I would not recommend this agency for any type of insurance very unprofessional they do not care about there clients at all worst experience I have ever had with an insurance agency

Love our Insurance company....Jana is my lady I deal with.....She meets all our needs...They are very pleasant and nice....I am always In and out in 5 min......

Submitted a claim, never heard back from them.

Rates kept going up substantially with no reason on there part.

Taking to claim specialist only found out the claim quote over email never received a call and they ended the rental car without even telling me I found out from enterprise. But they scheduled the rental care. Do not recommend wasting your time. Communication is terrible

At this location the food is nasty the fries were greasy and burnt and cold it was like they refried them and still was cold and didnt drain the grease service was ok

Been a customer of this agency almost 40 years. I have had the best service from both owners over the years. They have had me so spoiled that when I moved to Louisiana I didn’t feel as welcome. So I changed to another companyEven though I am not with Farm Bureau, I have had occasion to need their assistance. They have been right there. Thanks Mr. Blanton.
