If I could rate this company lower I would. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. They took my money, then gave the option of signing a lease. When I found out that the space would not work for me according to the lease they kept my money. When I questioned on how and why they took my money without signing a lease they told me it was their policy.NEVER NEVER NEVER LEASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

This was the easiest part of our move! Amazing service and great move in specials. The units were so well kept up and someone was always there ready to help us if we needed anything. I love how you can just drive up to your unit to load and unload. If you are looking for a place to store you belongings this is hands down the best one you choose. You will be happy with the unit, the service, and at peace knowing your things are safe.

Security at this location (and maybe all Cubesmarts) is non-existent! Someone cut our lock off, took our belongings and put back a cheap lock to make it look “normal”. Management could only give us sympathy but they take no responsibility for maintaining a secure location. Beware!

We had a billing question come up and Demetria was very kind and helpful and took care of us right away!

The staff is nice and helpful. The only issue I have is that Cubesmart is not upfront with the fees that you must pay to rent a unit. I needed a 10x10x8 unit and the internet price showing was reasonable for this size unit. But, in order to get this price you must sign up using the internet. Then as you go through the process you find out that you must pay for insurance and you also must pay for an overpriced lock that they provide. This is very mis-leading from the beginning. I would feel much better about the deal if everything was presented up front.

The manager came yelling at us as we were loading our furniture with a semi truck.. theyre isnt any signs stating no trucks. She was rude belittling and just an angry person... the younger lady working was nice. She was crying that she was going to call 911 because we wanted to load 4 more pieces. You need a new manager or atleast one who can talk to people with respect. Oh and Im banned now from this property.. thanks

There was damaged insulation inside my unit which was never fixed and the monthly rate rose rapidly from the rate I first signed up with. Be warned that you can expect to be paying 25% or so more a few months after you sign up.

Ash was awesome and very helpful!changed from 5 stars. Prime storage bought out this cube smart location. They increased my monthly payment by 50%. When I was packing up my unit saw 2 other people doing the same thing.

Went in the other day to our climate controlled unit and it was probably 90+ degrees inside. Not what we paid for, if I wanted that Id have gone with outdoor unit. Gate works about 60% of time without multiple entries, would not recommend.

Property is very well maintained. I dont have to worry if my belongings are safe with all of the security measures they have in place. Pricing is reasonable and management has always gone out of their way to help in any way possible and they treat you like family.

Facility is well maintained, clean, and the manager was extremely helpful. Cost is reasonable.Only reason I didnt go 5 stars is the trailer parking we used was a bit tough to negotiate, and being inexperienced in backing up into a tight space was very time consuming. At least offering some pull-through spaces would have been nice. This facility is close to us so we are happy to have a secure location for our camper.

Best storage facility in the area! Rental prices are very reasonable with a great move in special. They have a large selection of packing supplies that really helped me out with my move. The property is very clean and well maintained. Office always smells clean when I go in to make my monthly payments. Every time I come here I feel safe leaving my belongings in such a nice and secure storage facility. Neil and Nikki are very friendly and helpful. They took me on a tour of the property, showing me different unit sizes to best suit my needs. The staff went above and beyond with me and were so patient while I was trying to decide on which size to go with. Thank you CubeSmart and staff for all your help and keep up the great work!

Once Cube Smart bought the facility from a local owner they raised the rent 3 X for a 10x15 climate controlled unit up to almost $200/month and harrashed me every 1st of the month saying my rent was late even though my lease gives until the 5th before its passt due. They also used the money from the rent hikes on everyone to build a new office bldg that probably cost $100K. DO NOT RENT FROM CUBE SMART! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. cube Smart Mgt claimed the rate hikes wer in keeping with local competitors (WHICH WAS A LIE) new Storage facility in better location had 10x15 Climate controled for $124/month and its brand new. Again do not rent from Cube Smart crooks! If I could give them a Negative - 5 stars I would

Reservation process was easy and the prices are always competitive and often cheaper than most other facilities. Customer service from Ashley at Five Forks location in South Carolina was wonderful.

Staff is awesome and if I rated my assessment on customer service alone they would have gotten 5 stars. Loved the staff but didnt like the hours. Should stay open by keycode access later than it does. Other than that clean and very nice. Well done.

We moved our boat here from another storage facility 4 years ago and couldntbe more pleased with Absolute Storage. This facility is very well kept and maintained.The staff is extremely friendly, professional and enjoyable to work with!We highly recommend this facility to anyone storing a boat or RV. Also, we love the location, and wouldnt ever consider going anywhere else if we need to rent a storage unit someday.

