Had an appt at 4pm to take a nail out of 1 tire, finally finished at 5:30. Kept hearing them tell other customers theyve been short staffed for awhile, thats fine but dont tell your customers to be there at 4 if its going to take you 1.5 hours to take out a nail and then chit chat to someone for another 15 minutes before even checking us out. Nearly 2 hours No apologies for delay, nothing. I wouldnt recommend

Got my tire fixed in a quick time. Had two nails or screws in it. Now back on the road, holds air and at no charge because I purchased the Road Hazard warranty. Great service, friendly front staff.

Today was a very bad day for me at Firestone. I had scheduled an appointment at 11 am and I called at 5:00 pm and they said, the car will be ready at 6:30pm. Six hours for an oil change and a tire rotation? Really Firestone guys? At the end the guy in the front desk did not care and gave me back the keys, without any apologize for wasting my time!! Please take care better your customers!!

I needed an alignment, nothing major. I didn’t expect to be so impressed. First of all, Jason up front has top-notch customer service. He also took the time to help me on another issue with my car that was completely unrelated to the alignment. I was in and out in no time. Hope I don’t have anymore car problems but if I do I know where to go!

If you need to get your vehicle service at this place, you need to schedule ahead of time. That how good they are in serving the community, and theyll do provide honesty and integrity to ensure your investment is well earned.

18 months ago I had a new alternator and battery installed at a firestone when my vehicle broke down while I was out of town. This week, the battery died. I called my local firestone (Woodruff Rd) and they told me the battery was still under warranty. Since the battery was less than two years old, the battery would be replaced at no charge. I dropped the vehicle off last night. Today, they called me to tell me that yes indeed, it was the battery that was dead. They are charging me $58 for diagnosis and labor to replace a battery that is fully covered.Additionally, I did not ask them to diagnose anything. I had already had my battery tested and I knew it was dead.My father just had the exact same thing happened a few weeks ago with a battery he had purchased at Sam’s. They charged him $2. I will not be going back to Firestone.

Firestone got my car in and out on the same day withoutan appointment. They had the tires I needed and the price was fair.

Poor customer service. We had an appointment for an oil change that they rescheduled without asking. When we showed up at the rescheduled time, they had given away the appointment to someone and said they could not get us in the next day either. They did nothing to try to make it right and do not have an attitude of providing good customer service. We will not use again.

If I could give no stars I would....If you own a newer model car or sports car NEVER BRING IT HERE!!!! Its a complete rip off and I wasted so much money here for something I had to turn around and replace again....They had messed with something that didnt need to be messed with in the first place and ended up putting them in backwards??? We could of seriously gotten hurt! The car was driving and sounding weird even more than before we took it, and it wasnt until after we had taken it somewhere else they had explained to us how dangerous it could of been!!! This place should be shut down. Im not sure where these mechanics get their experience from but they need to go back to school.

Been coming here for a few years without issues HOWEVER had scheduling issues 3 times in a row and either the appointment over the phone was not in the system or I was told services would be done in certain timeframes and my car would be sitting there. I feel like they try to throw any excuse possible at you instead of DOING SOMETHING TO FIX THEIR MISTAKE!! And I bet the the issue would be taken care of quickly if I was a man instead of a woman.

I have been using this place for years. All my family comes to this site and they have always taken care of me. However, on my last visit I simply had the car towed to have a tire patched. Easy! Picked the car up Monday morning and did notice odd things. Some trash that was in my backseat was outside of the car on back drivers side door. Got in and noticed everything in the dash had been dumped into the floorboard. Was in a rush so drove to work. Thought about the $80 airbag sensor I had just purchased and left in the envelope on my passenger seat before I Firestone took possession. No sensor or envelope in the seat! So I went to see if I put it in the trunk by mistake. Open my trunk....and its completely empty. Everything I had was gone. I started to think about what all was taken and noticed there were things of value I had just received from Christmas that were still in the car. Everything that was stolen was automotive related. Interesting. Like no person would know what that sensor did or was worth except a true car person. When I contacted the store, I was told that the cars are locked up each night and when they are in the parking lot during open hours are locked. Yet I walked up to my car unlocked. Spark plugs, jumper cables, oil, coolant, tools, coil packs, all my CDs, Ray Ban Sunglasses, odds and ends in the storage box I had that I still dont even know all that taken. I wont be back. and I will warn others. Youve got an employee in your organization that is stealing.

