Ive been a student and volunteer instructor here for many years. No Limits stays true to its mission to teach karate to people who are dedicated to learning the craft and improving themselves. It has much lower prices than schools in the surrounding area and wont turn someone away for mental or physical limitations. All in all, they want students who want to be there.

I started taking Karate at No Limits Martial Arts to help with my balance. I have MS and have balance issues and some days movement issues due to muscle spascity. I also was 52 years old. The instructors are great at working with me. My balance and movement has improved greatly since the end of September of last year. I earned my Gold Belt on the 20th of February. During the belt test while I was putting on sparring gear one of the mothers who was there to watch her son belt test told me she thought I moved good and was spry. She didnt see me when I first started. No Limits Martial Arts has made a big difference in my life. I feel like I am part of the No Limits family. Im having a very good experience. I first learned about No Limits when I went to one of the Womens and Teens Self defense classes. My next goal is to earn my Orange Belt in May. No Limits Martial Arts is a wonderful place to go and learn Karate. If I can do it in my 50 and with MS you can to. Know your Limits and Shatter Them as we say at the Dojo!
