The new manager is great. I dont know what took the owner of this property so long to make a change. I really feel like she is going to make this a place to be in the area. We are so pleased.

The new management and maintenance team are amazing. I’ve never seen this much work done in 3 years. I could cry. I can’t afford to move and wanted to be happy here. I know that I can now trust that things will be down right. The grounds are clean, the riff raff is being removed, kids are being made to be with an adult, maintenance is being caught up, the manager is nice and honest and fair. Nice looking people are moving in. Whoever put them here we thank you you did the right thing.

New management and maintenance is really making it happen out here honnneeey. I am actually happy to turn in the drive way now as before I was embarrassed. They have done more in their 3 months than anyone else ever did.

Horrible! One maintenance person for this run down heap. Old interiors that havent been updated since they were built. Air conditioning goes out every summer & takes forever to get repaired...not to mention it sits on the roof & makes an unholy racket when it does run. They charge you for water not based on your usage...how does 1 person get a monthly bill for $60+ for water?!? Total rip-off!!!

My time here has not been awful but they could more to upgrade apartments. Nothing has been upgraded at all. The main issues are air conditioning going out every summer and having to get it fixed in the middle of summer and units are on top of building. The parking is great no issues there. Community is nice and there is not a lot of noise. My neighbor a are also very nice. Main issue is carpet and appliances need replacement. Also, walls need repainting professionally. Management company has changed a lot as well dont know why but it just recently joined eastlan management.

DONT TRUST THE OUTSIDE. THEY PAINT OVER MOLD AND NEVER ACTUALLY FIX THE PROBLEMS. THE MAINTENANCE MEN SELL WEED TO TEENS ON SITE BECAUSE HE LIVES THERE.

DONT TRUST THE MANAGEMENT!!! DORIS ABERNATHY IS A HUMAN FROM HELL WHO DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HER TENANTS OR THE PROPERTY. THEY WONT FIX ANYTHING AND WHEN YOU REFUSE RENT..THEY EVICT YOU!! SO IF YOU ARE MOVING HERE OR LIVING HERE AND NOTHING WORKS. YOU HAVE TO WRITE HER A LETTER STATING EVERYTHING THATS WRONG WITH YOUR APT. THE WITCH HAS 14 DAYS TO FIX IT....IF SHE DOSENT...THEN YOU CAN TOTALLY BREAK YOUR LEASE!!!!!!! SHE WONT TELL YOU THAT....BUT SHE WILL PUT YOU IN AN APT WHERE NOTHING WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!

I dont write review EVER, but this is a must after what this place has put me through. I signed a 6 month lease, Linda at first very nice. 1st month in we had problems they overcharged us for our pro-rated first month and tried telling us we were wrong. We paid and let it go! No big deal. Linda doesnt do ANYTHING! She does not care to get off her butt and leave the office or even to return a phone call. Cooperate office is just as bad Jeff Netherton did nothing but call my Husband names and take Lindas side after we got a hold of him after a week of calling about 5 times and leaving voice mails. Within the 6 months living here, We have had broken AC (2 weeks to fix), Broken front door ( about a month to fix) We had a break in, the entire dead bolt had to be replaced and they did manage to get in before my husband ran downstairs and they ran off, we have had a maintenance man walk in on me while I was in the shower, and to top it off we have a sex offender living here. It the managers, yes the manager Lindas son is living on site. I have a 2 year old and this was my deal breaker. This place is a joke, I suggest looking else where especially if you have kids because they do allow sex offenders here even though they say otherwise!