I had a flat tire and needed to replace them. I had family in town and needed my car back in a short timeframe. Ben worked with me to provide me a quote that worked for me and worked me to get me out before noon. We were able to enjoy our family without any disruption of having to get new tires and front end alignment!!!! Great service!

So I took my truck for the usual oil change and tire rotation, and I think someone got a bit overzealous with the tire shine product. To make a long story short, I stopped by to ask about the excess on my truck and 3 very friendly and extremely helpful technicians sprang to life. In a few minutes and a few laughs, they had removed the extra tire grease (and some pre-existing grime) and had me back on the road. Job well done fellas!!! Helpful as always.Thanks

Service was excellent. The staff was very nice and helpful. The fact that they have great weekend hours is very convenient as some mechanics are not open on Sundays or have limited Saturday hours. We needed service over the weekend and the location is convenient.

We have credit with firestone so weve brought the car to this location 3 different times for 3 separate issues and its been an inconvenience every single time. Do yourself a favor. Stay away

I called at 930 on a Saturday. They fit me in right away. I needed all New brakes, two rotors, a wheel bearing, and a few other things. They got it all done the same day! Also, the guy told me upfront about an issue they might have getting the wheel bearing off, which didnt end up happening but I appreciated his honesty. Ive been driving my van a week since the repair and everything is great. I will definitely be using them for my future repairs!

Fantastic job as usual. Moms car had a slow leak in drivers rear tire. We kept pumping it up and looking for source. Mom did not feel confident driving because the low air light kept coming on. They removed the tire found a small nail patched it, balanced it and replaced it in about 20mins! For a price that was very reasonable and we knew about up front.

This should be a follow-up to a review I left a couple of days ago...Given the opportunity, Mike (the store manager) and David (the district manager) went above and beyond expectations & did everything they could do to make sure I was a satisfied customer. They re-assured my faith in positive customer service and insured that I will be back as a repeat customer for all of my car-care needs. I took my car in to get it fixed and they tell me my third brake light was out so I told them to fix it and they charged me $14 for the replacement and then I go to jiffy lube after and they proceed to tell me my third brake light is out. They tried charging me for the service and not doing it. Wouldn’t waste your time or money

Appointments mean virtually nothing. Had a 9am drop off, it’s 4pm now. Car wasn’t even on the rack when I checked at 1pm.Shouldn’t take more than 2 hours to put 4 tires on. Be prepared to drop car off the entire day. Planned a day of car servicing and only got 1 thing done.. great.Other than that friendly staff but still frustrating.Update: picked up truck at 530. Accidentally gave me a free oil change, so I changed to a 3 star neutral rating.

This is more of a review for Firestone Corporate than the local store. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change for 10:30 on Saturday using the online system. When I arrived, I was told they had me down for 7:00am, and I had missed the appointment. If I could leave it, they might be able to get it by end of day. Said the online system doesnt work and to only call the store. I called corporate customer service, and was told basically the same thing...online reservation doesnt really work. Glad to know a global tire supplier cant make a online reservation system that functions properly...if it doesnt work, take it down!

I came in for a tune up 2 years ago and they recommended I replace my 3 year old interstate battery. That battery was pro-rated and cost $80 on top of the other things done. Now, literally 2 years and 24 days later this brand new battery is dead but firestone says the warranty is only for the first battery.... that is some crooked stuff right there and theyve lost my business. While that might not mean very much to them I hope people read this and decide to go somewhere else, or maybe just YouTube how to handle their simple maintenance.

Very shady. My wife took our van there, I told her what part to get done. They came back and told her it didnt fix the problem. They told her it would be $640 to fix. Told my wife to just bring the van home. The van is running perfectly from the part we wanted replaced they tried to sell us $640 worth of repairs we didnt need. Would never come back! Beware!

My truck busted a coolant line enroute and I called to tell them that I may not be able to make my appointment, but I would try to get there as soon as possible. Got the truck repaired and to the Firestone later than planned and they were able to squeeze me in even with shortened hours due to the holidays.

