This meant a lot, as I had a lot of questions both as a new home buyer, and as the current CoVID situation presented new challenges in the home buying experience. Jan and Escrow Link worked hard to ensure we closed in time, and their experience and competence as an Escrow Agency lead to a smooth transaction in which nothing was left out, all possibilities and accommodations were presented to make for a financially secure and healthy interaction, and they had answers to my many questions. These things all really helped me to feel like I was always in good hands, and that I could know what to expect, and when, even after things out of their hands (with the city, and the HOA) continued to happen slowly, after closing. I truly appreciated their competence and responsiveness, and would recommend them to any one else looking for a local escrow agent, especially during these uncertain times.

They are very pleasant and easy to work with; they explain their and the legal processes thoroughly; they handled all paperwork, legal matters, filing, and financial transactions; and, they minimized my involvement in all such processes. I recommend them most highly.

They missed a major law (RCW 60.80) and are trying to make the buyer and seller pay for a utility charge that is to be paid by the closing costs, which they failed to take into account.Very unprofessional, negligent, and ignorant.