Weve been living in these apartments of five years now and I have NOTHING good to say about them. The women who work in the front office have nasty attitudes and they hang up the phone on you. Its many tenants here that Ive talked to about late payments for water, trash, or pest; but they know that they paid. I have tried to talk to the office manager (Doris) about proof of making payments on time but she insists that we were late. When I ask her what we were late on she changes her story from trash fees not being paid, to us not paying our water, to pest control, then changes it completely to us being late on rent and thats late fees. Many tenants believe that management is somehow stealing money which is possible because ledger shows where shes been charging late fees even though we have receipts showing we always pay on time All last summer our air conditioner did not work and though I called to get it fixed it, they didnt do it until I contacted the company who owned the apartments. Its in the lease that our carpet is supposed to be clean every year but weve been here for 5 years and havent had it cleaned yet. We had a leak in the kitchen because the AC unit is old and leaks. Ive tried contacted the new company that took over (ESKAY Management) but they dont care about anything but getting money. One of the ladies there threatened me and said that if I expose the apartments she wouldnt be able to help me but she never did. I was contacted by the news for an interview on the trash not being picked up, I did the interview and the next day after the interviewed aired I got a paper on my door saying the wanted me out within 30 days without properly filing with the court. I was out of the apartment and tried to pay the prorated amount but Doris Abnathey wouldnt accept it. She told me to talk to corporate instead. apartments should be condemned. If you are thinking of moving into these apartments make sure its only for a short time because if not youll just be living in filth forever.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Absolutely horrible experience. Latex based paint on doors the if scuffed peels entirely off. We had a leak in our kitchen that was never properly fixed as they just had their maintenence guys seal it instead of paying a roofer. It happened again, they never even tried to repair it again. Last night it happened for the third time. Our kitchen is a disaster zone with three holes in ceiling to allow water to drain and tons of yellow water spots. It was so bad our AC vent began leaking because it wasnt coming through our ceiling fast enough. Water is also entering our home through the baseboard in the kitchen. Of course Judy, the property manager, cant be bothered to return a phone call. Our back door has NEVER locked. Our dishwasher is literally falling out of its housing. When you open the door the Machine tilts so badly that if dont catch the racks sliding out dishes will break. We cant even get a simple air filter change for our AC unit. There is ZERO money put back into upkeep of these units and when you try and get the office to help or respond you are lucky to get a call back. The maintenance team themselves arent to blame as they are woefully understaffed and overwhelmed with this crumbling property. I would not live here if they paid me. DO NOT EVER MOVE HERE

Having trouble getting my deposit back and its almost 2 months later and have ask them several time and was told i would receive it soon and after i told them the law says 30 days. there are better places to rent from! they also have no water meters on the apts. so they charge around $67.00 a month for water, 40 of it for sewer and trash plus a billing fee. and they are not handicap friendly and when i moved out the water billing company (epic)wanted to charge a $5.00 move out fee. never heard of that one!!! Finally after 3 months i got my deposit.

Worst place to live in simpsonville by far, place isnt clean or updated. Had a huge problem with bugs. They never answer the phone nor are they in the office during business hours. Dorice has no coustomer service skills what so ever. Extremly rude and disrespectful. Although it has been taken over by new managment, they kept the same employees. Time to invest in some new ones!

Dont go here if you have a family, whites and blacks are scarce. Almost all mexicans and illegal immigrants, and if your white or black the mexicans will steal from you. For example my dad has a Honda CRV and they stole a driveshaft worth $310 and a $30 license plate, or they stole the bolts from my brothers truck to hold the starter, and they started to take the lug nuts of of the tire like they were trying to steal it. Lord, where do i start. We moved in here 4 months ago. I called three different times to have my back door lock replaced, our windows fixed so they would actually open and our bathtub drain to plug up. It took less than 20 min, finally about two weeks ago, to fix everything so not sure why there was such a delay. There are two drawers in my kitchen, one is blocked by the oven so to open the drawer you must open the over door. Neither od the drawers are big enough to fit a silverware sorter so i had to go purchase additional shelving. There is no dining space, our table takes up HALF of our kitchen. When we had an ant infestation, and i mean i was up until 3 am gor 4 days in a row killing and spraying ants bc i do not like bugs, and my 2 year old son will get into any poisen, which we had to put out anyway bc thy cae ONCE to spray raid, so WE took care of the problem. When we went to hang our tv on the wall the wall has no studs. It is drywall attached to bricks, not sure how they made that work. Both upstairs bedrooms and bathroom are decent sized, no complaints there, aside from the latex paint they have used for all doors and baseboards that my son has legitimatly peeled off of both his bedroom and closet door, not to mention we pay for our water thru the office and not once has our water bill been less than $60.If you are able to pay $730/month PLEASE save yourself the time and sanity.
