The cashiers are always very polite and friendly. They are always there to help you if you cant find what you are looking for or have any question they always have the answer. The store looked very nice and clean. I always shop there.

Good place to shop if you only need the simple things. It is a small store so the grocery department definitely isnt anything to talk about but will do in a crunch.

The only reason for 3 stars is the company itself. The workers are great and always do their best to help you. But always need more help. That is a corporate problem, give them more help instead of limiting hours.

The staff were very friendly and the layout of the store was nice. I like the fact that they have a small produce section that had potatoes, onions, tomatoes and a few other things.

As I was traveling down to TN to a rented house on Douglas lake with my brothers and sisters as I got off the main road I found a Dollar general store. I loved this store. It had everything I needed to take to the house with me. And it only being 9 minutes down the road it work out great. This store had everything in stock that I needed and I was very much grateful for. And the people who worked there were very helpful.

Pet food is really good price

Its a great place to stop for those last minute things on the way home or to the lake. Thr wait at checkout can be excessive at times but overall...Id rather go here than deal with stopping at a grocery store or convenience store along the way.

The store manager is one of the nicest people I have met. He will greet his customers by name. He is always there working, morning til dark. He doesnt ask his employees to do anything he hasnt or wont do himself. The store is clean and organized. Sure sometimes there are things in the way, but that is because they are stocking the shelves.Edit::: this review is for the old store manager, who is at a different location now.The store now........ They offer their own brand of a lot of products, which is cheaper than the big brands but the quality seems pretty equal. I enjoy their convenient location close to where I live. Great place to shop. Fairly large selection of many different products, most of which are decently priced as well. The staff has always been very nice to me and helpful if I ever needed help with anything; from returns to just general questions they have always been very nice and helpful.

Never had any problems and been going there a long time.

Need more employees working. Only ONE employee and there were two vendor deliveries being made and there was no one at the register. I rarely shop here becauae it takes too long to navigate around stock carts and many people in checkout line. Staff is very friendly but one person cant do the job of 3 people. Shame on Dollar General Corporate.

They need help stock sitting out everywere in isle. And always have to wait in a long line. Need to have 2 registers open it is rediculas.

Clean store friendly staff

This is a place to do quick shopping. They stock a lot of fequently purchased items in groceries such as milk, soda, beer, chiips....much the same as a convenience store but with more variety. Lots of well known brands and the store is easy to navigate.

Always out of stock. But if you have anxiety and need a place thats quiet this is your shopping spot if you have a minimal list that can substitute. Also employees change as fast as the wind and you never know what kind of service you will get

I love having a dollar general close to where I live. I do think this store needs to be bigger! It serves a lot of people daily and therefore has to keep a lot of stock and they just dont have enough room! However, the staff are great! They are friendly and helpful but there are two that really stand out and they are Tammi Rayfield and Stacy Dunn. These two ladies always have a smile on their face and are always working hard everytime Ive been in there(which is usually everyday) Stacy has had to stand and listen to make customers be really rude and mean to her and she still keeps a smile on her face and helps them the best that she can, she doesnt treat them any different than a customer thats being nice, she just continues to do her job!

OMG! I thought when they built that new building, right across the street from the old one, that it was going to be so much better! But, afraid NOT! You still cant find anyone to help you if you need it, they NEVER have but one register open (no matter how busy they get, & this seems to be their practice in all of their stores that Ive been in), & the aisles are still cluttered & not well maintained. Disappointed in Dandridge.
