I traveled over seas using this company both ways. They destroyed my childs stroller and dont bother trying to call them it will take many hours and attempts to get through to them. Also I booked specific basinet seats for my baby (paid for the specific seats) they had some changes during my stay over seas and they gave the specific seats to someone els.else. this is not the first time I am trying to reach out to them.

Set an appointment to pickup a missing bag and they forgot to bring the bag

Very poor food on flights. For 10hour flight they give us just some tomato paste with noodles and salad, ice cream and half of some weird wrap.

I flew with Lufthansa a few times, it has usually been good, especially compared to other airlines.My recent flight was 10hrs in economy. They served us dinner about an hour into the flight, they also offer complimentary wine, beer and even whiskey or vodka to help knock you out and get some sleep. About an hour before landing they also served us breakfast.There is space under the seats for a backpack and the bins are sufficiently large for the carry ons, if the flight gets too full they will start asking people to check the carry on bags.There is personal screen where you can use their entertainment system and watch a movie, and it’s also equipped with USB ports to help you keep your personal devices charged.The air attendants were very friendly.

Lufthansa used to be my #1 airline of choice, but the quality is going from acceptable towards plainly bad. Especially the food, it became barely edible in the last 5 years. Friendliness of the staff ditto.

Always great service, especially if you connect through one of their hubs, like Frankfurt.

No one loves long-haul flights. Ours was 10 hours, but the staff and service was great even in economy.

If you value your time and money, dont fly this airline. They tend to delay, make you miss your connections and dont come up with any alternative solutions. They can simply tell you they cant help at all and watch as you cant take your flight back to your home for Christmas, a ticket you paid for. They are suppossed to be part of Star Alliance but only manage to disappoint when it comes to actual service. Not recommended.

The management of the Lufthansa billing staff girl in the Seattle terminal is very bad. We had a 11h flight between Seattle and Frankfurt and we were 4 people (2 marriages) and asked us at the counter if we were going together ..... it has given us 4 different seats in different areas of the plane .... He has worn and wanted to change the seats even in pairs. I think that travelers should be treated better and more when it is such a long transoceanic flight.