We have had storage units at this location for several years since before CubeSmart took over when it was Absolute storage. The CubeSmart management was fine until the new manager Ash Mann came in. We started getting harassing emails for the rent before it was even due. And when we had problems with this location not getting their mail they blamed us when it was clearly their fault. The previous management knew about this but the new manager tried to deny it. She yelled at me on the phone and was very unprofessional. She is going to cost CubeSmart a lot of business. DO NOT rent from this location.

I have been using Absolute Storage for about 8 years now and have always been happy knowing my things are safe and secure there. The employees are always so great to work with. Nicky, the manager, is the sweetest person and always SO helpful and makes you feel like family every time I call there.

Cannot say enough beautiful things about the incredible ladies Jessica and Mrs. Rose! They are such wonderful incredible women, always caring and understanding. The problem with all these wonderful reviews is unfortunately now the company has been bought out and the new company coming in are increasing prices extremely, are adding late fees with no waiver opportunities for even emergency circumstances, and honestly driving away numerous long time tenants. Very discouraging. I hope they can understand this place has been a place of the mentality of family for years and now it has become another numbered basic storage facility run by higher management robots.

We were witness to the incident reported here from 2 weeks ago with the moving van (Andrew). The new manager at this Cubesmart definitely has a temper problem. There is no reason for her to be yelling at customers. The new staff is unprofessional and obviously has no experience in business. With the glut of new and less expensive storage units in Greenville there is no reason to put up with this. Stay away.

I worked with both Daniel and Nic. We got the 10 x 10 unit and it housed everything from my daughters apartment perfectly. I have a second unit at another storage facility but have rented a second unit at CubeSmart and will be relocating my other belongings to CubeSmart within the next couple of weeks. I completely concur with Nicole Harris. I had my payment set up on automatic draft. They drafted random amounts out of my account throughout the month. I stopped the automatic draft because of this. I attempted to pay online and once logged in to my account there is no where to pay! And now they want to charge a late fee because I wasnt able to go in there to pay. I was not notified of the rate increase in which they stated they mailed it to me. So my rate went up by $50!!!! My family and I have been customers here for 5+ years. When I first moved in to the unit I am in now I provided a copy of my business insurance covering the units contents. I am a home stager and thus why I have the storage unit to begin with. Because they misplaced my insurance policy they just decided to go ahead and add insurance to my rate without even notifying me. We had a boat stored here as well and they decided they wanted to build another building so they could make more money and charge more outrageous fees. They gave us a two week notice to get our boat out of storage which put us in quite a bind. Not to mention the fact that we received numerous complaints from our HOA because the boat had to sit in our driveway for a couple of weeks. First opportunity I have to move I will! They know that they have you trapped because it will cost at least $300 to pay someone to move all the furniture. NIKKI never would have treated her customers like this!

I like the people they are friendly and professional because I lived in Simpsonville . I moved to Piedmont and kept my unit there for 5 yrs keep up the good work.

This company was recently bought by new owners named Reliant and they are extremely shady. They dont pay their contractors, double charge peoples cards and hope they wont notice, expect their employees to work crazy hours then change their time cards to only show 8hrs. They also require their employees to fudge number on the reports they send to their investors. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND ANY OTHER COMPANIES OWNED BY RELIANT!!!

HORRIBLE experience! After 3 years of making it through the various sales (and price increases to pay for more buildings) Cube Smart took over and its been a disaster since. WATCH YOUR CREDIT CARD CLOSELY!! Had ANOTHER experience of same billing issues raised by other folks with auto billing only to find MY credit card data attached to someone else’s unit and being drafted for theirs while mine is “delinquent”. After arguing with them we found out it’s a “glitch” in the system and MANY credit cards were STORED - not just last 4 digits so ANY employee can get your data and/or you will be billed for someone else. It’s a battle to get your refund and they truthfully could care less about losing the business- it’s another vacant “rental” the new folks get commission on. Huge data breach risk is known to them but not to consumers. Filed a complaint with Federal Trade Commission in regards to not protecting consumer data. Meanwhile still waiting on my refund while making arrangements to move all storage elsewhere where they value customers AND their private info!

If I could give it 0 stars i would. Had our RV stored there and got an eviction notice at the beginning of May. They decided to go another direction. No warning mind you.
