Visited Spectrum in Simpsonville today. It was AWESOME! I made a reservation online, arrived a few minutes before my appointment, was greeted when I arrived. I was assisted by Matthew, who was available even before my reserved time. He was knowledgeable and patient as I was changing my sons iPhone over to Spectrum. He helped take care of the entire process. I appreciate the time Matthew spent with us today and how professional he was.

I normally love to use the kiosk to pay my bill ..2 minutes and done..not the case at Simpsonville..I was told kiosk not working..check in..so I did..2 people there..had the same customers for 20 minutes..ask the lady when the kiosk would be working g. uh .I dont know. I left

Very professional and knowledgeable staff,Brandon helped me pick out 3 iPhones and an Apple TV box and showed me how to use everything and took the time to set my phone and my kids phones up and make sure all of us knew what we were doing,I would highly recommend this store

I walked in and the staff (Tazona) greeted me right away. She was polite and knowledgeable in getting me squared away in porting my telephone number over from another carrier.

New office in Simpsonville... Helpfully staff...nice store layout with ample floor space... Spectrum offers excellent service plans at great prices... We cut our cell phone cost by changing to Spectrum...

I am so impressed with the amazing customer service that myself and others that have told me, that I absolutely recommend this Spectrum Store. Taz, is awesome!! It is obvious that she knows her product fully and is eager to help each and every person with the best possible solutions. I am always impressed with her ability to work with each customers needs and it is obvious she is leaving no stone unturned to help you. You leave this store happy!!

Came in today to add two phones to my account and Brandon was amazing! He made sure all my questions and concerns were answered and didnt stop trying to transfer my info until it worked. Most definitely suggest this location and him.

Just dont go on Thrusday-Sunday. Youll love it on Mondays and Tuesdays.

I went in last week to get more information about mobile and internet services, I was beyond please with the costumer service. I got sales associate Anthony and he was great! Very informative and patient with me!! I definitely would recommend this place and when you go ask for Anthony; hes GREAT!!! 👍🏾👍🏾

Super quick, BUT I was there at 10am when they opened.

They were so sweet. The man even seen a woman outside with boxes and went to help her carry them in. People dont normally do that these days.

They lied to me. I was told that I could bring a Google pixel 3 and use their phone service. I go and buy the phone and guess what, now its not compatible. Dont believe anything they say. I wish there was more competition. Paying my internet bill every month is going to remind me of the lies.

We went in Sunday to return a cable box we didn’t need anymore and switch out one that wasn’t working. We were worried that we’d get questioned about what happened and get pushback but that was the exact opposite of what happened. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They were able to take the one box off our account and quickly switch out the other one (with the type of remote we prefer)! Thank you Spectrum of Simpsonville for having great product knowledge and wonderful attitudes!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this location! Specifically with Tazona; she was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient! Any question I asked she was able to answer and provided solutions to things I didnt know I needed! She did suggest the mobile service with you guys so Ill be back to add that to my package I just didnt have enough time! I can picture her running her own store very soon! If you guys ever go to Simpsonville ask for her specifically trust me shes worth putting your trust in to help and go above and beyond!

Do not go to this store....I exchanged a cable box today and the person who took care of me did not even add the new cable box to my account. After several phone calls the cable box was finally working. We turned it on this evening and it’s not working again. We called again after being on the phone for another hour it is working again. We also did a change of service which is totally messed up I was on the phone for two more hours being transferred from technical support then to phone provisions and again to sales.At this point I am returning all my equipment tomorrow and going with another service. The person in sales could not help me at all. I will make sure to get a receipt because these people that work here have no clue.

Spectrum service is terrible. They constantly have outages where the internet will go off. They don’t email you to tell you that they will be turning it off neither. I do not recommend this service at all.
