Very bad service. Stayed there 3 hours for a oil change and two tires. My car made a sound after tire change was told by tech CV axcl was broke. Went to another tire shop to be told it was an improper tire weight Put on by Wal-Mart tech. Went back to have fixed and took another hour. Was refunded 30 dollars for their mistake.

Why does it take 2hrs to do a oil change when their is 3 people in the shop, and there is only 2 oil changes and a tire change in front of you.

DO NOT USE WALMART TIRE CENTER!!!!!!There is a Goodyear service Center 1 mile down the road from Walmart. I highly recommend anyone to use them. Me and my 2 year old son brought my truck up to Walmart to get a quote for 12 tires for my company. There were 4 guys standing around talking After about 10 minutes of trying to get some assistance a man dropped his shoulders and walked over to me, I asked him if I could get a quote and he completely ignored me, told me to move my truck, and turned around as I was asking him where he would like my truck moved and began swearing loudlyWith his buddy in front of my son. I have always used Walmart but I will never again

We have had excellent service from this store. I needed a headlight for my Prius which I purchased at an auto parts store thinking my husband could install it - we definitely didnt have the right tools (they are more difficult than it looks! ) so I called around and every place wanted at least $40 just for the labor. I had the bright idea to call Walmart since the oil change we had done there was fast and reasonable. Sure enough, they were happy to install it for $7.50 - everyone was friendly and helpful. I cant recommend it highly enough!

Don’t waste your time here. We were waiting over 3 hours just for tires. One woman was only getting 1 tire before us and I think she waited about 2 hours. No one is in a hurry to get anything done here.

Look at my face. Gaze upon it. Memorize the unique features of it.I SAY THIS! If anyone reading this sees my face in this Walmart tire and lube center again, you have my full authority to punch me straight in the face. I brought in 1 tire to be replaced. I just brought the rim and tire without a car to take up bay space. It was 3 hours before it was even touched. I watched The Talk, 2 episodes of Judge Judy, and the 5 oclock news waiting on this one tire. They were not busy. One fool danced around the shop singing Europes Final Countdown over and over and over and friggin over. I would have been better off buying the cheap tire and having it mounted at a tire center down the road. The last time I was here they forgot to balance my tire after installing it. I guess they were out sick on wheel balancing day in training. This place will not take another dime from me! (Pan left. Fade to black)

It was Sunday, nothing else was opened.1. It took over an hour and a half for an oil change2. They forgot to reset on the oil change reset light inside the truck3. No sticker for the new oil change4. I can only imagine the level of skill for these people is greatly needed for this establishment to improve. Walmart doesnt always hire the best.Good luck

I only go here because its cheap, close and convenient. If you dont feel like waiting more than 3 hours at a time. Go elsewhere down the street and fork over the extra $20

If you can avoid this place it would be best they are very slow just standing around goofing off the guy at the register doesnt know anything about prices he told me over the phone two tires would be 64 dollars another guy tells me 127 dollars they really should get better help and teach there cashiers about prices and also how to do thier job i will never come back here again this place is a disgrace

They did a good job and in a reasonable amount of time.

Walked in as soon as they opened said they were booked until 1 which was fine but they did want to even talk to me about tires I found that funny considering I went not even 1500 ft away to NTB and they got me set up with tires and an appointment for 130 had Walmart just talked with me about the tires I woywo have bought those there.

I came by Saturday for an oil change and they informed me it would be two hours. So I waited and came back Monday. Of course on my return no one said how long the wait would be, just that I was ninth in line. Not wanting to put it off any longer I handed my keys over. I went inside the store to browse as I waited, and waited, and waited... It has now been three hours and I am looking at my car in the bay and still waiting. The mechanics are just looking at it like it is the most puzzling thing they have ever seen. I suggest not bringing your vehicle here for anything. But if you do, you just might find my mummified remains still waiting on my vehicle. At least Scott tries to appease the other customers with some comic relief.

Nice customer service but actual service was bad. Started smelling oil and thought maybe they had spilled some. Next day had oil stain in driveway and car smoking. They had left the oil cap off!!!!! This isnt the first time it has happened. Thought after several years I would try them again but same thing. Will no longer use them!!!!!

First of all this place is suppose to open at 7:00 AM both times I have been here it was very late on opening its doors. No apologies from anyone for opening late. Then to walk in and person who waits on you is eating her breakfast and chomping down on food. Asked for tire rotation and oil change. After 2.5 my car was ready. I pay walk out to my car reading receipt which said I refused tire rotation... I was like... WHAT? Went back to desk who said they rotation was done, I said then this paper work needs to be changed. They then went and talked to mechanic who said the lug nuts were to tight. I then asked for a manager since Walmart had put these tires on 2 months ago. Manager gave me some story, so I took my car else where to do the job, they said the lug nuts were rather loose and that Walmart guy probably didnt even try. Im so sick of these kind of lazy @#@& people...... Beware of this place.... Go else where... Called Corp. About this, been 2 weeks no follow up.

Horrible customer service!!! Arrived at 7am Wasn’t even greeted once arrived, sat in the parking lot waiting for one of the mechanics to come out for over an hr and didn’t even ask what I was here for! One guy looked me dead in the face and didn’t say anything just took the person who came AFTER me!! Don’t do it, go somewhere else!!!

Custom service was fine but gave no estimated time. Needed nail out of new tire and plugged. Takes 20-30 mins been here over a hour going on hour and half.

Called in and asked if they could change my oil and they saod come b4 7pm I showed up at 6 and they had no cars but still said it was too late. Very lazy I wouldnt recommend.

Came in on a Sunday with a flat tire. Its noon when I drop off my car. JJ and Scott were GREAT inside assisting me with what took about 20 mins to find the right size tire. 3 guys outside playing around working on the same car, talking about explicit things customers SHOULD NOT hear. 2 customers ahead of me waiting have been here 2hrs before I arrived. 2hrs go by and they FINALLY touch my vehicle. They take off the WRONG tire FIRST. Then after arguing with the guy that I needed the flat tire taken off, he takes 15 minutes trying to take the hub cap off. I spent literally 4 hours from 12-4 pm trying to get a flat tire taken off and brand new one put on. Next time Im paying extra and going to NTB.

Terrible customer service. Tell you they will complete job sooner than it actually happens, by hours. They are extremely rude; Misquote you on prices regarding everything. Take your business elsewhere and save your time by not dealing with people who hate their job.

Worst customer service ever in tire and lube area. Theres a 2 hr. wait minimum. The super center is the worst also. It is never stocked appropriately and staff has little knowlegldge of walmart policies.

3 days in a row I drove up here to get two tires changed, personnel are rude and each day I was told they couldnt fit me in to their schedule. Each time there was between 2-3 hours before closing and never more than 5 customers ahead of me.

Couldnt figure out how to leave no stars. By the time youve read this review, Im probably still waiting on my my tire to be changed.

Horrible service, one of my employees had a flat tire in my company vehicle in there parking lot. I called the tire center and asked them if I could pay over the phone and they said no, I had to be there in person. They also said that they was closing in 1.5 hrs and didnt have time to replace the tire for me. Horrible Horrible customer service.

Went to have oil change on 2/28/2019 had to wait two hours then the guy running the register let a man jump in front of me took his time I told him I won’t be back I got there before any one he was a jerk they need to fire him the to add insult he quoted one price then charge me more
