I was nervous going in today to talk about getting my daughter her first phone. I was very lucky to have Xavier as my guide through it all. He was really informative and patient with the millions of questions I had.. As Im not tech savvy AT ALL..and a worried parent 😅. He made sure I understood everything before I made a decision. He showed me the kids plan that they have and it was exactly what I wanted for her. I was pleased to find out that they had kid plans. He told me what all the offers were and if I declined any he understood and made me feel comfortable about it. I hate going into places and feeling pressured into buying things, it definitely wasnt like that with him. I HIGHLY recommend Xavier if you come to this location!

I dont know what they do here. Not helpful at all. To be honest, I think the only thing you can do at this location is buy a phone. Id rather do that online, the virtual chat agent is more knowledgeable.

My phone was stolen when our vehicle was broken in to. Lucas was very helpful in getting me a new phone and the accessories, made sure everything was set up correctly, and it all worked great. It was a pretty painless (although expensive) I know that is Lucas job....but he was very friendly and helpful, which made it a good experience. While there we even upgraded my husbands phone so his new vehicle would talk to it. Lucas helped with all that also.

Kaila is absolutely amazing! She is so patient and was able to multi-task and help all of the customers while she was the only employee there. The best customer service we have ever received!

This place does ROCK! I had the pleasure of working with the district manager Brad and Maria. They set my phone up perfectly and recovered everything, totally awesome!

Rhys was great to deal with. His customer service was on point. Even though it was the last hour to closing and he was the only employee, he greeted everyone & gave them the opportunity to know approximately how long the wait would be if it wasnt a question he could answer quickly. He multitasked and took care of all of the customers even well after closing time. He was courteous, pleasant, and full of helpful tips/hints for everyone. The Five Forks Verizon store is way better than the corporate branch on Woodruff Road. The 4+ times we have dealt with people at Five Forks have been wonderful and helpful, unlike Woodruff Road by Chipotle where they make you feel like you are disturbing & annoying them by even entering the store and wanting to get a phone. As a Corporate location you would think would help you better, but in the years weve been with Verizon the Woodruff Rd location could take some tips from the customer support service team at Five Forks. Think of it as simple as Whaddya want? and How can I help you today?

Xavier was awesome! Went in this morning as the hubbys phone wouldnt charge, protection plan couldnt get us a new phone in a day (needed for a trip.) Xavier found us a spectacular deal for a 5G phone! Love the accessories that were available in house. He dual tasked helping me while an earlier customers new phone downloaded info. Excellent time management. Hes friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to provide follow up. This is our go-to store for Verizon service!!!

We went in and met with Bradley, who was incredible with helping us out. We went from flip phones to I-Phones. He was great to deal with and set us up with what we needed without making to hard for us to follow along. I highly recommend if you need help to go in and see Brad. I signed up for a business phone through Daniel and he did a great job with everything. Personable and efficient. I had to come back bc there was an issue with my first bill and I wanted to make changes with my personal phone as well. They are going through renovations, there is only 1 desk set up in the entire store and she handled everything like a champ. She was knowledgeable, fast efficient and had a good personality as well. I would definitely only come back to this store in the future. Keep up the great work.

Hands down, the best customer service I have ever received at a Verizon store! We were hesitant to visit an authorized Verizon dealership as opposed to a retail store, but we were pleasantly surprised. Daniel was THE MOST patient and helpful representative I have yet to encounter at a Verizon store. We took much longer than expected to make our phone choices and Daniel was very patient and informative. We ended up purchasing 3 phones, two of them premium phones, due to the service we received. Daniel went WELL ABOVE and provided excellent customer service for us. We have been Verizon customers for almost twenty years and remain due to the service we consistently receive. Where my Verizon online experience was abysmal and they made a mistake in two new phone orders and number transfers, Bradley worked hard to remedy the situation, make sure I was taken care of and everything worked out as it should. He spent a lot of time working with Verizon tech support to make things right. I’m grateful for the support I received in store and would highly recommend you bypass the online purchase entirely and just come here to get any new phones or lines.

In early 2020, I went to this store for a new phone for our son. I was extremely pleased with the service at this location. Stephen and Dana were exceptionally helpful!!In July 2020, I returned to the store to upgrade my husband to a new iPhone, and Kaila assisted me. Once again the customer service and knowledge was outstanding. I was in and out within 1 hour. Highly recommended!

My daughter and I needed to talk through phone issues and Chase was spot on and no nonsense! He knew his products and services and we talked through upcoming Verizon changes. He also compared plans and we ultimately updated our plans and our service contract will be less. His attitude was great as was his co worker Charlie’s. This store is great. We had just gone into this store really quick to get my husband a phone case, and I ended up buying a new phone from Charlie! He talked me into getting a way better phone than what I original originally thought I wanted, and even helped me set everything up and explained my new plan, which I am happy with. The process took a little longer than intended, but he kept us laughing and had an overall very good experience. he definitely made it worth me getting a new phone that day!

Best Verizon experience I have ever had by far and I have had Verizon for over 10 years. Kaila was the best representative ever, timely service, actual caring, pride in her work and attentive. I came in to get a new phone plus plan and she was knowledgeable every step of the way. The first phone I received was defective and without me even asking she had already ordered a new phone and the process was finished before I knew it. Now I am happier than ever with my new CAT rugged smart phone, new business plan and service. If anyone needs help at Verizon ask for Kaila.
