away.
