I’ve worked with Haley / Kingery & Co for over six years now. They have been nothing but professional, and Haley has gone above and beyond to be of help to me. I have used their business policies, home and car polices and if any crisis has arisen, Haley has truly been a life saver and made any claim process painless. I highly recommend their services.

I have had all my business insurance with Kingery Insurance for about 11 years and have never had any real issues. Had a minor issue once, but Haley took care of it. Im surprised to read some of the negative reviews, but maybe they were going through a rough time then and if so, it didnt affect me at all. They have always been great about taking care of our needs.

We have had several policies with Kingery & Co. since 2015. Our experience with them has been nothing short of outstanding the entire time. Our questions are answered quickly, there is appropriate follow-up and attention to detail and everyone weve worked with has been very professional. Our existing policies are reviewed and adjusted in a timely manner.I most often call or email Erin when I need help and she is fast, knowledgeable and so easy to work with. I hands down recommend Kingery & Co for insurance.

I use Kingery & Company for all my insurance needs. 2 vehicles, 4 houses, flood ins, life insurance. They have been so great. They really help with managing it all and making sure Im covered. Everyone knows there are things with all insurance companies that are difficult or out of anyones control, but Ive never been disappointed in this family owned business and the way they run it. I have recommended this company to many friends and family. In fact, everyone I recommended has a policy or two with them as well. Great company. Thank you.

The worst insurance agent Ive ever had the displeasure of working with. Stay away from this insurance agency and find someone else. Ill never do business with them ever again and will tell everyone I know to avoid them like the plague. Not even worth your time to get a quote from them. Their customer service skills are absolutely atrocious. Ive honestly never come across a business that has such terrible customer service. They wont stand by you when you need them most. Getting them to answer basic questions about policy coverages is like pulling teeth on a 4 year old. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Ill gladly pay more elsewhere just to avoid them. I would use some choice language if my review wouldnt be flagged and removed by Google.

Haley is one of the most caring and conscientious women I have ever known. She goes out of her way to help others, and you cannot ask for someone better working on your behalf.

I am a 74 year old Savannahian and business owner. I had my home insured with these crooks and received a better price with another company, and told them to cancel my policy, dont renew because I was switching. They didnt cancel, went behind my back and sent the renewed bill- WHICH I CANCELED to my bank and the bank paid out of escrow. Then one year later I treatened to take legal action because they were still scamming me- when I did this they finally sent a check back for 5,000 dollars. My current insurance company had to call them and confront them with legal action if they continued to defraud me and the bank- 2 days later a check arrived in the mail. The headache and frustration this company caused should have resulted in criminal charges. They defraud and take advantage of trusting customers - they dont even try to hide their fraud and I am not surprised at their extremely low rating by the BBB. Besides this year long ordeal they also scammed me for one of my car insurance policies. DONT GIVE THEM YOUR TIME OR BUSINESS THEY WILL DEFRAUD AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ANYONE.

Since Kingery got divorced and turned businesss over to new wife and kid to run it has been a disaster. cannot get answers when needed. cannot talk to Kingery himself. did not go out of the way to do anything!!!!!...do not go with this agent!
