Small dollar tree, didnt have as much as most I have been to. The employees were working hard and very polite. The store is just older. But the employees were doing all they could to keep up with flow of customers, putting product out and still being polite and helpful

Unbelievable, been standing line here for 20 mins,. With one cashier, she called over the loud speaker for backup it took her 20mins to walk out of the office, I honestly think they need to have a gm come by randomly to see what they are actually doing in the office when you have a line going to the back of store... Plus very rude people that work here

Its the local Dollar Tree! I mean, really what do you expect?? Oh wait, I was supposed to say this first - I swear I spot 2 people stealing from there every time I go.Ok now youre caught up. The staff are nice and shelves in decent order considering the above stand-up folks make a mess as they stuff and stash stuff in their backpacks or back pockets. Again, its the local Dollar Tree in a not so great spot.

I get all my cleaning products here, also beauty accessories like nail files and wipes, shaving cream. I also buy my kitty toys and treats if they have some. and I love the washclothes that has the kiddie cartoons. I use them for cleaning and what not and my kiddos love them, they get to open them up during bath time then I wash then they become cleaning rags!

Well-stocked, employees were very friendly, prices are always reasonable and good. A solid choice for general kitchen essentials, crafting supplies, gifting materials, and snacks. Parking was not a hassle.

One of my favorite stores because its so fun to find deals! Greeting cards, trash bags, toothpaste, napkins, party supplies, etc. I was a stockholder until recently, sold for a profit and will buy back in on a dip. Love it!

They greeted me when I entered into the store the store was neat and clean, workers were hard at work stocking and straightening shelves I did my shopping they had what I needed and it was a quick check out !!! AAA+++AAA

I love it here! Clean! Some friendly staff and some not friendly stuff but professional. The kids love it, lots of varieties for all ages and lots to play with and be creative with if you have time to explore. Adults can buy alot roo here. Come here for my office stuff. Love thats its all a dollar and they mean it!!

When shopping here I notice and also have realization to how stressful shopping around in the other dollar tree store locations really is something thats not here at this store. I enjoy the nice, bright environment and the always awesome finds. More unique than the other stores. Keep it up dollar tree of North Seattle! 😊💞❄️😁

Great Service 🥳 This was my 3rd dollar tree searching for something in particular today. Ashley and Felicia helped me find what I was looking for. It was store closing time but still they made sure to answer all my questions and kept looking for items i needed.

This place usually has the shelves stocked with no gaps in products being available which is rare at dollar stores and Seattle seams to have a shortage of dollar stores for its size compared to other areas so for this store always seeming to be short on help its by far the best dollar store out of the two I know of in Seattle they seem to get it done and get me out the door when im done,what more can you ask for from a dollar store. This place does not stay open till 9 p.m. four people including myself just had to leave because they are closed now! You might want to change your listing from 9 p.m. to whatever time you guys actually close.

The Manage is rude with clients. The store Website says that store close 9pm but 8:55 doors are already closed

The shelves are pretty bare and the checkout line was long. It looks like they need to hire more people to keep this store up. This location is in high traffic low income area, so it is what it is.

A little disappointed!! The Google Maps says the store is open until 10pm. And this information was updated 3 days ago!!!! But I come to the store for a quick shop and the doors are closed.Yes! The sign at the door says until 8pm but why would they change the information on Google Maps 3 days ago?????Waste of my time and gas. Thanks.

Terrible service. The only cashier was on the phone for ten minutes while an aisle full of clients waited. I looked at the manager and she yelled at me”you need to have some patients while we are on the phone.” That was the manager Dorsy. I didn’t even say anything I just looked at her. Very unprofessional even for a dollar store manager. Thank goodness there is a million other dollar stores I can go to until she is fired!Extremely rude! Extremely unprofessional!Are you trying to sell stuff or are you just yapping on the phone all day?

Nice place to find the essentials!

Never answers the phone, which I find extremely dismissive of the customers who patronize the store. The staff never look happy to work or assist you with finding things in their messy store, and theres always people stealing and, sthe store is unorganized most days. The manager seems ill equipped to manage a business that doesnt belong to him, this location just needs to close.

They need more cashiers when there are lines going down alleys and everybodys asking why dont they and I asked for one and they get rude and just hateful when you ask for a second cashier and I think thats just pecky and the manager wont come out when he is called from the office and the store is in very sad shape

Absolutely horrendous. That Dollar Tree is probably the most messy, unorganized, overwhelmingly chaotic Dollar Tree Ive ever been in. I do not recommend any one to go there unless they clean up there act. Looked like a tornado hit the inside of the store.

The whole store is a mess nothing is clean it had a wired smell 😒 and the lady cashing was rude cuz I handed her a $100 bill cuz its all I had and she was even more rude at that point so I just walked out and thats when she called for the manager I was already out the door I wont be back

Dollar Tree on Aurora Avenue in North Seattle. Great selection of holiday items and housewares. Some really good deals. All the food items have decent dates on them. Great place to go for holiday decor. Aisles can be a little crowded at times.

