They never answer the phone. If they do you sit on hold over 30 mins. I sent them all my paperwork after being in an accident, my car was considered a total loss and its been over a month and they still have no cancelled my policy. Now they are trying to charge me over $350 to reinstate my insurance.butbibdont even have a car. Its not my fault they didnt cancel it a month ago. Ever time i call corporate office they keep passing it off to someone else. Its been passed on to 4 different people and no one gets it done and fixed. Now Im trying to buy a car and I cant because they wont resolve the issue. Im at wits end and Im stuck. On top of all that they continously change agents on you so everytime you call, your agent is gone and has been replaced. I went there to talk to them on Friday and they had the door locked it was 11:30 am the lady said they were in a phone conference and wouldnt reopen until 1:30. This place is horrible.

No complaints.... They quoted me the cheapest rate for just liability in my area!

Just unprofessional!!! I have been having issues with them for weeks now, they want answer their phones but when they do, they put you on hold and never come back. Being said I had to go up their to physical talk to someone. They do have some girl who had a bad attitude and very rude. I would never do business with this location ever again. Also I might add when I first started service with them they where getting into a broil with a customer I didn’t know then but I see why now
