We hired Bailey to maintenance our HVAC‘s in Fountain Inn based on other reviews. Both Andrew and Chris were very professional technicians, on time and very knowledgeable. We had one small issue which was corrected the very next day. I would definitely recommend this business as they are personable and don’t treat you like just another customer. The office staff was very accommodating as well!

I had an issue with my AC unit not cooling on a Tuesday. On Wednesday the inspection found many leaks through out the system and the only fix was to replace the entire unit. Everything was replaced and up and running by the afternoon on Friday! Great work!!

Our air stopped working and I researched companies on Google. Bailey had the best reviews and there is a reason! They are fabulous. They were prompt and professional. We have an older system and they took the time to make sure the fix would be worth it in the long run vs investing in a new one. Price was very reasonable and I cant recommend them enough! Eventually we will need a new system and we will absolutely go with them!

AC unit condensate overflow kept tripping unit at hottest time of the summer. We have maintenance service contract with Bailey. They were prompt and professional. Ron ultimately discovered acorns stashed in the lower portion of the condensate drain. It took some effort but ultimately cleared the line and the unit is back operating correctly. No idea how a chipmunk can get acorns 6 ft into a 3/4 inch PVC drain ?

Repairman did come out quick on a holiday. But he came as a salesman and not a repairman. Did not fix the unit. Just wanted to sell me a new one. The unit is not that old. Low on Freon. No equipment to install Freon. Calling out a second opinion today. Just because the unit is running R22 is not a good reason to replace. The new unit probably wouldn’t last 10 years.

We had all of our old soft ductwork removed from under the house and replaced with metal ductwork. Also recommended and added a new Carrier Air Purifier to our HVAC. We were told it would probably take 2 days and we would be without air conditioning. It was finished and workable by evening of the first day! They even serviced and cleaned the coils in our HVAC. We were amazed! They were very informative, attentive and kind. Chris took wonderful care of us, was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions! They are the best!! Would not use anyone else!

Service Techs installed a new HVAC system for our 1st floor on Tuesday, July 6th. Their work was extremely professional & they cleaned the yard & crawlspace of all materials & tooling before they left. They went over the operation of the new digital thermostat with us. We were extremely pleased with the units performance yesterday evening.In addition, the contracted job included the replacement of the insulation on the trunk lines in the crawlspace. The same Service Techs returned to our home early Wednesday morning and completed this task on the contract. Upon their leaving, I looked around for any insulation debris that might have been left behind. I couldnt even tell they had been at my home. Absolutely high level professional work over the 2-day installation!

AC stopped working the day before a graduation party. Bailey AC came out same day and resolved issue within a short period; capacitor had blown. Edwin called before coming out, arrived timely and was very professional. Bailey AC, you have a new regular customer in us!

The technician was early, professional and seemed to do a thorough job.There was some confusion on whether or not filter changes were included in the plan. Still not sure and filter in attic was not changed, which seems counter productive since this is a maintenance plan.

The repairman determined the problem quickly, which was needing a new part. He immediately called to find it and get it quickly, along with finding out if the part was still under warranty. Luckily, it was. He came out as soon as he found out the part came in, for which I am especially grateful, as my house was getting warmer by the day. We called Bailey Heating when we had a leak in one of our air vents, which was causing water to pool on the floor & ceiling. Scott was sent to our house the next day & worked tirelessly to make sure we were taken care of & our problem was fixed. He worked carefully, neatly, and thoroughly until he was sure our problem was solved, keeping us informed of each step as he worked. Not to mention it was a 95+ degree day, and he never complained about having to work in our attic & outside in the sun. Baileys has been out to my house three times in one year. Still can’t fix the problem. The house is six years old and every time Baileys comes out they over charge you and never actually fix anything. Save your money and call someone else.