Staff is courteous and helpful not just about products and helping to find and purchase them but also extremely Pleasant demeanor even when they catch person stealing they still had kindness while throwing them out Ive witnessed

Is very nice clean and very well-stocked, despite The Cove 19 situation.Also you should call to get thier store hours and covid 19proticall.It is easy to get to and the staff is very friendly ,so yes most definitely take advantage of all of the great savingsthat they offer.With whats going on in the world people being unemployed, jobs getting shutdown, job starting up again some jobs not coming back theres not too many places likeDollar Tree around this area.Seattles Aurora store has closed and the Grocery Outlet next to it also was closed the G,O in Ballard closed.So are you going to have left all the big names and I can tell you from personal experience those places are going to get expensive so dont let this one go people try to save your money while you can stock up before its too late

Easily accessible, clean and organized. I buy candles by the case online and have them shipped here for free delivery. I also found some small stretched painting canvasses - for a buck! Cant beat it! Great deal! And the people here are friendly and super helpful.

Allow me to clarify. I give five stars as compared to other Dollar Trees. I dont believe theres a Dollar Tree that would rate Five Stars compared to all rated businesses. That bar is presimably set pretty low. Regardless of how low it is, this Dollar Tree location just a few minutes north of downtown brings to the table an exceptional Improvement to the shoppers experience as compared to its proximal siblings.

The store is not very large so they dont have many of the items available at a normal size store . Theres always a ton of people in the one check out line they have.

Surprising what you can get for a dollar. Not all things are a good value, but many are. Excellent place to get stickers for kids, select cooking utensils. Also liked the large guava nectar, delicious. Woman at checkout is also gracious to all customers.

New in town and decided to go to dollar tree to get some things. Robin was amazing. She was so kind and efficiently bagged my items to make it easier for me to carry them on public transit. I’m not sure if she was a manager or not, but she stepped up to make sure that people behind me (and my large amount of stuff) were being helped in a timely manner by another associate. Thank you, Robin.

Store employees are always helpful and kind. Usually there is a line, but they are quick to try and get it moving and open another register if possible. I shop there often even though it is quite popular.

One of the better Dollar Tree selections

This seems to be the best Dollar Tree in North Seattle. They keep the aisles clean for the most part. Keep a good stock of seasonal items and is a go to for childrens party decorations, pinata filling and grab bag items. Good selection of everyday items and YES everything is a dollar!

The store was well laid out and labeled. It was clean and presentable however, despite the basic consideration of the checkout clerk, I was unimpressed. There was one checkout clerk and she was pleasant but wooden, like she was some kind of simple robot with little expression, though I think this may have had more to do with her boss hovering nearby and waiting like a vulture to dive upon her if she made a mistake. I will go there again but wont expect service with a smile.

They work on weekdays until 8pm, Google maps and their website show until 10pm. We called at 7:50pm before going to figure out the correct working hours, the woman hanged up. So, FYI, 8pm they are closed.

Most times the employees are pretty cool and helpful even if not interested in their jobs ... Today a new person was there, I placed my basket on the conveyor belt and reached for a divider so an elderly woman behind me could put her purchases on the conveyor ... the cashier grabbed divider and stopped me from grabbing it saying I need that. The she told me I could use another one. Afterwards while still ringing up customer in front of me the cashier says to me, you can unload your basket, not once in all the years I have shopped at this store has any cashier told me or ask me to unpack a hand basket ... I would have been fine if she asked me, anyway I did unload it but had nowhere to put the hand basket so I had to step out of line and go put the basket away before my purchases were rung up and paid for ... plus she did not ask if I needed a bag but she did for the customer in front of me ... Then while ringing up my purchases she made small talk about an item I was purchasing saying it reminded her of being a kid and feeling grown up ... It was like she didnt know she was rude to me moments beforehand...BIG FAIL ON CUSTOMER SERVICE

Everything is as dollar. Store is kinda messy, but hey everything is a dollar. If your looking for some food deals, this is the place. Just be careful, quality is lacking here! The employees I spoke with where pleasantly nice! Give it a try.

Five stars for the amazing lady who was cashier today she had curly hair and for some reason my debit card did not work and she took care of my bill for me and you know what makes me sad as I never got her name so with the Seattle area code and a 71 Cinco 1468 is a good way to get a hold of me and maybe I could get your name that way

Dollar Tree at 80th and Aurora has kind, helpful employees that make shopping there a fun experience. The merchandise is better than one would expect at that price point. Happy customers!

They take EBT and have a really good selection of food for such a small store as well as things like dish soap and laundry detergent.

Store was still locked at 9am and the employees werent even there. Both openers pulled in the parking lot 5 after 9 with 4 customers waiting at the door and re locked the doors after going in. They both locked themselves in the office no apology or explanation. Now its 10 after and still locked outside... These employees do not deserve their jobs. I will be contacting HR and corporate over this location.

Make sure you get a receipt it’s a lousy please if you buy an item for a dollar that doesn’t work they will not take it back without a receiptThat’s what the store is worth one dollar

You can find true gems in here for just 1$. We come here when we have parties or we need decorations. Here you can find many things for a very affordable price!

Very well organized store with everything mostly on the shelves and where they should belong. The staff and store associates are helpful and friendly. They have a customer restroom in case someone needs to use the restroom.

Its like any other dollar store! Seasonal items ( currently Easter) are easy to find and Joe in the front of the store, lots of options for Easter baskets, basket stuffers, spring related items... And it all costs a dollar each!
