Had a claim from a hit & run. They helped me find a great body shop and was able to drop off my vehicle the same day and had the entire claim finalized and picked up my repaired vehicle in 2 days! Even had a free loaner which they helped me set up! Thanks to Aaron Smith and his staff I was back on the road in record time!!! Mallory is awesome!

Aaron Smith is one of the BEST CON ARTISTS in existence. Dont be fooled by his charm. He will lavish you with compliments and likely buy you lunch, but considering your best interest is not on his agenda. The previous review I wrote about him; giving 5 stars and praising the quality of his service, was only written because he asked me to. If you want to see his real character, go watch him on the basketball court.

I got renters insurance through this office and it went smoothly and was very easy. It was a good quote and took 10 minutes to figure out and get payment processed...Then I tried to get car insurance on a new vehicle. I first got a quote for $44 online. Then an agent contacted me saying that I could get an even better rate if I put my new car under my parents policy then pull it off my parents policy. Well, many phone calls later and unanswered emails later it finally was resolved, supposedly. The agent said that the new quote was $37... great 2 months of a headache for saving $7 extra a month. So I pay the $225 premium over the phone and confirmed multiple times that I didnt owe anything else and that I wouldnt have another payment until February.Fast forward 2 months later and I receive a bill for $90.10 saying that I didnt pay the full premium. Confused, I decided to check my checking account. I had the full $225 withdrawn from the account. I log into my state farm account and it says I had paid the $225. I decide to contact them about this charge because it is Christmas time and I cant afford to drop another $90 this month. After multiple emails asking why Im getting charged the $90.10 all I get for a response is an email asking if I am graduated from college to see if I can get another discount to bring my premium down to $301.28? Im not sure why my rate went from $37/month to $50.21, $6 more than the quote I got at the very beginning of this fiasco.I would not recommend this company and I especially wouldnt recommend Aaron Smiths Office.Edit: Finally received some answers after being told I would have them early next week (its Friday so Im unsure what early meant). Aaron and Lacey handled this and Im relatively happy with the results, but not the process. I felt like I was given the run-around over the past 4 months of trying to get this policy, paying for the policy, and then this debacle. I felt like it took this review before I got their attention which is unfortunate business practice. They are transferring me to a different agent, but I feel like it might be best to shop around.

I was looking at several companies for a life insurance policy, and was fortunate enough to get in contact with Lacey. I had several other projections and she worked up a quote that beat the competitors even if it was only by a little bit. What really made me choose my policy was how knowledgeable, courteous, and professional Lacey was, and while I hope I dont have to use the policy for a very long time, I couldnt be happier with my experience.

Was provided a quote half the price of the actual coverage cost. Purchased a vehicle over the weekend, went to update the policy and was told my insurance would be 2x the amount of the quote i was provided. I bought the vehicle with intentions of saving on insurance and this information being accurate. Now i am stuck paying $130 extra a month on a vehicle in which i now cannot afford, and was told there is no honoring what i was previously told. Thanks A LOT State Farm. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I have had vehicle insurance with this company since 1995, and homeowners insurance since 1999. I have made one claim in that time on the homeowners insurance. In the process of purchasing a new home, I was declined the opportunity to insure the new home due to having made that claim. I would expect more loyalty for a customer who has never had a late payment, who doesnt make excessive claims, and who hadnt ever thought about shopping around. Very poor way to treat a loyal customer.

Wow! Aaron really has some amazing people on his team. I went in, last week, to put insurance on my motorcycle. I have two accidents on my record and because of this they were not able to insure my motorcycle. However, they did notify me of other insurers that are willing to take on riskier clients. Aarons people notified me of when my record should be clean, and all my options even though they didnt have to. I will definitely be going back to get insurance from them once my record is clean. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

I used to be with progressive until they raised my rates and someone told me to check out State Farm. I found Aarons office and I havent wanted to leave since. I have been with him for years because of the great customer service that his office offers to their customers. I would highly recommend Aarons office to anybody who is looking for a great insurance company.

Ive never been more happy with my insurance rates than since I switched to State Farm!!! Aaron Smiths office is simply the best! Anytime I call, they are always very helpful and super friendly! My agent, Lacey, has helped me save so much money and has been absolutely great at explaining things to me. I am NOT savvy with insurance stuff and she was always clarifies things and does not make me feel stupid for not understanding! I have recommended several friends/family members to Aaron Smiths office, and they are all sooo happy they switched too!!
