This just came up with our family of 6 over dinner. 15 years ago our family was taking a vacation from Michigan to Yellowstone. Our transmission went out on a Saturday at 4 PM as we were passing through Sioux Falls. We called the Chevy dealership and they could not look at it until Monday so we went into town to look for a motel. We found a fix-it place but it was closed and I went around to the side door and opened it up and there I found Marshall! Marshall jumped into action and had a rebuilt transmission delivered and he stayed late into the night and had us out on the road the very next morning. He went over and above the call of duty and saved our vacation! Also he charged us a very fair price. Not many places left in the world that do business that way. Vern is an excellent technician. I have known him even before he started working at automotive services when he owned Erichson automotive repair shop. He has worked on my vehicles for the past 20 years. He is professional, honest, and respectful. I moved to Colorado recently and I am going to miss this guy. Good luck to me finding a guy like Vern again. Marshall is a super nice guy as well.

Wouldnt take a vehicle anywhere else without at least consulting these guys first. Prices were very fair, they didnt try to sell me on anything unnecessary, and they did good quality work. Some of my family also bring their vehicles here and are always very satisfied.

Never had a bad experience here. The owner and mechanics are friendly and will tell you what is going on with your car straight with no bull. Im not the most car savvy, and feel very comfortable with the advice and suggestions given to me here. Even brought in a new car for a general checkup to see what I got, and they would not charge me full price due to how new and little work they had to do to evaluate.Great staff, great service, no bull pricing and charging. My mechanic Vern had his own shop and then he started working over at automotive services been having great luck with the same mechanic for 30 years

The staff is experienced, helpful and honest. They looked at our car, advised us what needed to be done, NOT what could have been repaired/replaced saving us $2,000.00, which we were told needed to be fixed right away. A great place to do business!!!!

First time going there for my 2009 honda accord to get full synthetic oil change vs valvoline express oil in sioux falls and I have to say I am very pleased with not just the price as low as it is but the fact that they looked up my car and put the exact right oil in for my car as it was premium engine oil and as soon as I started my car and drove it had better power and the noise to the engine was quieter then before . I will be returning in the future to see what other good they can do . Big Thanks to Vern and all that helped today.😊😊😊😊

Great to deal with.

Not willing to provide an estimate or direction of what should be done, said my truck was junk by walking by it. Go elsewhere if you need collision repair. They ignore the State Farm assessment value of damage. Not consistent with the work that they do, also had another vehicle break down over thanksgiving and that took 2+ weeks to repair an alternator.

I am extremely happy with the work they did on my vehicle and will have them work on my vehicle in the future

In my experience with this shop, they use very cheap after market parts. And then when you come back with problems, they act like youre the inconvenience. I had the same part replaced twice. Both were junk. I ended up going somewhere else and had quality parts installed. Big difference in aftermarket parts and this place uses the low end.
