One thing is I can say. Great service. Used the 800 #. 3 hours,on the 800 #. 20 minutes with local agents. 5 stars for the lady is Savannah, Ga. The help from her , got me home that night. The 800#. Was trying to get me to sign a release form. Again thank you for your help. Stay local.

I have Geico and was in my 1st ever accident. The person who hit me also had Geico. I was told this would make things easier & go smoother. WRONG!! Initially they were quick to contact me & get the ball rolling. Since Ive dropped off my car to the shop I have not heard from anyone other than the car rental people telling me after two weeks that my rental needed to be returned after I was told by Geico I would have it up to 30 days. I was in my accident on the 11th of August, that was not my fault. I have never been in an accident before so I wasnt sure how things work or what to expect. Everyone Ive talked to have told me that my experience is not how things are supposed to be handled. I have now been without a vehicle for a week and there is no sign of when I will be getting my car back & I cant get anyone to answer the phone. I called the 800 number & was old a wait for over 30 min before I was hung up on & called back tomwait almost another 45 min & was disconnected. Ive spent so much money on Uber (I have a 1 year old) and getting rides. I just want someone to communicate with me what is going on so I have some kind of idea. Super Frustrated!!

I was a customer with geico for 3 years with no issues never missed a payment then after I joined the army and got out of training they shut down my account and told me they will no longer work with me. Then after taking down my account they started spamming my email with nonstop emails about getting a quote.I will never work with geico again they are massively unprofessional and unreliable.

I should have come here five months ago, since I move into Zavannah... I meet Mr. Will he really took care of me, I walk in expecting a very expensive insurance cover, since its what I been paying for almost a year because of the car I have, he manage to get me a lower monthly payment, in a more convenience and affordable way, immediately created a connection with me and my 3 years old son, run my quote and add couple more benefits and discounts that I really need. Took me more than what I expected, just because I was really please with the service provide and he breakdown my policy coverage in a very professional matter, the front desk agent, was polite and courteous and welcome us with a huge smile, definitely Im happy that I came and highly recommend this place.

I went there with my 84 year old mother to take care of Home Insurance matters; but the office was closed to walk-in visits. The door sign said; call this 1-800 # or go Online to take care of any Insurance matters.

This place is nothing but a bunch of thieves and when you leave them they report you to the tag office saying you don’t have insurance when they don’t have any idea what they are talking about then they constantly send you emails saying how much they want you to come back to them. Stay far away from them!Geico sucks!

I started calling friday. Called 4 times & held for over an hour each time w/ o talking to an agent. Went to local office on waters ave. Locked up tight. An emp. Came out the side door and I begginly ask if there was anyway to get some help, explained I was unsuccessful on the phone and he said he felt all ins co were doing the same thing due to covid. BIG HELP

Nothing personal, but I have been on the phone 3 hours both at the local number and at the 800 number. It is 1:19pm on a Tuesday. Does Geico have anyone working the phones? I just sit on hold.

Horrible HORRIBLE experience if I could do 0 Stars that would be picked instead of 1! I have had a policy with geico for over a year now & has not realized how money hungry the company is until this week. They have withdrawal $1500 out of my account from when the stimulus Check was deposited that I did NOT APPROVE for them to take over money that was for a car I had PREVIOUSLY CANCELED INSURANCE ON THE MONTH BEFORE. I have called the company back & let them know the insurance should not have been running the last 4 weeks to rack up the $1500 bill to be told on that phone call they understood & would credit me back $1200 in 3-5 business days. On the 5th day I called GEICO BACK to check progress because my bank records did NOT show any credit of $1200. Spoke to a man who said he seen the credit had been released from GEICO TO MY BANK ACCT. that I needed to follow up with my bank on the credit. He CONFIRMED TWICE HE SEEN THE MONEY WAS RELEASED TO MY BANK & I most deff. Had A CREDIT COMING. My bank did not have any record of pending credit or anything showing up. So once again called GEICO BACK TO BE TOLD the money had been STOPPED FROM COMING NOW I WAS ONLY ELIGIBLE TO BE CREDITED BACK $900. GEICO HAS ASSUMED I WANTED TO PAY THE ENTIRE 6 month POLICY WHEN I HAVE NEVER IN MY TIME AS A CUSTOMER PAID THE 6 month policy IN FULL. That was all the money I had in acct. for bills being out of work from COVID19 & family already stressed from the unknowns. That’s a lot of money for a company to be able to assume How you want to spend it without following up or receiving any confirmation from me. Then when I tell them what to do they are confirming over the phone that they SAY IS RECORDED BUT WHEN THIS COMES ABOUT & I ask for them to pull the tapes where I previously called in they said THEY DO NOT RECORD CALLS & that I was LYING ABOUT THE CONVERSATION LAST SPOKEN WITH THEIR AGENT. IF THERE IS NO RECORD STATING WHAT WAS AGREED UPON THEN I AS A CUSTOMER HAVE NO LEG TO STAND ON & I AM OUT ALL THAT MONEY? AS SOON AS THESE HARD TIMES PASS MY BUSINESS WILL GO ELSEWHERE.

😒 its hard to get someone to answer the phone at the local office. And they constantly go up on their prices in the middle of paying your bill. Just for themselves not the client at all. Sucks!

I have been a Geico customer for 5 years! Never had problem until they increased my car insurance rate $100 because of my address change!! Absolutely ridiculous! I will no longer support this company! I am a single parent and $100 dollars is a lot of money! Very disappointed in Geico!

Was a customer for many many years and USAA before that. Today I was deceived, lied to and found out my policy was changed against my wishes. Ultimately resulting in a premium increases and more money for the company with no more coverage for me. I will never deal with deception and lies from a business and will be changing insurance providers immediately. What a shame. Pay attention out there, especially if you continue to do business with Geico. This was a direct result of customer service 1-800 number not local branch.

Okay so...called for a simple quote for my fiance and I and told her yes the car will be used to go back and forth to work,she helps me in post construction cleaning....the representative replied ok,so she works out of her vehicle ? I said well she might have a mop and Windex in there sometimes maybe,she then replied ok so she works out of her vehicle....I said no she works for me-she replied as a business?I said no! She said well thats what you just told me.....so apparently placing a mop or some Windex in your car you get charged at a business rate? Wait ,so i simply said ,so if I go to Sams get a mop and come home Ive got to be charged at this business rate? Outrageous!!! I wouldnt send my worst enemy to this place!!!

I have not been to this location but today I had a customer service representative from Geico laugh at me and make jokes about me having PTSD. I have been in the military for 7 years and have seen and done things that haunt me....And forgive me Im not trying to toot my own horn but I did sign up to fight and defend my country. But I most definitely didnt do it to have some Geico representative laugh about a mental condition that I have. Very Disrespectful. Not only did she laugh at me and make jokes about me she refused to give us a corporate number or a number of someone in charge of her and then continued to hang up on us.
