Nice gas station with many options. The prices are competitive and inside store has many items. I am frequent here because it is right next to my condo. I have never had an issue with this gas station, the workers are very nice.

Best smog check in Simi Valley! Not only were they fast, the man who helped me was so kind! I was nervous because it was my first time taking my car to be smog checked (usually my husband does it). He said there was a $10 off coupon so it was $49. They said it would be a 15 minute wait but it felt like I didnt wait longer than 10. My husband has tried so many smog places in Simi and this one is his favorite and the one we go to for both of our Hondas.

This was not a great car wash experience for 9.00. First off they charge too much at this location. Second there was no soap on my car just water. It left hard water spots on my windshield. I wish I could get a refund because I wasnt pleased. I go to a Shell gas station car wash on Yosemite Avenue and its way better. Im sorry but it didnt meet my expectations

It clearly states that they are open 24 opens, but the clerk/store worked locked the doors at 2am and said they did not open again til 4am. And all he was doing was smoking a cigarette and watching videos on his cell phone. I was not aware that a company would pay someone to be at an establishment that is not open for 2 hours two just sit there and watch videos and smoke. Was also very rude when asked why it is clearly painted 24 hours on the store door, if it is indeed not 24 hours.

This gas station puts all other to shame! Gas is always competitively priced, station is always clean and bright, and they are open 24/7.The convenience store has larger drink selection than 7/11 and their beer prices are cheaper than any grocery store or liquor store in town!I have used the car wash a few times and have never had any issues.Best of all, they perform my vehicles smog inspection and registration all in one hassle-free stop.Overall this is my favorite gas station in town!

I paid $10, told the guy at the register that I wanted 10 on 12. my car was at Pump 12. He nodded. I went back to Pump 12, nothing happening. After a few tries, I went back to the office, and hes talking to a guy over at Pump 4. He comes back to me, I told him Pump 12 hasnt reset. He told me I said Pump 4. Tell me, does 12 sound like 4? I dont think so. Why would I say Pump 4 if my cars at Pump 12? I told him I said Pump 12. I know what I said to him. He told me to be careful, that there could be trouble because I gave him wrong pump number. I again told him I said 10 on 12. I never gave him the wrong number. I said 12. Very clearly. He continued to say it was my fault, and he showed me $10 that the guy at pump 4 just gave him, to cover my pump. I wonder why the guy at Pump 4 would do that if he had already paid for his gas...? Interesting. I should have told the employee to give me a refund and Ill get my gas somewhere else, but I was shaken and didnt think. Needless to say, they will never get my business again. Too bad. They were convenient.. They arent anymore.

Prices are good. But, hey tell that indian guy needs to chill out. Hes so grumpy, if you count the money right in the counter hes bitching about, give it to me in my hand, something like that, then, on the change i brought him a couple of cents to get a full dollar back and he was bitching about the change. It is a very nice station, but that guy doesnt like his job I think. Pm shift

Always take my cars here for smog tests. These guys are always professional with great customer service. I highly recommend

There is about 12 pumps here. A great carwash. It is $3.00 on Tuesday with gas fill up. Plenty of snacks, good coffee.

Nice and professional. Great place to get smog done and also take care of DMV registration in one place, they have plates and tags.Very convenient, no need to Hassel with going back to the long lines and wait times at the DMV.

The guy working here does not get the way card pre-authorization works at the pumps. I think if you dont understand this, you shouldnt work here because it causes unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. Like other customers have noted, dont take his nod to mean he understands you. Youre lucky if he does.

Excellent quick service from beginning to end, really fast, and nice too! A relief since the registration was due (crazy few weeks) and only had a few days and a couple of time slots to get it done in. Thanks Sycamore Shell!
