Great deals. The staff is friendly and helpful. They keep lines moving and store is fairly maintained. Great place to pick up quick supplies. Products range from milk to note books. The prices are fair when comparison shopping. They have other services too which is a plus. Plenty of parking. Also located along bus route.

The store itself wasnt bad, however when i was checking out the cashier was too busy on her cell phone practically yelling at someone on the other end about taking him or her to court(akward!).She left before finishing my order and another cashier, on her phone, finished up. Very unprofessional, to say the least. I probably wont return and i will tell everyone i know about this experience.

Dollar General on State Street Schenectady I think its awesome has everything you need from shower curtains to bath rugs towels flounders BBQ coal starter fluid and theyre convenient cuz it right here in your neighborhood thats why I give Dollar General 5 stars

Nite time person that works there looks at little girls and woman that walk in all the time and gives a nasty sexual look and tries to talk to them and very forcefully. I have sisters and a mother and a little nieces that come to the store and I dont think Ill have him come to the store anymore because of him. Veary nasty man .... I dont know his name, no name tag ever. But he is the only tall bald black man that works there at nights. Almost every time I go there I see that hes very disrespectful to people he discriminates and profiles you should not have a person like that working for your company I will call the Better Business Bureau if I ever see him there again with his actions

Every time we have gone here the aisles are impassible. The parking lot is full of broken glass for someone to get a flat tire. For one of your nrwwr stores this is very disappointing.