Booked my appointment, then they couldnt find a record of it, not in the system, when I arrived. Unapologetic about it, rude, & treated me like I was now a huge inconvenience for them to fit me in. When I said, okay, goodbye, then they asked if I wanted to reschedule. Are you kidding me? Ive been going to this location for years, & never had anything but good things to say about this location BEFORE. When the manager Mike used to work there, the level of friendliness & professionalism was a high standard. Not the same standard, anymore. Time to go elsewhere.

Got a flat tire on a rainy day. They were about to close so I was just going to drop off the tire to get fixed the next day. They went ahead and fixed (replaced) the tire on the spot before they closed. I purchased the tires 2 weeks earlier and got the tire hazard deal so since the tire had to be replaced instead of patched... I only paid a proated amount for a new tire. About $17. Not bad. Worth the hazard price this time for sure.

Shop wasnt willing to just charge me a fee to remove a fan clutch from a water pump that I had already removed. They said we can only do the entire job. Pretty sorry in my book. Thanks for nothing Firestone....by the way Goodyear was happy to help.

On June 27th I brought my truck in to have the tires replaced and an alignment performed. I left the truck overnight and picked up the next day. I was moving to Ohio on the 29th and wanted to have tire and alignment situation taken care of preemptively.I picked the truck up on the 28th in the afternoon. I got on the highway headed home and quickly noticed the vibration in the steering wheel, and also that the alignment seemed to be exactly the same as it was before I brought it to them, which was steering wheel off-center to the left.The vibration was so bad that the passenger seat and rear seats were shaking as I was driving at highway speeds. If I wanted to turn my truck into a mobile massage this would have been GREAT, but thats definitely not what I was going for....So anyway being that I was moving the next day I didnt have time to take it back to them, although that shouldnt have been something I had to do anyway.Do it right the first time or not at all!I brought my truck to a local Firestone place in Ohio for warranty work and they had to add roughly 2.5oz per tire to balance them and also realign the truck.Anyway Firestone in Ohio fixed it right and it drives perfect as of yesterday, just wanted to share that my experience with this Firestone was really bad. Buyer beware.

Firestone is good at simple tasks like oil change and brake repair but fairly uneducated when it comes to more complex diagnostics or systems like air-conditioning. Dont waste your $40 having them try to diagnose your AC – they will only tell you to replace it all for 1200.

Had them fix a nail in the tire. When I asked afte rif they could remount and take spare off they said be along time?????! Over and hour. What? Five minutes max. 1 person in the waiting area. So I changed in the parking lot and since the spare mounts under my truck I’m completely soaked because it snowed yesterday. I’m sticking with discount tire the service has always been over the top.

Appointments mean absolutely nothing here. I called 24 hrs in advance to make one. Its been almost an hour and my car isnt even on the rack. All I needed was one tire.

Dropped my truck off to have an alignment down. I get a call at 9:30 am saying I needed new wipers and antifreeze, that I just did myself 1-2 months ago. I told them no just do the alignment , and they said they would have my truck done soon. At 3:30 pm I had heard nothing back from them, so I called and they tell me it’s been done. Wow! We’re you not going to call and let me know?! I go to get in my truck and there is grease on my door panel, carpet, and interior trim. As I’m driving down the road the truck is now pulling to the right. I will never use this firestone again!

I have had this location do everything from changing oil to repairing a water pump. The staff is polite and helpful. The end result is acceptable. They gave us a bad tire and replaced it with a good one. They incorrectly diagnosed a cracked fuel line as a bad gas cap and charged us for a new cap - only to eventually have the Ford dealer properly diagnose and fix the problem. They fixed a water pump, but didnt want to fix the AC compressor. I have used them less and less because the cost is high. I can get the same work done at many other locations.

The location is fairly new, but weve done business with this particular local Firestone franchise for decades now, for things like oil changes, tires, minor repairs, etc. They are thorough, they do it fast, they do it right, and for that you do pay a little more.

Arrived at 12:45 for a 1:00 appointment to have 6 tires put on my dually. Finnaly left at 5:35. Truck was on the rack at 1:30. All people in waiting room complained. 5/17/2016.Totally unacceptable. No other work was done.
