Moving day was awesome. Kristin was very helpful and pleasant. She had our apartment ready as promised, and took care of a couple of minute details we brought to her attention, in just a couple of minutes. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and happy. No stress at all. Redwood Neighborhood in Simpsonville is an outstanding community!

Always so impressed by the level of professionalism start to finish whenever I need anything from maintenance!!! Very kind, courteous, staff that is eager to help. I never have to worry, when they say they’ll do something, Redwood means it!!! Love living here!!! :)

Aside from this being a really nice community the staff from this office was great. I am from out of town and had originally applied for a different Redwood community and realized my mistake later. Laura and Kristen from the offices coordinated and transferred over my application etc without skipping a beat or costing me any additional money and took care of the entire process. Kristen has been extremely communicative by email and phone and made the process very easy and efficient. Anyway, just wanted to let her and everyone know that they took care of me very professionally and Id suggest to give them a call if youre looking for an apartment.

Redwood easily has one of the nicest staffs that I’ve experienced in an an apartment setting. The quality of the units stood out and being single story made it easy for my father to maneuver around the unit. Would definitely recommend regardless of age group.

A very friendly, courteous, helpful, inviting, and professional experience from my initial online inquiry throughout the viewing and application process and exceptional move-in. Everything was stated and delivered as promised on time. The home is fantastic and neighbors are great.Added comment regarding a routine maintenance issue. The online request was processed and maintenance arrived just a few hours later. The issue was resolved and customer service is top-notch. Cant say enough about how well everything is handled within this community.

Very poor customer service and management of the property. The maintenance person has worked on an erosion issue for 6 weeks, which has been eroding for two years now. We pay for water which waters no grass we have around our unit. We moved into terrible carpet that was buckled with no proper installation and not replaced. We requested our own paint to make unit liveable. And the current disruptive unprofessional sidewalk construction to make sidewalks for disabled has us relocating. We are use to living in quality amenity environments.This fails at that for the money for sure! I wouldnt recommend Redwood Communities to anyone.

Maintenance request filled late in the day, contacted first thing following morning to schedule convenient time to check appliance. Was on backorder. Offered temporary replacement and kept us updated on status of replacement. Good communication.

Leasing Office: Pleasant and Friendly is easy enough to find. The harder part to find is the competence and necessary skillset to the job well. That is what sets Redwood apart from other communities and leasing offices we have worked with. The ladies in the office were very pleasant, responsive, and are very much the consummate, capable professionals.Maintenance: Again, easy enough to find someone that appears to fit the part. Charles, (our next door neighbor, and handy-man extraordinaire)does an excellent job keeping the community serviced and in order.He works all day and then I see neighbors stopping him after hours, or while walking his dog. He never seems to mind and will stop whatever it is he is doing, to help.Great community, great neighbors, great overall experience.

Love this neighborhood. Its quiet and the units are actually spacious. The 2 car attached garage is a huge plus. Ashton is the property manager and she is fantastic. She is very responsive and worked with us to ensure we could get in on time--we were in a pinch because we sold our home a lot sooner than expected. Great units with great staff!

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here at Redwood Simpsonville. Ashton has been a tremendous help to me as I have transitioned into my new home. I did have one maintenance issue and Ashton and Charles promptly resolved the problem. I would highly recommend Redwood apartments as the staff is very kind and welcoming and the apartments are very high quality homes.

My smoke detector was beeping, very annoying. I phoned the leasing office and it was handled within about two hours, wonderful.

Very pleased with maintenance response to any problem or issue! Staff is excellent and always friendly! Love living here!

Ashton gets a 5-Stars review. She is THE reason why I moved from Port Orange, Florida to Redwood Simpsonville. I am 70 years old and very concerned about todays young generation. Ashton, however, displayed a very natural ability to make me believe that she, and the company, respected my years, valued my life experiences and appreciated my commitment to properly take care of the companys property, and be financially responsible. This fact alone gives Ashton a 5-Star review. Add to this, her sincere professionalism, courtesy, patience, and her natural ability to listen and talk with me (not at me). Ashton exceeded all of my expectations. I completely understood her oral presentation, and was completely satisfied with her ability to clearly explain and answer any of my questions or concerns. She made the tour of the property very exciting and enjoyable. It is a no-brainer for me (an old schooler) to give Ashton a 5-Star review.

Charleshe Is The Best

My experience with Redwood management has not been good from the very beginning. There was something telling me not to sign a lease with all the system issues that kept occurring, additional personal info that I was asked to submit but, going against my intuition I signed only to be more disappointed. I was told about additional fees after signing my lease. FOR EXAMPLE, I was not aware I would be charged rent although I didnt move in or receive keys until a week later, I was told about trash bill, water bill and required renters insurance after signing the lease. Then to make matters worse 3mths later we are still dealing with a mailbox key that doesnt work and has not been replace, flooring repair that hasnt been repaired and the dog smell in my mothers bedroom and no one has addressed it. Considering the amount of rent being paid these are definitely not issues one should have to deal with. Lastly management is never in office and when they are its not often. As far as the the apartment community it is awesome! Very peaceful and well kept and the neighbors are friendly.
