The young man in the store was very helpful took time out for me while he was stocking shelves very polite

Staff is sometimes “annoyed” but generally great to deal with. Stores are a little small for the amount of stock they have going in and out. All in all a decent experience no matter which one you go to.

I went to the store on Jackson highway in Sheffield. I was very disappointed. The store has always had very helpful sales clerks. This time I went in the girl behind the counter was on her phone sounded like a personal call. She ask them to wait a minute. I told her I had a question. I ask her about the hot wheels bring on sale (bogo). There was no bogo signs up. She said she did not know. I told her it was in todays ad.She said she did not have a ad and knew nothing about it. Basically did not care. I ask her could she call her manager or someone and find out. she said she guessed she could.A coustomer behind me heard me and pulled the ad up and showed her. I did get the cars but was very dissatisfied with the service I got.I had just purchased 80 cars at another store in Tuscumbia and was very pleased.

Just dont have what you need always out of things not enough things in store

Wonderful and helpful employees, but customers are a whole other story.

The employees there are very nice and helpful.

They have recently added a self checkout which helps out a lot. As is the case with all the Dollar General Stores I go into it, they seem to over pack the store making it difficult to find anything.

Went to pick up a cap and the sale price was 75% off. When the young man scan it was 25% off. My friend told him it was 75%off. He said that was yesterday and she said you guys need to change the sign. I agree because it misleading information. I paid for the cap because I truly need to get the sun off my head and cover my head.

Masks were not be being worn and store was not clean

Working from out of town and one of our phones ran out of minutes.A young lady at the Montgomery Avenue named Jessica helped me put them back on the phone.Super nice people at this store.Look forward to doing more business with them.

Mostly good employees. Most of the stores are clean but the one in Sheffield on Montgomery avenue is bad about having merchandise that needs to be put on the shelves sitting in the isles where my wife cant get around in her wheelchair so we try to avoid this store but we dont have this problem at the ones in muscle shoals

The reason this store gets a 3 is because of the inside. The store could have been a lot more straightened. The restroom needed cleaned... Dollar General is as the name says , you know what your getting when you go in there. On the plus side the person working was very friendly...

Your average Dollar General Store. Very crowded as in they have shelves and products lying around everywhere full to capacity. Often out of various feminine products and medicines.

This Dollar General isnt too bad. People get through alot faster, its a little bit further to drive, but its worth it.

Very small store and very empty. The buggies were terrible. We had 2 checker while the others goofed off

Perhaps the worst Dollar General in the area. Way to crowded n cluttered. No walking area. Staff is over worked in the corporate greed pigpen. Many times without choice I had to venture here and just drended it.
