Came for the car wash but the guy at the counter said it was broken.

I used the car wash which stopped halfway through the program. Guy running the place told me I hadnt paid because it didnt show up on his computer, but the payment showed up on my credit card later. Avoid this place.

Air for tires: tire pressure gage is broken to show correct air tire pressure. Air does not fill tires correctly.

Very convenient and excellent carwash

One vacuum was marked as out of order, and the other took my money but the suction was so weak that I didn’t even bother to finish vacuuming.

This gas station is partially responsible for the petty crime in the area late at night and Ill tell you why. Many of the unstable homeless population like to loiter here at night. They yell, scream and cause property damage to the neighborhood. The attendants working here at night do not remove them from property. This gas station is part of the problem. Id advise against coming here for safety reasons.

Porters stations are always good. Great coffee surprisingly, always stocked well, and very clean stores! Car wash is nice too!

The clerks are impossible. A mirror broke as I was using the car wash. Any time I call the station, the clerk simply says to call back when the manager is in. She takes no information or phone no. The manager is pleasant, very much so.But five weeks out, no reimbursement and just surly responses from a childish clerk.

6:60$ for a basic carwash. Easy-peasy. It states on the entry that any damage to your car is your responsibility -- due to thee number of possibilities of prior damage, etc.

I’m here at the gas station and the time now is 3:46 AM, well guess what? They’re not open. Despite the sign saying “open 24 hours”. Five minutes later I see someone inside and he allows me in...

Great selection of drinks. Friendly staff. Best part: public toilet!

Basic normal gas station. Nothing extraordinary. Its clean and usually not busy which is nice if you just want to get in and out ASAP.

Why does this place charge so much for gas when theres a 76 just down the road that sells gas for 20-30 cents cheaper? Also they dont accept EBT in their food marts. Like seriously? This is Seattle. Every grocery store Ive been to here accepts EBT.

Worst customer service. Carwash is terrible q& rips you off- they dont refund.

Love the cashier here. And tge hot dogs #yum. Shell has allways been my favorite for 2 reasons. 1 the gas is worth the extra 4-6 sense its good gass u can feel tge difrince when driving 2ed though and the reson i allways come back is the costumer service. It is allways outstanding and i pull out with a smile. Its just amazing how wonderful evry time i go i to a shell they allways help bright up mh day. And for closer i have no ties wigh shell, never worked there never had a friend work there dont even have stoks just a normal person who is impresed but most of all grarfull for one of the very few companies who still do things right and fair.

Dont use this car wash, its not good at all. dryers are bad

The car wash is horrible!!! It’s not working and the stuff don’t refund and don’t help.

It was very bad experience, I needed Air for my tire, the machine swallowed my 1.50$ and gave me nothing and the clerk said sorry no refunds call the number on it and complain about it !BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
