Check in person was nice. They send way to many texts and emails. Annoying for anyone who has used storage before. Your renting a garage room. I don’t need 10 texts in the first three minutes.

Standing outside waiting for someone to answer the door or the phone for 30mins! Another lady has been waiting for an hour and a half!! They open at 9:30 it’s 11:30!Update: Never received a call back after leaving messages on the voicemail. Couldn’t get our reserved unit, so were unable to completely move out of our house because of this mess. Now we will have to travel 4 hours back in town next weekend!!

Customer friendly! Wouldnt want my belongings any other place! Had a missing screw on my slide latch and was alerted promptly by Sibbie who also repaired in no time during my next visit!

The employees were very nice but many of my things were damaged by mold that didn’t have that problem before they went in. It was supposed to be climate controlled but my things were still destroyed. Yes I had insurance but they don’t cover much for “fungus damage”. I am very disappointed!!I am very impressed at how the regional manager reached out to me directly to address my concerns. He was extremely helpful and made sure I was satisfied.

Friendly, courteous service. The rates are good and they have a wider variety of packing supplies than other units. The location is the best as it is not a congested area and is central to all points in the area. I would highly recommend them. I was lucky to get a good space that just opened up.
